Brushless synchronous machine arranged in a housing The invention relates to a brushless synchronous machine arranged in a housing with a three-phase generator as the excitation machine, which feeds the excitation winding of the synchronous machine via a rotating rectifier arrangement arranged on the shaft of the synchronous machine secured against centrifugal force.
It is characterized in that a removable, at least axial cooling passages having support hub for the rotor of the exciter is arranged on the shaft of the synchronous machine and that a support body having at least axial cooling passages is detachably connected to the machine housing the detachable part of the exciter is net angeord.
Advantageously, the relatively large inside diameter of the synchronous machine housing is used to dimension the exciter machine in its radial dimensions correspondingly large, so that its overall axial length is short. If necessary, a further auxiliary machine, in particular a starting motor, can also be accommodated in the syncronous machine housing and be short (disk-shaped) according to the same criteria as the exciter machine.
The axial arrangement of all the machines and arrangements accommodated in the common housing is primarily based on the structural and circuit aspects to be fulfilled, i.e. H. especially because of the easy installation and good accessibility.
With the subject matter of the invention a very compact overall arrangement is provided; H. a closed unit with the smallest possible space requirement, but which nevertheless allows easy accessibility and interchangeability of parts of the main and auxiliary machines and the rectifier arrangement.
The subject matter of the invention also has the advantage that all connection lines are accommodated in a common terminal box, which makes it very easy to make the connections. The object of the invention is easy to transport bar and easy to set up at the operating site. It is just as easy to connect as a synchronous machine with slip rings and is roughly the same size as it is.
Since the auxiliary machines or machines and the rectifier arrangement are all located on the same shaft end of the main machine within its housing, the other shaft end with its bearing (drive side) remains easily accessible. In the subject matter of the invention, couplings and the like between the individual machines are also dispensable. In addition, the auxiliary machines and the rectifier arrangement are exposed to the flow of cooling air from the main machine, which enables simple and effective cooling air routing.
This is particularly advantageous when fresh air is supplied through cooling air ducts.
In addition, the support hub for the runners of the auxiliary machines offers a simple and safe option for holding circuit elements in the cooling air flow, such as capacitors and resistors for a fuse circuit for the rectifiers and connecting lines.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a brushless Syn chronmaschine designed according to the invention is shown, which in addition to the Erregerma machine and the rotating rectifier arrangement also has a starter motor. The starting motor allows the synchronous machine to be coupled in a known manner safely and in a synchronized manner with a network avoiding large load surges.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a machine arrangement with the machine housing 1 for the synchronous machine and the bearing plate 2 provided on the BS side, which is approximately hood-shaped and has an operating opening 3 on its peripheral surface in a manner known per se. On the shaft 4 of the synchronous machine sits both its rotor 5 with the winding 7 as well as a rectifier arrangement 35 and a support hub 26. The stator 6 of the synchronous machine has a winding B.
The rectifier arrangement 35 consists of a support ring secured against rotation on the shaft 4 with rectifier cells arranged on the circumference in separate housings in a manner secure against centrifugal forces. The rectifier arrangement is stored as easily accessible from the outside underneath the operating opening 3 so that any damaged rectifier cells can be replaced individually without any other intervention in the machine.
In addition, this arrangement ensures that the rectifier arrangement with its heating area lies in the flow of cooling air which can flow through between radially directed support ribs 25. The support hub ribs are connected to a rotor ring 24, which carries the rotor 21 of the He regermaschine together with the rotor winding 22 held together by tension bolts 23.
The rotor 37 of a starter motor is placed on the other end of the support hub ribs 25 and is held on the support hub ribs 25 by screws 36. The rotor winding of the starting motor: is marked with 38 be. Between the two runners, a balancing ring 41 is arranged on the support hub ribs 25.
The stator of the exciter, which consists of the pole system 19 with the pole coils 20 attached to the yoke ring 18 with the screws 17, and the stator 39 for the starter motor are through the screws 15 and 16, in one case with the one on the support body ribs 13 welded support ring 14, in the other case directly connected to the support body ribs 13.
The support body ribs are in turn firmly connected to a support body ring 11, which is secured against rotation and displacement by a bracket 12, but axially removable on the inside of the machine housing 1 on the radially inwardly directed Ge housing ribs 9 is held.
The support body assembly 11, 13, 14 can after loosening the clamp 12 together with the stator 17, 18, 19 and 39 and the windings 20 and 40 held thereon by appropriate gradation of the stator holes after removing the end shield 2 from the machine housing 1, and the individual mileage can then be replaced outside the machine housing in the event of damage. These advantages naturally also apply to the assembly and assembly of such a machine arrangement.
The arrangement of the radially directed support body ribs 13 also provides a second cooling air path for the stator side of the auxiliary machines and for the stator 6 of the synchronous machine, with the arrangement of an annular diaphragm 10 in this area of the cooling air flow:
a distribution of the cooling air flow to the desired extent on the two cooling air paths along the support body ribs 13 and support hub ribs 25 is possible, please include.
For this purpose, the annular diaphragm 10 can advantageously be seen between the stator of the synchronous machine and the support body arrangement for the auxiliary machine, with which the cooling air distribution in the main machine can also be influenced.
The stator holes of the starter motor of the exciter and the synchronous machine are chosen so that the shaft with all rotors as a whole can be removed from the housing or the stator countries when removing the AS-side, not shown end shield in the drawing to the left.
After removing the runners from the machine housing, as already mentioned, the runners of the starter motor and the exciter machine can be removed separately; . Accordingly, the reverse applies to the assembly in the production of the arrangement according to the innovation.
The support hub ribs 25 are also used to hold and hold circuit elements on the direct current and alternating current side of the rectifier arrangement.
These are capacitors 28 which are cast into a threaded bushing 28a in a manner that is safe against centrifugal force and which in turn is screwed into a threaded bore 27 in individual support hub ribs.
In addition, cylindrical opposing stands 30 are held by means of fastening tabs 31 -on -individual support hub ribs 25, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, as well as the arrangement of the capacitors.
Another wiring resistor is screwed as a bifilar wound ring resistor 29 to the front sides of the support hub ribs, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2.
These wiring elements are inserted into the connecting conductors 32, 33 and 34 between the exciter and the rectifier arrangement 35 or the rectifier arrangement 35 and the synchronous machine,
wherein the connecting conductors 34 between the rectifier arrangement and the synchronous machine are cast in the support hub 26 in a centrifugally secure manner or inserted in some other manner in a centrifugally secure manner. The capacitors and resistors are exposed to the flow of cooling air passed through the support hub and the support ribs connected to it and are therefore well cooled.
By arranging the wiring elements on the runners of the auxiliary machines supporting ribs, because of the easy removability and accessibility to these supporting bodies, possibly defective circuit elements can also be easily replaced, without the need to completely dismantle the arrangement.
