Device for feeding a textile machine with pay-off spools
The present invention relates to a device for loading a textile machine, in particular a winding machine or loom, with pay-off bobbins.
There are already winding machines with automatic bobbin changer or looms with automatic weft bobbin changer, in which the payoff bobbins (spinning cop or weft bobbin) are delivered from a magazine individually and as required into a standby container, from where the bobbin is then hit in the shooter or the transfer the pay-off bobbin takes place at a winding station. The cops are placed in the cells of the magazine by hand or scooped from a storage container and presented using an elevator.
Disadvantages of both types of supply of the machine in question with reel bobbins are the downtimes that occur on the machine after the cop stocks in the storage container or magazine have been exhausted, which is usually signaled in order to induce the operating personnel to refill the bobbin supply. In order to avoid longer downtimes, it is necessary to severely limit the number of machines that can be monitored by an operator.
The present invention aims to create a device which allows the loading of a textile machine with pay-off bobbins to be carried out in a much more rational and better controllable manner. In the case of a device for loading a textile machine, in particular a winding machine or loom, with pay-off bobbins, the pay-off bobbins being removed from a storage container by means of an elevator, this is achieved according to the invention by two conveyor elements of the elevator, one above the other, which are inclined to the vertical and are designed as a belt or chain Lying and spaced apart platforms each serving to support a removable storage container which is open on the side facing the transport element and which can be moved relative to the transport element,
which are arranged perpendicular to the transport element or form an upwardly open acute angle with it, whereby depending on the empty state of one of the storage containers and the loading state of the transport element, controllable adjusting means, in particular rocker arms, vertical shaft or electromagnets, with the platforms for their alternating and interdependent adjustment are in operative connection with the transport organ.
Through these measures, it is now possible to maintain a constant supply of the machine to be supplied with drain coils, since after the automatic resetting of an exhausted storage container with simultaneous employment of a filled storage container on the transport element of the Eleva sector, the entire emptying time for the filled storage container is now available Is available to exchange the emptied storage container for a full one, which allows an operator to monitor and supply multiple machines compared to previously, it being sufficient only to set up the full storage container on the platform in question, whereupon the employment of this container to the Elevator takes place again automatically after emptying the other.
In a preferred embodiment of the device, a lock, controllable depending on the empty state of one of the storage containers and the loading state of the transport element, can act on at least one of the platforms or on the contact means for the platforms to fix the contact position of one or the other platform. The lock can be a solenoid, which is then in the circuit of a first sensor for monitoring the empty state of one storage container, a second sensor for monitoring the empty state of the other storage container and a third sensor for monitoring the loading state of the transport member at least in its area of engagement in the storage container lies.
A signal device is expediently connected in parallel to the solenoid to indicate each container change with respect to the transport element.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:
1 shows a device for charging a textile machine with pay-off bobbins, in a schematic and perspective illustration, with two storage containers,
2 shows a circuit diagram of the electric drive of the conveyor belt of the device according to FIGS. 1 and
3 shows a circuit diagram of the electrical control device for changing the storage container on the device according to FIG. 1.
According to FIG. 1, the device for loading a textile machine (not shown in detail) with unwinding bobbins comprises an elevator with an endless conveyor belt 1 with driver strips 2, which is guided over drums 3 and 4 and can be driven by an electric motor 5. This conveyor belt is mounted over the drums 3 and 4 in a machine frame, not shown in detail, and has a slight inclination with respect to the vertical, which is intended to prevent the unintentional reels 30, which are guided upward by the belt and rest on the driver strips 2, from their Tray fall out.
Adjacent to the above-mentioned conveyor belt 1, two platforms 6 and 7, which lie one above the other and are spaced apart and which can be displaced transversely to the conveyor belt, are provided, each of which serves as a removable support for a storage container 8. The platforms 6 and 7 here preferably have a slight inclination towards the conveyor belt 1, in such a way that the platforms enclose an upwardly open acute angle with the conveyor belt 1. This ensures that a storage container placed on a platform, after it has been positioned on the conveyor belt 1, has its upper edge closer to the conveyor belt than its lower edge, which makes it easier for the driver strips 2 of the conveyor belt to engage in the reel stack in the storage container, as will be explained in more detail below is explained.
For an alternating, mutually dependent adjustment of the platforms 6 and 7 and thus the storage containers 8 placed on the platforms on the conveyor belt 1, four two-armed levers 9 are provided here, which are rotatably guided with their centrally located bearing pins 10 in the machine frame, not shown. The approximately vertically extending levers 9 carry the platform 6 at their upper free arm ends and the platform 7 at their lower free arm ends, the connections being in each case articulated.
As can now easily be seen from FIG. 1, pivoting the lever 9 in a clockwise direction causes the upper platform 6 to be positioned against the elevator and the lower platform 7 to be set down from the elevator. Conversely, pivoting the levers 9 in the counterclockwise direction causes the upper platform 6 to be lowered and, at the same time, the lower platform 7 to be raised, which FIG. 1 illustrates the position of the platforms together with the storage containers placed on them.
In order to be able to fix the platforms together with the storage containers in one position or the other, a Sebmentscheibe 11 engages in at least one of the levers 9 in locking grooves 12 or 13 for one or the other position of the armature of a solenoid 14, which lock of course also through other means, for example lever systems, can be replaced.
A first sensor 16 is provided on platform 6 and a second sensor 17 is provided on platform 7 for unlocking the lock 14 to position the platforms or storage containers depending on the empty state of one of the storage containers 8 and the loading state of the conveyor belt 1 are able to signal an empty state in the relevant storage container. Another sensor 18 on the conveyor belt 1, however, is able to determine and signal the loading status of the conveyor belt directly above the upper storage container.
For the interaction of the solenoid 14 and the sensors mentioned, the former is located in an electrical circuit supplied by a source 15, in which the solenoid 14 according to FIG. 3 is in series with the contact 118 and with the contacts 116 and 117 of the sensors 16 and 17 connected in parallel lies. From this circuit it can be seen that unlocking can only take place by response of the solenoid if the sensor 19 closes its contact 118, the lack of reels in the area of the measuring section on the conveyor belt and at the same time either the sensor 16 or 17 closes its contact 116 or 117 indicates the empty state of the relevant storage container 8.
In order to be able to remove reel spools from the storage containers by means of the conveyor belt 1 and to determine the empty state of such a container by means of sensors 16 or 17, these storage containers are at their end face to be directed towards the conveyor belt with a length equal to the length of the length to reach into the container 8 certain driver strips 2 of the conveyor belt 1 provided slightly exceeding cutout. However, edge zones of the cut-out walls prevent the coils from falling out of the side of the container. The above-mentioned section is also continued at the bottom of the container by approximately two coil diameters, as the points 8a on the containers 8 in FIG. 1 show. In this cut from 8a, the sensor 16 and 17 engage in the container.
As already mentioned, the sensors 16, 17 and 18 are each equipped with a contact 116, 117 and 118, the closing of which should result in a signal being given.
To achieve this. the sensors 16 and 17 also have a button like the sensor 18 has the button 19. These buttons are acted upon by coils 30 present in the containers, which keeps the relevant contact open. Accordingly, a lack of coils in the container 8 or in the compartments of the conveyor belt above the upper container leads to the signaling.
The operation of the device described above is as follows:
The drive of the conveyor belt 1 usually takes place step by step by compartment width in accordance with the reel requirement on the machine and according to the occupancy of the compartment on the conveyor belt intended to be passed on to the machine. In Fig. 2, for example, 22 denotes a standby container. If this requests a coil, this is indicated by closing the contact 122, whereupon the circuit for the motor 5 is closed and the conveyor belt 1 moves on by one compartment. As a result, the so-called standby compartment, which is the upper one in the illustration in FIG. 1, can deliver its pay-off reel to any transport means to the standby container 22.
In order to prevent the ready compartment on the conveyor belt from being empty, a sensor 21 (FIG. 1) scans this compartment in order to keep the conveyor belt in motion by means of contact 121 parallel to contact 122 in the circuit (FIG. 2) for the drive motor 5 to hold until the sensor 21 indicates the presence of a drain coil 30 in the ready compartment.
For loading the conveyor belt 1 with reel spools 30 from a container 8, for example according to FIG. 1, the container 8 is placed on the lower platform 7 against the conveyor belt 1 and, as shown, locked in this position by means of a solenoid 14. As a result of the revolving movement of the belt, the individual driver strips 2 of the belt 1 that penetrate into the container scoop up one coil after the other out of the container. The inclined position of the container causes the bobbins removed from the belt 1 to move automatically against the belt 1 until the last bobbin has also been picked up by the conveyor belt 1 and used up. The aforementioned approach of the upper edge of the container to the belt also enables the driver rails 2 to be pressed relatively gently into the bobbin stack in the container.
If the last coil 30 has now been exhausted from the lower container 8, the sensor 17 signals that the container is empty by closing the contact 117 (FIG. 2). It is now necessary to wait until the conveyor belt 1 is free of reels 30 in the area of the upper, full container 8 that is now to be placed against the belt. If the sensor 18 detects this on the conveyor belt 1, it closes the control circuit according to FIG. 3 via its contact 118, whereupon the solenoid is excited and the lever 9 is unlocked.
As a result of the significantly greater weight of the full upper container 8 compared to the empty lower one, the levers 9 pivot automatically and without further aids in a clockwise direction, which places the full container on the conveyor belt and removes the lower container therefrom.
The conveyor belt can now draw out further reel spools from the upper container 8, with the solenoid 14 also being switched off at the same time and this again locking the lever 9 with the groove segment 11 in position 12. The switching process at the solenoid 14 can also be indicated at the same time by a parallel-connected lamp 35 and / or an acoustic signal generator, which indicates to an operator that one of the containers 8 is exhausted, which can then be exchanged for a full container in order to enable the device for a new container changeover in in the manner described above.
It should be mentioned that both the platforms and the adjustment means, the lock and the electrical button and switching means can be of different embodiments than the one described above. For example, each platform can form a slide that can be positioned on runners or wheels on the conveyor belt, whereby a vertical shaft or alternately acting electromagnets can cause the slide to be positioned alternately and depending on one another.
