Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes Es zei gen: Figur 1 das kraftbetätigte Heimwerker-Universalar- beitsgerät als mittels Hand führbares Zug- und Schub- Arbeitsgerät in einer schematisch gehaltenen Seitenan sicht; Figur 2 eine auf Figur 1 bezogene Darstellung als Schere und Säge; Figur 3 einen Wechselkopf zum Schneiden in Seiten ansicht; Figur 4 einen auf Figur 3 bezogenen Werkzeughalter in Seitenansicht; Figur 5 eine auf die Figuren 3 und 4 bezogene Schnittdarstellung; Figur 6 ein gegenüber den Figuren 1 und 2 abgewan deltes Gerät in einer schematisch gehaltenen und mehr fach geschnittenen Seitenansicht;
Do-it-yourself Umversalarbeitsgerät The invention relates to a power-operated do-it-yourself universal tool with on the housing to carry out various work, for example cutting, drilling, including hammer and angle drilling, milling, grinding, polishing and sawing and also mixing, kneading, stirring, whisking , Beating, pureeing, easily interchangeable fixable interchangeable heads.
Known such power-operated tools that can be operated by hand are usually heavier than corresponding tools that can only be operated by hand, such as hand scissors, a nail drill, a hand saw or a hand kneading beater or a hand whisk, due to the built-in power drive.
So that the hand holding the device does not tire prematurely during handling, it is already known to support such devices during handling on a table surface or similar surface or on the work surface by means of holding devices and facilities so that the hand holding the device is in the essential chen is only needed for its management.
However, it is also disadvantageous that such a guide in the previously known power-operated working devices with additional heads is cumbersome and, as is known, can lead to premature exhaustion of the hand operating the device, namely when the different tools located on the various additional heads are used require different optimal modes of operation.
The stress on the leading hand from such tools is sometimes so one-sided and strong that they cause real occupational diseases, for example callus formation, bone inflammation or the like.
It can also happen that a single tool, for example a pair of scissors, a drill head, or a saw or a kitchen appliance, permits different modes of operation, each of which offers advantages over the other for a specific work purpose.
While the simple, also manually operated and correspondingly light work devices allow different handling without further ado, such versatile handling is not possible with the known power-operated work devices.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding the aforementioned shortcomings and of completing the power-operated implement mentioned at the outset so that its handling can be optimally adapted to as many different uses as possible.
The power-operated universal DIY tool according to the invention is characterized by a pull handle which can be locked in different angular positions relative to the working plane. In a particular embodiment, the pull handle can be connected to a guide plate carrying the respective interchangeable head, for example a pair of scissors or a saw, so as to be pivotable in an angular range of up to 90 degrees.
In a further embodiment, a reciprocating drivable saw can be arranged vertically in a saw thrust pushed onto the foot part of the guide plate and fastened, which enables a particularly expedient conversion of the tool into a jigsaw.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the pull handle can be interchangeably connected in different positions with a push handle, e.g. for drilling, milling, grinding and polishing, and for the arrangement of kitchen appliances for mixing, kneading, stirring.
In another embodiment, a handle can be arranged on the flange of an electric drive motor so as to be pivotable and lockable in its angular position. Such a design of the handle is particularly recommended when the electric drive motor makes simultaneous use as a handle difficult due to its size.
It is an example embodiment of the invention possible where the tool with each Wech selkopf with universal usability of the device in optimal adaptation to the workpiece to be processed, for example, taking into account its structure and thickness, on the one hand in the train-working direction, so in the direction of Body, that is, in the control direction of the eyes of the person carrying out the work, can be guided against the workpiece or along it.
On the other hand, in a further embodiment, further interchangeable heads including kitchen appliances can be optimally used in a further embodiment through the combination with a push handle, whereby according to a further embodiment of the invention a jacket is provided for the pulling hand on the pulling handle with ergonomically correct recesses for the ball of the hand, finger or.
Thumb system, and according to another exemplary embodiment of the invention at the end of the device there is a pressure cap equipped with an air or liquid cushion for the ball of the hand of the pushing time hand, which prevents signs of fatigue and thus unpleasant interruptions to the work process.
The drawing illustrates two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: FIG. 1, the power-operated universal DIY tool as a pulling and pushing tool that can be operated by hand, in a schematic side view; FIG. 2 shows a representation related to FIG. 1 as scissors and a saw; Figure 3 shows an interchangeable head for cutting in side view; FIG. 4 shows a tool holder related to FIG. 3 in a side view; FIG. 5 shows a sectional illustration relating to FIGS. 3 and 4; FIG. 6 shows a device that has been modified from FIGS. 1 and 2 in a schematic side view with multiple sections;
FIG. 7 shows an illustration of a pivotable and adjustable handle in relation to FIG. 6 in a schematic side view.
In Figure 1, replaceable and fixable replaceable heads are shown on the motor housing MG, with the pull handle ZH, which can be locked in different Winkelstellun conditions x 1 to 3, for example when cutting, sawing or doing kitchen work, is moved in the working direction Z by pulling and with another device combination, preferably when drilling, grinding, milling and when using kitchen appliances, the pull handle ZH at the angle of the axes YY to ZZ is completed with a push handle SH, the motor housing MG then in the direction of its longitudinal axis RR by hand Working direction S can be performed on thrust.
The combinations illustrated in FIG. 1 and the individual handle representations in FIG. 2 show, in the upper half of the motor housing MG, a replaceable jacket EM made of elastic material with recesses for the physiologically correct training and securing of the ball of the hand, finger and thumb when grasping and Pulling the device in working direction Z.
As can also be seen from FIG. 2, the upper part of the motor housing MG is secured by a further, the inner palm of the hand, also made of elastic material and replaceable, hollow or possibly reinforced with an inner liquid or air cushion pressure cap DK, which corrects the manual system on the device combination correctly from a work physiological point of view, especially when working in the S working direction on push, and not only improves work behavior as a whole,
but also the effect of the respective tool on the processing point increases qualitatively and quantitatively, which means that, for example, faster and more precisely cut, sawed, drilled or with kitchen appliances that can be swiveled around the longitudinal (vertical) axis RR, as in the Figures 1 and 6 illustrates
can be stirred or whisked more intensively. This pressure cap DK can also close or open a locking piece V with the lateral opening O for the electrical connection cable E, which is also located at the upper end of the motor housing MG, in an easily accessible manner, as shown in FIG. The scissors shown, for example, in FIGS. 2 to 5 have a shoe 3 which engages under the material 1 to be cut with its foot part 2 and on which a lower cutting knife 4 is fixed.
An upper cutting knife 6 located on a tool holder 5 designed as an angle lever works together with the cutting knife 4. The pivotable on the slide shoe 3 about the axis 7 in the guide plate 16 tool holder 5 engages with its upper forked leg end in a roller R, as illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, the pivot lever 27 is in engagement with a drive, which is in a Angular range around the pivot axis 14 can be pivoted back and forth and is operated by a drive motor, not shown,
the middle position of the lever coincides with the longitudinal axis R -R of the device. In the embodiment shown, for example, in Figures 1 and 2 with a more upwardly directed position and its pull handle ZH, which can be locked in different angular positions x 1 to 3 for cutting, sawing and other work, it is possible, compared to previously known devices, that the user pulls the pull handle ZH grabbed from the front and moved with the hand in the pulling working direction Z, i.e. in the direction of the body.
This has the great advantage that the respective point of action of the tool, for example the knife 6 or the saw 11, on the material can always be precisely observed and the desired cutting direction can be precisely adhered to. For sawing work, for example, a saw shoe SS is merely pushed onto the foot part 2, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2. With increasing material thickness that would have to be processed, the drive power of the motor 10 according to FIG. 6 would inevitably have to be increased, which would lead to the motor housing MG assuming spatial dimensions that make it difficult to use it as a handle at the same time.
As shown in the lower part of FIG. 6 for a corresponding tool with interchangeable heads, it is then advisable to design the handle 8 according to FIG. 7 located on a flange 9 and pivotable by 120 degrees and lockable in any angular position. The upper part of FIG. 6 shows further device combinations, for example without an electrical cable connection, with electrical storage elements 13 arranged as a power source in an attachment 12 connected to the outer end of the motor housing MG. The DIY universal instrument according to the invention is not bound to all details of the description .
In this way, other machining and processing tasks, for example with different working methods, in the craft or in industry with the power-operated working method, in the craft or in industry with the power-operated tools using simple or combined hydraulic, pneumatic, electric or Electronic influencing of the pull handle ZH, which can be locked in different angular positions, and / or other elements encased by the motor housing MG or engaging with it are solved.
