Fig. 1 das erfindungsgemässe Dreheisen-Quotientenmessgerät in Draufsicht (teilweise geschnitten),
Fig. 2 die Ansicht A nach Fig. 1.
Fig. 6 eine Ausführungsvariante für den Polschuh.
Moving iron quotient measuring device
The present invention relates to a moving iron quotient measuring device.
A moving iron quotient measuring device is known in which the stationary core has two slotted pole pieces and carries the measuring coils, while the cylindrical movable core with its sector partially engages in the slots of the pole pieces (see, for example, the Soviet copyright certificate No. 157 734 K1.21e , 302).
The design of the movable core in the form of a cylinder with a sector has the disadvantage that the core cross-section is weakened at the junction between cylinder and sector, which results in a corresponding limitation of the maximum flow of force that the core can conduct without the saturation state to reach.
In addition, with the quotient measuring device described above, the area of the movable core is not used sufficiently to generate air gaps between core and pole pieces.
The aim of the present invention is to increase the sensitivity of the above-described moving iron quotient meter.
The invention is based on the object of reducing the magnetic resistance of the air gaps between the pole pieces and the movable core by utilizing the core area as much as possible.
This object is achieved by a moving iron quotient measuring device with a stationary core carrying the measuring coils and having two slotted pole shoes and with a rotatable ferromagnetic core which, when rotated, can partially engage in a recess in the stationary core, this device being characterized in that the rotatable core is plate-shaped and is mounted in the slot of an additional pole piece of the stationary core, which pole piece is located between the two mentioned pole pieces.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawing. It shows:
1 shows the moving iron quotient measuring device according to the invention in a top view (partially in section),
FIG. 2 the view A according to FIG. 1.
3, 4, 5 different design options for the movable ferromagnetic core,
6 shows a variant embodiment for the pole piece.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the moving iron quotient measuring device according to the invention contains the fixed core 1 with slotted pole pieces 4, 5, 6 which carries the two measuring coils 2, 3. The plate-shaped ferromagnetic core 7 moves in the slots of the pole shoes 4, 5, 6.
Three force flows J, o, 03 (shown in dashed lines in FIG. 1) are closed over the movable core of the magnet system. The power flow dil is generated by the self-induction of the measuring coil 2, the power flow 02 by that of the measuring coil 3 and the force flow 03 by the mutual induction of the coils 2, 3. The three power flows mentioned generate three torques which act on the movable core 7 and bring it into a position relative to the pole pieces determined by the currents flowing through the measuring coils.
The torque M1 tries to deflect the movable core 7 towards the pole piece 4. The torque M2 counteracts it. The torque M3, on the other hand, tries to set the core 7 symmetrically to the two pole pieces 4, 6.
The design and mutual arrangement of the movable core 7 and the pole pieces are such that, in each position of the movable core 98, O / o of its surface is used to create air gaps between it and the pole pieces.
Different scale courses of the quotient measuring device can be achieved through the special design of the movable core and the pole pieces. The latter can have an outline composed of arcs, straight lines and complicated curves (FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6).
The setting of the quotient measuring device according to the invention takes place by rotating the pole shoes 4, 6 about points 8, 9, where they are hinged to the core 1.
In the pole shoe 5 there is an opening 10 (FIG. 1) or a slot 11 (FIG. 6) for the passage of the axis (not shown in the drawing) of the movable measuring displacement part, on which the movable ferromagnetic core 7 is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner.
The moving iron quotient meter described above can be widely used in frequency meters.
