Description
Rollvorrichtung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rollvorrichtung für interne Schwertransporte, z. B. für den Transport von Maschinen und Gütern bis zu 20 Tonnen. Sie weist drei Rolleneinheiten auf mit je vier in einem Traggestell zweckmässig kugelgelagerten Laufrollen.
Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, eine Rollvorrichtung zu schaffen, die interne Schwertrans porte erleichtert, sich zeit- und personalsparend auswirkt und die Unfallgefahr verringert.
Schwere Lasten werden innerhalb der Werkhalle bis jetzt mittels Wellen, Panzerraupen oder Kranen versetzt. Wellen müssen umständlich unter dem Transportgut herausgenommen und vorne wieder angesetzt werden, wobei die Manövrierbarkeit des Transportgutes sehr schlecht ist. Panzerraupen laufen schwer infolge der kleinen Rollendurchmesser und des dadurch bedingten hohen spezifischen Flächendruckes; auch lässt sich das Transportgut auf engem Raum ungenügend lenken. Krane in Werkhallen haben vielfach eine zu geringe Tragfähigkeit und Höhe, sowie eine be schränke Reichweite.
Anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung näher beschrieben.
Es zeigen Fig. 1: perspektivische Darstellung der Rollvorrichtung unter einem Transportgut. Vorne die Lenkrolleneinheit mit Deichsel; hinten die zwei Laufrolleneinheiten, die mit einer Welle verbunden sind, welche die parallele Führung derselben gewährleistet.
Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen eine Laufrolleneinheit mit dem geschweissten Traggestell 1, den vier kugelgelagerten Laufrollen 2, der Verbindungsstange 3 und den drei verschiedenen Lastaufnahmeeinsätzen. Dabei dient der Rundmeissel 4 für Güter mit glattem Boden oder zur Aufnahme von vorstehenden Bodenschrauben, das Prisma 5 zur Aufnahme eines Maschinenrandes und der Zapfeneinsatz 6 zur Aufnahme an Bohrungen am Maschinenständer.
Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen die Lenkrolleneinheit in gleicher Ausführung wie die Laufrolleneinheiten, jedoch mit verlängertem Traggestell 1, mit einem Gelenk 2, zur Aufnahme der Lenkstange 3.
Rolling device
The invention relates to a rolling device for internal heavy transports, e.g. B. for the transport of machines and goods up to 20 tons. It has three roller units, each with four rollers suitably mounted on ball bearings in a support frame.
The invention is based on the idea of creating a rolling device that facilitates internal heavy transport, saves time and personnel, and reduces the risk of accidents.
Up to now, heavy loads have been moved within the workshop by means of shafts, armored crawlers or cranes. Shafts have to be laboriously removed from under the goods to be transported and put back on at the front, whereby the maneuverability of the goods to be transported is very poor. Armored caterpillars run with difficulty due to the small roller diameter and the resulting high specific surface pressure; the goods to be transported can also be insufficiently steered in a confined space. Cranes in factory halls often have insufficient load-bearing capacity and height, as well as a limited reach.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 shows a perspective illustration of the rolling device under a transport item. At the front the swivel castor unit with drawbar; behind the two roller units, which are connected to a shaft, which ensures the parallel guidance of the same.
2 and 3 show a roller unit with the welded support frame 1, the four ball-bearing rollers 2, the connecting rod 3 and the three different load-bearing inserts. The round chisel 4 is used for goods with a smooth bottom or for receiving protruding ground screws, the prism 5 for receiving a machine edge and the pin insert 6 for receiving bores on the machine frame.
4 and 5 show the castor unit in the same design as the castor units, but with an extended support frame 1, with a joint 2 for receiving the handlebar 3.
