Description

  

      Zusammenlegbares    Tischgestell    Die     Erfindung        betrifft    ein     zusammenlegbares    Tisch  gestell, beispielsweise für transportable, militärische       Telephonzentralen.        Dieses        Tischgestell    hat vier,     paar-          weise'fest    miteinander verbundene Beine.  



  Ein solches Tischgestell soll an     einer    Seite offen,  trotzdem sehr stabil und im zusammengelegten Zu  stand leicht transportierbar sein.  



  Dies wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass  ein Paar     paralleler    Seiten des     Tischgestellrahmens    aus       U-Profilleisten        mit    einander     zugewandten,    offenen Pro  filseiten besteht     und    jedes Bein eines Paares mit dem       benachbarten    des anderen     Paares    in Gebrauchslage       durch    zwei einander     kreuzende    Streben verbunden ist,       deren    jede an     einem    Bein schwenkbar und am anderen       Bein    lösbar befestigt ist,

   und dass zum Zusammenlegen  des Tischgestells bei gelösten Streben die an einem Ende  der     Leisten        angelenkten    Beine des ersten Paares aus  ihrer     Gebrauchsstellung    in     eine    am Rahmen anliegende  Stellung schwenkbar und die     Beine    des zweiten Paars  aus ihrer Gebrauchsstellung am     anderen    Ende der Lei  sten     in    eine     mit        diesen    Leisten fluchtende Stellung  schwenkbar und in dieser     Stellung    in die Leisten hinein  schiebbar sind.  



  Im folgenden wird anhand der beiliegenden Zeich  nung ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    der Erfindung näher be  schrieben. Es zeigen:       Fig.    1     eine    perspektivische Ansicht eines Tisch  gestells,       Fig.    2     einen    Schnitt nach der Linie     11-II    in     Fig.    1,       Fig.    3 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Tischgestells  nach     Fig.    1 im     zusammengelegten    Zustand.  



  Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Tischgestell hat       einen        Tischgestellrahmen    1, ein erstes Paar Beine 2  und 3     und    ein zweites Paar Beine 4     und    5. Ein Paar       paralleler    Seiten     des    Rahmens 1 besteht aus     U-Profil-          leisten    6     und    7, deren offene Profilseiten einander zu  gewandt sind. Jede     dieser    Leisten 6     und    7 hat an     einem     Ende ein nach unten vorstehendes Schwenklager 8 bzw.  9 für eines der Beine 2 und 3.

   Diese Beine 2 und 3 sind  durch     Diagonalstreben    10 fest miteinander verbunden    und     (nachdem    die weiter unten     erwähnten    Streben 17  bis 20 gelöst wurden) zwischen ihrer in     Fig.    1 darge  stellten     Gebrauchsstellung    und einer in     Fig.    3 dargestell  ten Stellung, in welcher das     Bein    2 an der Leiste 6 und  das Bein 3 an der     Leiste    7     anliegt,    schwenkbar. Die an  deren Beine 4 und 5 sind am oberen Ende durch eine       (hohle)    Stange 11 und am     unteren    Ende durch eine  Stange 12 miteinander verbunden.

   Sie sind in ihrer in       Fig.    1 dargestellten Gebrauchsstellung (nachdem die wei  ter unten     erwähnten    Streben 17 bis 20 gelöst wurden),  um     die    geometrische Achse der Stange 11 in eine Stel  lung schwenkbar, in welcher jedes dieser Beine mit dem  Hohlraum einer der Profilleisten 6 und 7 'fluchtet, und  aus dieser Stellung     in    die Leisten 6 und 7 so weit hin  einschiebbar, dass nur noch die in Gebrauchslage     unte-          ren    Enden dieser Beine 4 und 5 aus den     Leisten    6     und    7  herausragen, wie aus     Fig.    3 ersichtlich.

   Diese     Schwenk-          bewe@gung        und        Verschiebung    ist     in        Fig.    1 durch eine       gestrichelte    Pfeillinie 13 angedeutet.

   Diese     Bewegbar-          keit    der Beine 4 und 5     und,eine    Fixierung deren oberen  Enden in Gebrauchsstellung wird wie folgt erreicht: An  der die in der Zeichnung rechten Enden der     Leisten    6  und 7     verbindenden    Rahmenseite 14 sind zwei im Quer  schnitt U-förmige Teile 15 befestigt, deren     offene,    Seite  dem Innern des Rahmens zugewandt ist. Diese Teile 15  nehmen in Gebrauchsstellung der Beine 4 und 5 die  Stange 11 auf.

   Am in der Zeichnung rechten Ende der       Leisten    6     und    7 ist der     untere    Flansch des     U-Profils    ab  geschnitten, so dass die oberen Enden der Beine sich in  dem durch den Steg     und    den     oberen    Flansch begrenzten  Raum     befinden        und    an das     abgeschnittene    Ende des  unteren Flansches anstossen können, wie     Fig.    2 für das       obere    Ende des     Beines    5 und die     U-Profilleiste    7     zeigt,     deren Steg mit 30,

   deren oberer Flansch mit 31 und  deren     unterer        Flansch    mit 16 bezeichnet ist.  



  In Gebrauchsstellung sind die Beine 2 und 4 durch       Streben    17     und    19, die Beine 3 und 5 durch Streben 18  und 20 schräg miteinander     verbunden.    Die     Streben    17  und 18 sind an den Aussenseiten der     Beine    2 und 3,  die Streben 19 und 20 sind an den Innenseiten der           Beine    4     und    5     unten        schwenkbar    gelagert. Das     andere     Ende der Streben ist mit dem betreffenden anderen Bein  durch     eine        Druckknopfverbindung    lösbar verbunden.

    Dabei sind die vorspringenden Teile der Druckknopf  verbindungen an den     Streben    angebracht. Zum Beispiel  hat das Bein 3 ein Loch 29     (Fig.    3) für den vorsprin  genden     Druckknopftenl    am Ende der Leiste 20. Jedes  Bein hat ausserdem     für    den vorspringenden Teil des  Druckknopfes der an ihm schwenkbaren Strebe ein  Loch.

   Dies     ermöglicht    es, jede     Stlreba        in        seiner    am     Bein     anliegenden Lage     zu        fixieren,    wenn das     Tischgestell          zusammengelegt    ist, wie     Fig.    3 zeigt. In     Fig.    1 .ist dieses  Loch im Bein 2 mit 21 und     im    Bein 5 mit 22 be  zeichnet. Die Beine 2 und 3 haben am unteren Ende  einen     vorspringenden    Teil 23 bzw. 24 einer Druckknopf  verbindung.

   Die     zugehörigen    Löcher sind in der Zeich  nung nicht dargestellt und befinden sich am     unteren     Ende der Beine 4 und 5. Durch diese letztere     Druck-          knopfverbindungen    wird im     zusammengelegten        Zustand     des     Tischgestells    das     Bein    2 am Bein 4     und    das Bein 3  am Bein 5     fixiert.    Die Füsse 25 und 26 der Beine 2 und  3 sind einander zugewandt, die Füsse 27 und 28 der  Beine 4 und 5 sind in     Gebrauchsstellung    je     einem    der  Füsse 25 und 26 zugewandt,

       und    ihre das     Bein    über  ragende Fläche hat parallel zu -den Leisten .6     und    7 .etwa       dieselbe    Abmessung wie der Querschnitt der anderen  Beine 2     und    3. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die Füsse 25,  26, 27, 28 das Zusammenlegen des Tischgestells nicht  erschweren und bei     zusammengelegtem    Tischgestell  nicht über die anderen Teile desselben herausragen.

  The table frame shown in the drawing has a table frame frame 1, a first pair of legs 2 and 3 and a second pair of legs 4 and 5. A pair of parallel sides of the frame 1 consists of U-profile strips 6 and 7, the open profile sides of which face one another are agile. These parts 15 receive the rod 11 in the position of use of the legs 4 and 5.

   At the right end of the strips 6 and 7 in the drawing, the lower flange of the U-profile is cut off so that the upper ends of the legs are in the space delimited by the web and the upper flange and at the cut end of the lower flange can abut, as shown in Fig. 2 for the upper end of the leg 5 and the U-profile strip 7, the web with 30,

  In the position of use, legs 2 and 4 are connected to one another at an angle by struts 17 and 19, and legs 3 and 5 by struts 18 and 20. The struts 17 and 18 are mounted on the outside of the legs 2 and 3, the struts 19 and 20 are pivotably mounted on the inside of the legs 4 and 5 below. The other end of the struts is releasably connected to the other leg in question by a snap fastener connection.

    The protruding parts of the push button connections are attached to the struts. For example, the leg 3 has a hole 29 (Fig. 3) for the vorsprin ing push button at the end of the bar 20. Each leg also has a hole for the protruding part of the push button of the strut pivotable on it.

   This makes it possible to fix each Stlreba in its position resting on the leg when the table frame is folded, as FIG. 3 shows. In Fig. 1 .is this hole in leg 2 with 21 and in leg 5 with 22 be distinguished. The legs 2 and 3 have at the lower end a protruding part 23 and 24 of a push button connection.

   The associated holes are not shown in the drawing and are located at the lower end of the legs 4 and 5. These latter push-button connections fix the leg 2 to the leg 4 and the leg 3 to the leg 5 when the table frame is collapsed. The feet 25 and 26 of the legs 2 and 3 face each other, the feet 27 and 28 of the legs 4 and 5 face one of the feet 25 and 26 in the position of use,

       and its surface protruding over the leg is parallel to the strips .6 and 7 .about the same dimensions as the cross-section of the other legs 2 and 3. This ensures that the feet 25, 26, 27, 28 do not collapse the table frame make it difficult and do not protrude over the other parts of the same when the table frame is folded.
