Fig. 4 drei verschiedene Stellungen des.
Frame, in particular a shelf or cabinet The invention relates to a frame, in particular a shelf or cabinet, made of sheet metal, with at least one step-by-step adjustable shelf inserted without screw fastenings.
Known height-adjustable shelves are placed loosely, d. H. they can be lifted upwards without first releasing the locking means. When using racks with such storage shelves result ben - apart from unintentional impacts hitting the shelf from below - no particular disadvantages, as long as the frame maintains its vertical position.
When transporting such racks, however, they are often tilted. Applied shelves would then fall off. Storage cabinets, in particular, are often fully equipped, i. H. Shipped with storage boxes matching the cabinet. It is clear that in such cases it cannot be accepted that the shelves fall off their supports. It was therefore necessary to resort to temporary locking means, e.g. B. to cushions made of folded cardboard or the like.
By means of the invention, a frame of the type mentioned at the outset is to be designed in such a way that a loosely inserted storage shelf is also fixed towards the top. The frame according to the invention is characterized in that for fixing the bottom we sentlichen C-shaped, the edge of the bottom encompassing locking hooks are provided, which locking hooks are flat and in vertical, on the frame:
provided locking slots out are. Such a fastening is easy to remove and comes without screws. out. Nevertheless, the shelf can also be held securely at the top.
Each locking hook can have a lower notch with which it sits on the lower end of the slot. The lower leg of the C-shaped hook can have an inclined sliding surface in the C-cavity, on which the bottom edge can slide into the engagement position.
The locking slot can be arranged at the highest or lowest point of an outward or inward bend of the wall or frame post. With such an arrangement, the locking hook can be guided laterally, so it cannot stand at an angle.
A slipping of the Bo dens transversely to the locking hook preventing lower indentations can be provided on the shelf. In this case, the floor cannot slide forward even if the frame is tilted.
A frame according to one embodiment of the invention (especially a cabinet can be advantageously designed) is characterized in that the shelf is held only at part of its fastening points with locking hooks of the type described above, while the other fastening points are inclined to the respective Bottom corner extending over corner strips are provided with fen ster-like openings into which the bottom corners engage, and in the case of a cabinet, the over corner strips at the same time the cabinet walls in the corner can strive against each other.
With such a combination of corner strips and locking hooks, the floor can still be used comfortably, since the insertion of the shelf corners z. B. in back tere strips is easily possible and the advantage of easy attachment by means of the locking hook remains at the front.
Horizontal hanging slots for boxes can be arranged on a cabinet door. These can be arranged on a special sheet metal attached to the inside of the door. In the following description, an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawing; show in the drawing:
Fig. 1 is a perspective partial view of a Schran kes, wherein: the ceiling of the cabinet is removed and the view is directed obliquely from above into a corner of the cabinet, Fig. 2 is a section through the attachment point of a box attached to the cabinet door, Fig.3 a section along line III-III in Fig.2. Fig. 4 three different positions of the.
Shelf and the locking hook, the two upper positions represent the hooking and the lower position the hanging from the floor, Fig. 5 is a section along line VV in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6 is a cross section through a post with adjacent shelves according to a Variant of the invention.
The cabinet shown in Fig. 1 is made of sheet metal and has a bottom 1, a rear wall 2 and a side wall 3. The cabinet ceiling and the opposite side wall are not shown. On the cabinet wall 3, the cabinet door, which is designated as a whole by 4 and also made of sheet metal, is articulated. A shelf 5 is housed in the cabinet. This floor is suspended at its four corners, only the suspension at two corners being shown in FIG. 1.
The rear corners are slid into so-called corner bars 6, while the front corners are held on a profile 7 in a manner to be described in more detail.
The profile 7 is, as you can easily see from Fig. 1, bent, the legs 8 are used for attachment to the cabinet wall (spot welds 9), while the actual crank 10 fastening slots (locking slots) 11 has. These locking slots are attached to the highest point of the crank 10 and run vertically; there are elongated holes. A flat hook 12, the shape of which can be seen from FIG. 4, is inserted into this oblong extinguisher for the purpose of holding the shelf 5.
The locking hook is essentially C-shaped and has an upper locking lug 13 and a lower support lug 14. A notch 15 is provided on the underside. There is an inclined sliding surface 16 in the mouth of the C-shaped hook.
The attachment is also shown in FIG. Before fixing the floor, the locking hook is brought into the position shown in Fig. 4 above. The shelf 5 is then moved downward in the direction of arrow 17 and its lower edge comes into contact with the inclined sliding surface 16.
When the shelf is pushed down further, the sloping surface causes a. Inward pulling the hook causes. Finally, in the fastening position, the hook is tilted a little, namely as shown in the middle of FIG. In this position, the upper locking lug 13 overlaps the upper edge of the shelf 5.
It is clear that in this position of the hook 13, the shelf 5 can no longer fall off upwards. Nevertheless, the shelf can be removed again if, as shown in FIG. 4 below, the locking hook is pushed back in the direction of arrow 18. The shelf can then be raised in the direction of arrow 19. Since the locking lug 13 is now pushed back, the shelf can be moved upwards.
The combination of corner strip 6 and locking hook 12 shown in FIG. 1 is advantageous. Such a corner strip is most advantageously arranged at an angle of 45 to the cabinet walls 2 and 3. The flanges 20 bent by 45 are used to fasten the cabinet wall (welding points 21). Window-like openings 22 are provided in the corner strip.
These window-like openings are of such a height that the shelf is held without play or with little play in the vertical direction. The height is therefore essentially the same as the height of the edge-side fold of the shelf. The shelf itself has a front, raised edge strip 23 formed by corresponding folds (which can be seen from FIG. 1),
and a rear raised edge strip 24. Between these edge strips there is a recessed center field 25. With such a design of the shelf, normal boxes of different sizes can be placed on the shelf, secured against sliding forward. A smaller box size has a depth which is equal to the width of the recessed shelf surface 25. Such a box is then secured to the strips 23 and 24 forwards and backwards.
A larger box is only supported on the front strip 23; so it is slightly inclined because it rests on the back of the bar 24 above.
From FIG. 5 it can also be seen that the vertical fold 26 of the floor has an indentation 27 in the area of the fastening by means of the locking hooks. This indentation prevents the shelf 26 from slipping laterally relative to the locking hook 12, as can be readily seen from FIG. 5.
In Fig. 6 a variant is shown. Figure 28 is a cross-section through a shelf post. In this shelf post inwardly directed bends 29 are provided on the longitudinal walls, which correspond to the bend 101 of the profile 7 (see. Fig. 1). The locking slots are provided at the inner end of the indentations 29 in this case. Otherwise, the locking hooks 12 are designed as already described.
From Figs. 1 and 2 a Aufhangvorrich device for boxes to be attached to the door can be seen. The door 4, which is made of sheet metal, has edges 30 and 31 on the edge. A sheet metal designated as a whole by 32 is attached to the inside of the door.
This sheet under engages with a longitudinal bevel 33 the bevel 31 and is bent several times as can be seen from Fig. 3, the parts 34 and 35 for attachment to the cabinet door (weld points 36 in Fig. 1) are used while the cranking 37 serves as a lateral system for boxes 38 to be suspended. For hanging the boxes 38, so-called gill cuts 39 are provided in the sheet metal, specifically in its area 37.
The cross section of these gill cuts can be seen from FIG. The boxes are held in place by engaging a rear bend 40 in this slot. The part 41 rests on the door leaf 4 and thus provides additional support for the sheet metal 32.
