Device for monitoring and regulating the condensation system The invention relates to a device for monitoring and regulating the condensation system of a condensing steam turbine.
So far, devices for monitoring and regulating the processes of the condensation system in condensing steam turbines are known, H. these rules. So there are z. B. automatic condensate level regulators, which ensure constant maintenance of the condensate level and a minimum flow through the heat exchanger for the steam jet.
These facilities consist of a level meter in the form of a float meter device that regulates the condensate return and the supply to a condensate container or a pre-warmer with its associated control organs.
The delivery flow generated by the condensate pump is used as an auxiliary energy source. The disadvantage here is that the heat exchanger is at risk even if the condensate pump fails. The heat exchanger is therefore protected against excessive heating in known systems via a temperature sensor arranged at a suitable point.
When an upper limit value is responded, either a warning is triggered so that the operating personnel can close a valve located in front of the steam jet air pump in the steam supply line, or the temperature sensor acts on a motorized valve that automatically locks the steam supply line.
The formation of separate security circuits or devices for the individual Bauein units of the condensation system results in increased sources of error in the functionality and an additional expense in terms of equipment.
The object of the invention is to create a device for regulating and monitoring the condensation system of a steam turbine generator, which records all of the system processes to be monitored and controlled, is simple in terms of equipment and is therefore more functional than the known designs.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the level control from the level meter and two diaphragm control valves of different characteristics with the condensate pump pressure as the energy source and that the steam jet air pump is preceded by a diaphragm control valve in the steam supply line, which is also acted upon by the condensate pump pressure.
This circuit of monitoring and control of the condensation processes means that the level control and the steam jet air pump are simultaneously functional and the heat exchanger is protected against overheating by switching on the condensate pump. As a result, the automatic start-up process can be implemented with very little technical equipment and with the greatest possible functional reliability.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing. When the condensate level in the condenser 1 is reduced, the level measuring unit 2 increases the pressure in the control pressure line 3. As a result, the diaphragm control valve 4 closes and thus throttles the outflow to the condensate high tank, not shown. By opening the diaphragm control valve 5, the return flow into the condenser 1 is released.
The delivery flow produced by the condensate pump 6 serves as an auxiliary energy source for the control elements. The heat exchanger 7 is not only at risk if the required cooling amount is not reached, but also if the condensate pump 6 fails completely the diaphragm control valve 11 acted upon by the condensate pump pressure is arranged.
By using the diaphragm control valve 11, which is also acted upon by the condensate pump pressure, to control the steam flow, the steam flow is immediately shut off if the condensate pump 6 fails so that dangerous heating of the downstream heat exchanger 7 cannot occur.
