Description
Lubrifiant liquide On a décrit au brevet suisse No 420458 du 30 décem bre 1963 un lubrifiant liquide pour engrenages, en parti culier pour transmissions, boîtes de vitesses, ponts d'en gins à moteur, constitué, pour 100 parties en poids d'une huile minérale de qualité de 0,5 à 5 parties d'additifs dis- persants et/ou d'additifs de viscosité, de 6 à 10 parties d'additifs extrême pression, de 0,2 à 15 parties d'additifs compound, de lubrifiants solides formés de MoS2 et de graphite à raison de 0,2 à 1 partie de bisulfure de mo lybdène et de 0,02 à 0,05 partie de graphite de pureté synthèse.

On trouvera dans le brevet précité des renseigne ments sur les produits de marque susmentionnés.
Des essais systématiques ont été effectués au labora toire ; ces essais, qui ont été effectués entre autres sur des machines quatre billes et sur machine TIMKEN et sur la machine d'essais du Service Technique de la Marine, pour surveiller l'usure (ou diamètre d'empreinte pour la machine quatre billes), les charges de grippage et les charges de soudure ont donné des résultats exceptionnels par leurs qualités.
Il a également été procédé à des essais < c en service qui ont permis de constater a) une diminution notable des bruits, sensible même pour une oreille peu exercée; à 5 parties et peut même descendre à 0,2 partie, sans nuire aux propriétés avantageuses du lubrifiant.
La présente invention a donc pour objet un lubrifiant liquide pour engrenages, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient essentiellement, pour 100 parties en poids d'une huile minérale de qualité, au moins 0,2 partie, mais moins de 0,5 partie, d'additifs dispersants et/ou d'additifs de visco sité, de 6 à 10 parties d'additifs extrême pression, de 0,2 à 15 parties d'additifs compound, de lubrifiants solides formés de MoS2 et de graphite à raison de 0,2 à 1 partie de bisulfure de molybdène et de 0,02 à 0,05 partie de graphite de pureté synthèse.
b) la disparition du pitting (ou formation de trous) sur certains organes soumis à de fortes charges (notam ment pont à vis des véhicules ; c) une grande souplesse de la boîte de vitesses : le passage des vitesses s'effectuait plus aisément, la diffé rence étant surtout sensible par grand froid (-200 à -300 C au cours de l'hiver 1962/1963) ;
d) la diminution des frottements a été mise en évi dence - par la réduction des températures des boîtes de vitesses mesurées après un service identique (température ambiante 30 C sur autoroute)

Systematic tests have been carried out in the laboratory; these tests, which were carried out, among others, on four ball machines and on a TIMKEN machine and on the Marine Technical Service test machine, to monitor wear (or cavity diameter for the four ball machine), seizure loads and welding loads have given exceptional results by their qualities.
