Bausatz aus Platten und Verbindungsteilen zur Errichtung von Konstruktionen Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bausatz aus Platten und Verbindungsteilen zur Errichtung von Konstruk tionen.
Erfindungsgemäss sind die Platten auf einer oder beiden Plattenseiten mit nahe am Plattenrand und par allel zu diesem verlaufenden Nuten versehen. Zur ge genseitigen Verbindung der Platten dienen Profilschie nen, welche ein oder mehrere rechteckige, an einer Ecke oder zwischen zwei Ecken offene Kastenprofile aufwei sen. Diese Profilschienen sind auf den Plattenrand auf schiebbar, wobei wenigstens ein freier Schenkel jedes Kastenprofils in eine Nut eingreift, während der andere freie Schenkel den Plattenrand auf der der Nut gegen überliegenden Plattenseite umgreift. Auf diese Weise wird eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Platte und Profilschiene erreicht.
Der Bausatz kann eine Auswahl vorfabrizierter Plat ten und Profilschienen bestimmter Grösse für den Auf bau einer bestimmten Konstruktion enthalten, beispiels weise zur Herstellung von einfachen Möbeln, Regalen, Bettgestellen und dergleichen. Ferner lassen sich mit einem entsprechenden Bausatz freistehende Wände zur Bildung verschiedener Raumformen errichten, z. B. für Ausstellungen.
In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele der Er findung dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 Ansicht einer Platte des Bausatzes, welche nur auf einer Plattenseite mit Nuten versehen ist, Fig. 2 Ansicht einer Platte des Bausatzes, welche auf beiden Plattenseiten mit Nuten versehen ist, Fig. 3 bis 8 verschiedene Querschnittsformen von Profilschienen, bei denen das Kastenprofil an einer Ecke offen ist, Fig. 9 bis 15 verschiedene Querschnittsformen von Profilschienen, bei denen das Kastenprofil zwischen zwei Ecken offen ist, Fig. 16 Querschnitt durch eine Verbindung unter Verwendung von Sicherungsschrauben,

Die in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Platten 1 bzw. 2 bestehen beispielsweise aus Holz oder aus Kunststoff; es kann sich aber auch um aus mehreren Schichten auf gebaute Verbundplatten handeln. Die Platte 1 nach Fig. 1 ist auf der einen Plattenseite mit nahe am Platten rand und parallel zu diesem verlaufenden Nuten 3 ver sehen. Es können auch Platten vorgesehen sein, die nicht an allen Seitenrändern Nuten aufweisen. Die Platte 2 nach Fig. 2 besitzt demgegenüber auf beiden Plat tenseiten Nuten 3 in gleicher Anordnung.
In Fig. 3 ist die Grundform einer Profilschiene 4 dargestellt, welche zwei Platten 5 und 6 (nur teilweise dargestellt) nach Fig. 1 miteinander verbindet. Diese Profilschiene 4 weist ein rechteckiges Kastenprofil auf, das an einer Ecke offen ist. Sie ist der Länge nach auf den Rand der Platten 5, 6 aufgeschoben. Dabei greift der eine freie Schenkel 7 des Kastenprofils in die Nut der Platte 5 ein, während der andere freie Schenkel 8 den Rand dieser Platte 5 auf der der Nut gegenüber liegenden Plattenseite umgreift. In gleicher Weise ist die Platte 6 mit oben liegender Nut in einer zur Platte 5 senkrechten Lage auf die Profilschiene aufgeschoben.
Selbstverständlich können bei dieser einfachen Ausfüh rungsform der Profilschiene die Platten 5 und 6 nur in einer längs der Profilschiene gegeneinander versetzten Anordnung derselben oder von Teilen derselben auf die Profilschiene geschoben werden. Wenn das Kastenpro fil quadratischen Querschnitt hat, kann jede Platte wahl weise in einer von zwei zueinander senkrechten Lagen mit der Profilschiene 4 verbunden werden, wobei in einen Fall der Schenkel 7 und im andern der Schenkel 8 in die Plattennut eingreift. Diese Profilschiene kann ausserdem als Randleiste benutzt werden.
Die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen Profilschienen 9 bzw. 10, welche je zwei Kastenprofile mit der in Fig. 3 darge stellten Grundform aufweisen. In beiden Fällen können die mit dieser Profilschiene verbundenen Platten 7, 8 entweder in einer Ebene liegen oder senkrecht aufein ander stehen, wie dies strichpunktiert angedeutet ist.
In den Fig. 6, 7 und 8 sind drei weitere Ausfüh- rungsformen von Profilschienen 11, 12 bzw. 13 darge stellt, welche zwei, drei bzw. vier derartige Kasten profile aufweisen, um entsprechend viele Platten 7, 8 und 14 miteinander zu verbinden.
Die Profilschiene 15 nach Fig. 9 zeigt eine andere Grundform des Kastenprofils; dieses ist zwischen zwei Ecken offen, wobei die beiden einander gegenüberlie genden freien Schenkel 16 und 17 dazu bestimmt sind, in die Nuten 3 von Platten der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Art einzugreifen, wie das in den Fig. 10, 11 und 12 beispielsweise dargestellt ist. Bei dieser Ausführungs form der Profilschienen können die Platten jeweils nur in einer bestimmten Lage bezüglich des Kastenprofils in dieses eingeschoben werden.
Die Profilschienen 18 und 19 nach den Fig. 10 und 11 weisen zwei Kastenprofile mit der Grundform nach Fig. 9 auf, wobei die erste zwei senkrecht zuein ander stehende Platten 20, 21 nach Fig. 2 und die zweite zwei in einer Ebene liegende derartige Platten miteinander verbindet. Die Profilschiene 22 nach Fig. 12 besitzt drei Kastenprofile und ermöglicht demzufolge die gegenseitige Verbindung dreier Platten 20, 21 und 23 in gleicher Weise.
In den Fig. 13, 14 und 15 sind weitere Profil schienen mit mehreren Kastenprofilen nach Fig. 9 dar gestellt. Die gegenseitige Anordnung der Kastenprofile und die Lage ihrer Öffnungen richtet sich nach dem Ver wendungszweck.
Um eine unbeabsichtigte gegenseitige Verschiebung von Platte und Profilschiene zu vermeiden, können ge mäss Fig. 16 Sicherungsschrauben 24 vorgesehen sein, welche durch passend angeordnete Löcher in einem Schenkel jedes Kastenprofils der Profilschiene 25 in die Platten 7, 8 eingeschraubt werden.
Als Beispiel einer Eckverbindung zweier senkrecht aufeinanderstossender Profilschienen 26 und 27 zeigt Fig. 17 ein Winkelstück 28, dessen Schenkel in das Kastenprofil der Profilschienen passen und mit Schrau ben 29 darin gesichert werden können. Ausser den in der Zeichnung veranschaulichten Bei spielen gibt es noch zahlreiche andere Anwendungsmög- lichkeiten. So können unter Umständen auch Profil schienen dienlich sein, bei denen Kastenprofile der bei den Grundformen nach den Fig. 3 und 9 kombiniert sind.
Die Profilschienen können sich jeweils über die ganze Kantenlänge einer Platte erstrecken oder aber, wo es der Zweck nicht anders verlangt, in verhältnismässig kurzen Längen als Verbindungsstücke verwendet wer den.
