EMI0004.0109
Druckvorschrift Mit einer Druckpaste aus 40 Teilen des Farbstoffs aus diesem Beispiel, 230 Teilen Wasser von 60 , 200 Teilen Harnstoff, 10 Teilen m nitrobenzolsulfonsaurem Natrium, 20 Teilen Natriumbicarbonat und 500 Teilen Alginatverdickung wird ein Baumwoll- oder Zellwollgewebe bedruckt;

fl-Dibromoacrylic acid bromides or chlorides. The condensation can be carried out in an aqueous or aqueous-organic medium.
To carry out the condensation reaction, for example, one dissolves: the anthraquinone component (III) in an aqueous or aqueous-organic medium and adds the reactive component (IV) in powder form or in the form of an aqueous suspension to the newly met solution of component (III) or, conversely, the solution of the anthraquinone component (11l)
to an aqueous suspension of the compound (IV). In both cases, if necessary, a water-immiscible organic solvent such as benzene or chlorobenzene can be added. Component (IV) can also be dissolved in inert organic solvents, such as acetone, dioxane or benzene, and then added dropwise.
By adding alkaline agents such as caustic soda, potassium hydroxide, soda or sodium bicarbonate solution, the most favorable pH value for condensation can be maintained. The end of the reaction can be easily recognized by the decrease in the consumption of alkaline agents and by monitoring the course of the reaction using paper or thin-layer chromatography.
After the condensation reaction has ended, any impurities that may be present are usually filtered off, the dye is separated off from the reaction solution by looking at a pH of, for example, 6-7 and isolated in the customary manner.
The anthraquinone compounds of the formula (III) required for this reaction can be z. B. obtained by 1-amino-4-bromo-anthraquinone-2-sulphonic acids which contain one or two further sulpho groups in the 5-, 6-, 7- or 8-position,
condensed with 2 amino-4-acataminobenzoic acid or 2-amino-5-acetamino benzoic acid and the acetamino group in the 5 'or 4' position of the external aromatic nucleus is saponified by boiling dilute mineral acids in the condensation products obtained.
Thanks to the reactive group X and the water solubility, the new dyes are particularly suitable as reactive dyes: offe for dyeing textile materials made of cellulose according to the techniques that have recently become known for this purpose, e.g.
B. by the pad-steaming process, the pad-thermofixing process and the Kaltverwel process, and for dyeing from long liquor or for printing cellulose materials. One works in: these processes generally in the presence of alkaline agents.
The new dyes give extremely valuable, bluish green to greenish blue dyeings and prints on cellulose-containing textile materials, which are distinguished by very good fastness properties, in particular light and wet fastness properties.
The new products are also particularly suitable for dyeing textile materials containing amide groups, such as wool, silk, synthetic polyamide and polyurethane fibers in the weakly acidic to neutral range, whereby it is advisable to first pre-dye at medium temperatures (40 to 60) and then gradually increase the temperature of the dye bath is increased to 95-100.
Sometimes a final increase in the pH of the dyebath, e.g. B. to 6.5-8.5, an advantage. The dyeings obtained on natural and synthetic polyamide materials have very good wet fastness properties.
In the following examples, parts stand for parts by weight, unless otherwise stated. The temperature data mean degrees Celsius. Volume and weight parts are in the ratio of liters to kg. Example 1 16.6 parts of 1-amino-4- (2'-carboxy 4'-amino) -phenyl-amino-anthraquinone-2,7-disulfonic acid are neutralized in 360 parts of water at 55 ° dissolved with 7 parts of 40% sodium hydroxide solution.
After adjusting the pH to 5.5-6.0, 9 parts of 2-methylsulfonyl-4,5-dichloro-6-methyl-pyrimide are added to the solution and the pH given above is maintained by adding 1N soda solution. Value upright. When the reaction has ended after about 45 to 60 minutes, the dye solution is filtered.
The filtrate separates on the addition of 37 parts of sodium chloride at 40 from the dye in fine needles. The product is suctioned off at 40, washed with 110 parts of 10% sodium chloride solution and dried at 50 in vacuo.
It conforms to the formula
EMI0004.0109
Printing specification A cotton or cellulose fabric is printed with a printing paste composed of 40 parts of the dye from this example, 230 parts of water, 60, 200 parts of urea, 10 parts of sodium nitrobenzenesulfonate, 20 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 500 parts of alginate thickening ;
the printed material is dried at 70 and then fixed by steaming for 1 to 2 minutes at 101-103. The fabric is then rinsed with cold water, soaped at the boil, rinsed again and dried. A bluish green print with very good fastness properties is obtained.
A similar dye is obtained if, in its example: instead of 2-methylsulfonyl-4,5-dichloro-6-methyl-pyrimidine, 7.9 parts of 2-methylsulfonyl-4.-chloro-6-methyl- pyrimidine can be used.
Example 2 10.7 parts of 1-amino-4- (2'-carboxy-4'-amino) -phenyl-amino-anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonic acid are dissolved in 110 parts of water and added of 3.3 parts of soda:
pH adjusted to 7. 3.7 parts of 2,4,6-trifluoro-5-chloro-pyrimidine are added dropwise to this solution, and a pH of 6.5-7 is maintained by adding 2N NaOH. At a pH of 6, 10 parts of NaCl are used for salting out,
washed with 10 l sodium chloride solution and dried at 40-60 in a vacuum. The dye conforms to the formula
EMI0004.0159
Dyeing instructions 50 parts of cotton rope are dyed in 1 liter of dye liquor containing 1.5 parts of the above dye by adding 50 parts of table salt in several proportions within 30 minutes at 20-30,
then 20 parts of soda are added and treated for 60 minutes at temperatures of 40-50. After rinsing, boiling soap and drying, a bluish green dyeing of good wet, rub and lightfastness is obtained.
A similar dye is obtained if, instead of the 1-amino-4- (2'-carboxy-4'-amino) phenylamino-anthraquinone-2,6-disulfonic acid, the 1-amino-4- (2'-carboxy- 4'-amino) -phenylamino-anthraquinone-2,5-disulfonic acid is used.
