Device for manufacturing shoes with an inner upper, in particular ski boots
The invention relates to a device for producing shoes with an inner upper, in particular ski boots. The device is suitable for carrying out a process for the production of shoes, according to which an inner upper pulled onto a last is made by introducing a plastic or rubber compound, which is liquid or pasty in the processing state, into a hollow mold and then solidifying it by curing or
Vulcanization is provided with an outer shoe.
According to the invention, the device is characterized in that a multi-part hollow shape is provided, into which a last carrying the inner upper of the shoe and a hollow part that partially covers the upper and accommodates corresponding parts of the last can be introduced.
According to a preferred embodiment, the hollow shape is formed from two half-shells and a bottom part preferably provided with a filling opening.
If the above-mentioned method is to be carried out using different types of materials for the outer upper and the sole, the bottom part can be provided in a displaceable and / or exchangeable manner in order to change the hollow volume of the shape which it fills.
The strips carrying the inner shaft are expediently provided with clamping means, such as. B. a pull rope, a pull rod and the like, or magnetically pressed onto the hollow part.
The invention will now be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing, in which FIGS. 1 and 2 show sections of the shape in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The section in FIG. 1 is taken along the line A-B in FIG. 2, that of FIG. 2 along the line C-D in FIG.
As can be seen from this, an inner upper 2 made of leather is pulled onto the last 1 (omitted in FIG. 1). Although it is useful to connect the upper leather to the insole with a seam, another known technique can also be used. A hollow part 6 is placed on the strips or, more precisely, on the inner shaft 1 lying thereon, the strip being pressed against the hollow part by any clamping means, here only indicated symbolically with 8. This results in a sealing point or a sealing edge 9, up to which the shaft boom is exposed and from which the other parts of the same are covered and received in the cavity 7. The parts mentioned are inserted into a hollow mold which is formed from the two half-shells 3 and 4 and the bottom part 5.
The half-shell 3 shown in Fig. 1 is hatched, although the contact surface of the two half-shells 3 and 4 with the cutting line A-B is identical. In Fig. 1, the hollow part 6 is drawn in part and the inner shaft 2 completely in section. The bottom part 5 has a filling opening 10 through which the liquid or pasty plastic or rubber compound can be introduced into the mold. According to the technology used here, the surfaces of the mold and of the hollow part 6 that come into contact with the penetrating mass are treated with a release agent in order to avoid adhesion of the plastic or rubber.
It should be mentioned that it is possible and advantageous to design the outer shoe in the instep area in two separate, preferably overlapping parts by appropriately designing the half-shells and optionally by arranging inlay wedges or the like. If the hollow mold is opened after curing or vulcanization is complete, the hollow part 6 can be pulled out of the shoe that has been formed.
The demolded shoe thus has an inner upper which, in the illustrated case, is inextricably connected to the outer upper up to approximately the level of the ball.
It goes without saying that the connection line between the inner and outer upper of the shoe can be produced in the desired manner by the formation of the cavity 7 and the hollow part 6 in general.
The device described also allows the method to be used in the simplest possible manner with different types of masses for the outer upper or for the sole. If the bottom part 5 is designed to be displaceable or exchangeable with regard to its penetration depth, the outer shaft can be formed in a first process step and then the shoe sole after appropriate adjustment of the bottom part 5 or its replacement. Furthermore, by inserting fittings and, if desired, a stiffener for the sole in the mold, these parts can be attached to or in the shoe at the same time as it is being manufactured. Although the arrangement of the filling opening 10 in the bottom part 5 appears to be particularly advantageous, one or more such openings can of course also be provided at another point of the hollow mold.
