Plan roll with carrier For the production of plans and drawings, the length of which is longer than the fixed drawing surface of normal drawing boards, devices are used to hold the overhanging sheet ends. There are devices known that by winding the sheet ends on both sides of the drawing board attached roles he possible to move a long drawing sheet accordingly the state of the drawing work on the fixed drawing surface.
A disadvantage of these devices is that single supports have to be mounted on the horizontal board edges to support the rolls, whereby the roll length depends on the height of the drawing board, and depending on the nature of the board edge, e.g. arched circumferential straps, considerable adjustment and setting work on the board or on the roll become necessary.
The fact that, if the paper tension between the rollers is only slightly reduced, the paper reels come loose and the individual turns of paper slip over one another, also having a very detrimental effect on the working accuracy.
When the subject of the present invention He-forming plan roller with carrier, the upper and lower pivot bearings of the roller are connected to a connecting rail to form a unit, the carrier. The connecting rail can expediently be designed with a fastening tab and a stop lug, which together form an angle which, when hitting the drawing board, ensures the parallel position of the plane roller axis to the board edge and drawing surface. Furthermore, the connecting rail can be provided with a guide for moving the upper rotary bearing for the purpose of removing the roll from the carrier.
The extended guide in the connecting rail serves to accommodate at least one displaceable paper holding spring, which presses the wound paper against the roll and thus prevents the roll from rolling up the paper. The roll for winding up and down the paper web or for attaching whole paper rolls removable roll can be provided on its outer surface with slots at certain intervals for locking adjustable ble paper support disks, which makes it possible to move paper webs of any width at a suitable working height at the correct height.
Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawings show the arrangement of the flat rollers with carrier on a drawing board with a fixed drawing surface. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a flat roller with carrier in view and Fig. 4 such in section.
1.1 and 1.2 are the lower and upper pivot bearings, which are verbun with the connecting rail 1.3 to form a unit, the carrier 1. The fastening tab 1.31, in which the holes are provided for screwing the carrier from behind to the drawing board, is arranged on the connecting rail 1.3. The stop lug 1.32 on the fastening tab 1.31 forms an angle with the latter to ensure the parallel position when hitting the drawing board. 1.33 is the guide in the connecting rail 1.3 for moving the upper pivot bearing 1.2, which is fixed with the locking screw 1.34.
The extended guide 1.33 is used to take on and move the paper holding spring 2. 3m fixed pivot bearing 1.1 below are the usual actuators ge superimposed to move the roller 4, such as loading actuating wheel with shaft and coupling pin for the role and a locking handle to block or release the Actuating wheel and thus the role.
3 are the slots in the outer surface of the roller 4 , which are present at certain intervals, into which the springs built into the paper support 5 engage. The slots 3 are only present in a part of the roll shell, as a result of which the paper support disk 5 can be disengaged by simply turning and pushed into another position.
