Hydraulic actuating device for adjusting ventilation and venting devices The invention relates to a hydraulic actuating device for adjusting ventilating and venting devices, in particular window sashes.
There are hydraulic actuating devices known for the purpose mentioned, in which lines from a pump to spring-loaded check valves Füh Ren, between which a control piston is arranged. The hydraulic lines then act on an actuating piston through which the ventilation and venting device is adjusted with the interposition of mechanical links.
With the direction of rotation of the pump, the direction of delivery is also changed, so that the ventilation and venting device can be adjusted to one side or the other. The pump itself is connected to a reservoir for the pressure medium via suction valves. It is the so-called oil sump, which is in contact with the free atmosphere. With the suction valves there is a risk of a leak occurring, so that the pressure of the medium in the lines cannot be maintained.
This means that there is the possibility that the ventilation and venting device does not remain in the set position, which must not occur. In addition, dirt can be sucked into the pipe system through the suction valves, which can also lead to an obstruction. Since the oil of the Reservebe container can come into contact with the atmosphere, the additives added to the oil, z. B. antifoam agents, corrosion inhibitors u. dg1., opportunity to become fleeting.
The object of the invention is to create a hydraulic actuator of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the pressure medium can neither become dirty nor volatile. The invention is characterized by a hydraulic actuating device for the adjustment of ventilation and venting devices, in which the entire pressure medium flow is self-contained and free of outwardly leading valves. The storage container for the pressure medium can be arranged within the closed circuit. In this way it is achieved that the pressure medium, e.g.
B. oil, cannot come into contact with the atmosphere. It is thus excluded that dirt particles or the like can get into the pressure medium from the atmosphere. The function of the pump cannot be hindered by a leaky valve. In addition, there is a guarantee that the additives contained in the printing medium cannot escape.
The function of the entire actuating device for adjusting the ventilation and venting devices remains unchanged and is no longer subject to external influences and impairments.
The pre-storage tank for the pressure medium located in the closed circuit can be connected to the pump itself through a line. Here at the pressure medium can advantageously be held in the container under the action of an air cushion. The air cushion then also represents the safety device against abnormal overpressure in the pressure medium circuit.
For the adjustment of the ventilation and venting device, a double piston can be easily seen, in which the individual pistons are connected to one another by a toothed rack that meshes with a toothed wheel, with the axis of which an adjusting member is connected. The adjusting device can also have two independent actuating pistons which are each provided with a toothing, the toothing engaging the gear on different sides.
The invention is described below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. explained.
The single figure shows the hydraulic Actuator for adjusting a linkage for a ventilation and venting device in the scheme and in section.
In the pump housing 1, the gears 2 and 3 are arranged, which mesh with one another and represent the gear pump. By means of a hand crank (not shown) or by means of a motor, a gear wheel is set in rotation, namely in one direction or the other, so that the pressure medium is conveyed in one direction or the other. Lines 4 and 5 lead from gear pump 2, 3 to spring-loaded valves 6 and 7 and from these valves further lines 8 and 9 lead to adjusting pistons 10 and 11.
Each piston is provided with longitudinal teeth 12 and 13, each tooth system 12 and 13 engaging with a gear wheel 14, on the axis of which an adjusting lever 15 is non-rotatably arranged. Between the spring-loaded valves 6 and 7 there is a control piston 16 which each act on a valve. can.
For the supply of the pressure medium, an advantageously cylindrical supply space 17 is provided, which is completely closed to the outside. A connecting line 18 leads to the gear pump 2, 3. The reservoir 17 is partially filled with the pressure medium 19. In the free space of the storage container 17, an air cushion 20 can form, the size of which is dependent on the expansion of the pressure medium as a result of the effects of temperature.
When the gear 2 is rotated clockwise. ben the pressure medium through the line 5 and through the check valve 7 beneath the piston 11, the pressure medium also acting on the control piston 16 and. the spring-loaded valve opens, so that the pressure medium located below the piston 10 and in the line 4 can flow back to the pump 2, 3. The same is true if. the pump 2, 3 is actuated in the other direction.
