Description

  

      In    Wasser     unsinkbares    Kissen, insbesondere     Bootskissen       Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein in Wasser       unsinkbares    Kissen, insbesondere ein Bootskissen, wel  ches sich auszeichnet durch aus Hartschaumstoff oder  Kork bestehende, beim Kissengebrauch teilweise aufein  ander     abrollbare,    von einem elastischen Element minde  stens teilweise umhüllte     Schwimmkörper.     



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  wird anschliessend anhand von Figuren erläutert. Es  zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Querschnitt durch ein     unsinkbares    Kis  sen,       Fig.2    einen teilweisen Schnitt nach Linie     11-II    des  Kissens gemäss     Fig.    1.  



  Das in den     Fig.    1 und 2 dargestellte Bootskissen 1 ist  mit Schwimmkörpern 3, welche aus Hartschaum, bei  spielsweise Styropor oder     Polyurethan    oder aus Kork  oder dgl. bestehen, ausgerüstet. Diese     Körper    3 sind längs  ihrer Kanten mit Abrundungen 5 versehen, welche bei  Belastung, wenn also jemand auf dem Kissen sitzt, ein  gegenseitiges Bewegen und teilweises Abrollen der Kör  per 3 aufeinander erlauben. Die Schwimmkörper 3 haben  dann die Möglichkeit, längs ihren     abgerundeten    Kanten  einer derartigen     Formänderung    ohne Abnutzung zu  folgen.

   Um zu verhüten, dass sich die Körper 3 bei  starken Änderungen der     Kissenform        übereinanderschie-          ben,    ist eine     vorteilhafterweise    mit den Schwimmkörpern  3 mittels eines Klebers verbundene, elastische Zwischen  lage 7 vorgesehen. Die elastische Zwischenlage 7 kann  die Schwimmkörper 3 in ihrer Gesamtheit oder nur  teilweise umhüllen und insbesondere auf den Kissenbreit  seiten bedecken. Diese elastische Zwischenlage 7 besteht       vorteilhafterweise    aus PVC-Folie oder ist als Gummiplat  te, sogenannte     Airex-Weichschaumplatte,    ausgebildet.

   Die  Decklage 9 gibt insbesondere den Polstereffekt und  besteht vorzugsweise aus Weichschaum, während die       wasserfeste        Umhüllung    11 aus Segeltuch,     Planenstoff     oder einer     Weich-PVC-Folie    bestehen kann.    Durch diesen Aufbau mittels der formbeständigen,  nicht     sinkfähigen    Schwimmkörper 3 und bedingt durch  die Abrundungen 5 längs der Kanten dieser Körper sowie  die Verwendung der elastischen Zwischenlage und der  Decklage, wird ein bezüglich Form doch nachgiebiges,  elastisches, in Wasser     unsinkbares    Kissen erhalten.



      The present invention relates to a water-unsinkable cushion, particularly a boat cushion, which is characterized by a floating body made of rigid foam or cork, which can be rolled on one another when the cushion is used and is at least partially covered by an elastic element.



  An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to figures. It shows: FIG. 1 a cross section through an unsinkable pillow, FIG. 2 a partial section along line 11-II of the pillow according to FIG.



  The boat cushion 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is equipped with floating bodies 3, which are made of rigid foam, for example Styrofoam or polyurethane or cork or the like. These bodies 3 are provided along their edges with rounded portions 5, which allow a mutual movement and partial rolling of the Kör by 3 on each other when loaded, so when someone is sitting on the pillow. The floating bodies 3 then have the possibility of following such a change in shape along their rounded edges without wear.

   In order to prevent the bodies 3 from sliding over one another in the event of major changes in the shape of the cushion, an elastic intermediate layer 7 is provided, which is advantageously connected to the floating bodies 3 by means of an adhesive. The elastic intermediate layer 7 can cover the floating body 3 in its entirety or only partially and in particular cover the pillow broad sides. This elastic intermediate layer 7 is advantageously made of PVC film or is designed as a Gummiplat, so-called Airex soft foam board.

   The cover layer 9 in particular gives the cushioning effect and is preferably made of soft foam, while the waterproof cover 11 can be made of canvas, tarpaulin or a soft PVC film. Due to this structure by means of the dimensionally stable, non-sinking floating body 3 and due to the roundings 5 along the edges of these bodies as well as the use of the elastic intermediate layer and the cover layer, a form-flexible, elastic cushion which does not sink in water is obtained.

PATENT CLAIMS Cushions which are unsinkable in water, in particular boat cushions, characterized by a floating body (3) which is made of rigid foam or cork and which can be partially rolled on one another when the cushion is used, and which is at least partially covered by an elastic element (7). SUBClaims 1. Cushion according to claim, characterized in that the elastic element (7) can be used as e.g. made of PVC film or formed as a rubber layer or soft foam layer. 2. Cushion according to claim, characterized in that a cover layer (9) at least partially enveloping the elastic intermediate layer (7), e.g. made of soft foam. 3.

Cushion according to claim, characterized in that the floating bodies (3) are rounded (5) and e.g. consist of styrofoam or polyurethane and e.g. have a prismatic shape. 4. Cushion according to claim, characterized in that this one e.g. has covering (11) made of canvas, tarpaulin or a soft PVC film. 5. Cushion according to claim, characterized in that the floating bodies (3) are connected to the elastic intermediate layer (7).
