Mcal i ()- t W=M (iN-i, ;) (1)
M = V-d, wobei d = f (S) (2)
Somit wird die Wärmemenge W=M.i-M.i(3)
W = V (d, -d.ij(4)
(4):
W = V (k. S-kk-S,,)(7)

Fig. 2 ein Wirkschaltbild.
Device for the exact measurement and calculation of heat quantities
The invention relates to a device for the exact measurement and offsetting of heat quantities which are withdrawn from flowing liquids (heat carriers). The device is calibratable and heat quantities are to be recorded that are fed into a heating system or taken from a cooling system via the liquid as a heat carrier.
Quantity counters for liquids are known per se.
You have a wing or Woltman wheel, the speed of which is proportional to the volume. It is also known to measure temperatures using temperature-dependent resistors.
As is known, the amount of heat W given off is now defined as the product of the cooled liquid mass M (t) and the difference between the weight-related heat contents
Mcal i () - t W = M (iN-i,;) (1)
The mass M is the product of its volume V (m3) and its density t d (-) related to a certain temperature 8. m3
M = V-d, where d = f (S) (2)
Thus the amount of heat W = M.i-M.i (3)
W = V (d, -d.ij (4)
The subject matter of the invention is to measure the volumes used for heat dissipation on the one hand and the temperatures before and after cooling on the other.
It is thus used that the products of the heat content and the densities are proportional to the corresponding temperatures, where kw and klç are the proportionality factors for warm and cooled water. dw'iw == kw-8w (5) Dk? ik = kk? k (6)
Thus, Eq.
(4):
W = V (k. S-kk-S ,,) (7)
The factors k are taken into account as mean values for chilled water klm and warm water kwm in the temperature measurement or are included in the volume measurement as mean values from kkm and km, so that an exact heat quantity measurement either according to (7) or according to (8 ) is made.
kkm + kwm w = v W = V -------- (8-Sk) (8)

The invention consists in that a wheel rotatable in the liquid flow is provided with a photoelectrically scannable perforated disc and the scanned pulses after shaping and amplification are fed to a recording device, an integration stage and an analog display for the amount of liquid and, on the other hand, to a multiplier stage in the form of a bridge circuit , which consists of two fixed resistors and two temperature-dependent resistors and whose diagonal voltage, proportional to the product of the amount of liquid and the temperature difference, is fed to an integration stage as well as an analog display, a maximum addition and a recording device.
The volume is preferably determined with a conventional quantity counter for liquids with a wing or Woltman or other wheel with a perforated disk, the speed of which is proportional to the quantity and which is scanned photoelectrically or capacitively. The scanning device delivers electrical pulses, the number of which is proportional to the amount of liquid passed through and the frequency of which is proportional to the amount of liquid passed through in the unit of time. The length of the pulses obtained depends on the speed. They are therefore expediently brought to a constant length in a monostable tilting stage.
The temperatures in the liquid flow and return are measured using temperature-dependent resistors. To determine the heat output, the pulses coming from the pulse shaper are multiplied by the temperature difference in an active bridge circuit. At the output of the active bridge there is an electrical quantity proportional to the heat output (current or voltage).
The integration of the heat output over time is done, for example, by feeding the electrical quantity proportional to the heat output either into a conventional measuring motor or volt or ampere-hour meter, or by converting it back into pulses via an analog-digital converter, the number of which is proportional to the amount of heat put through and which are an electromagnetic pulse counter.
The heat output can be displayed in that the output of the bridge receives, in addition to the connection to the integrating circuit, such a connection to a display electrical measuring device. This electrical measuring device can also be equipped with a drag pointer to display the maximum instantaneous value. It is also possible to connect a device that is used to display v. Amounts are suitable that are withdrawn at a maximum of a few minutes to an hour or more in these intervals, so a device for maximum tariffs.
Special electrical outputs of the device combination can register the amount of heat transfer medium, temperature difference and heat output.
In the drawing, the device according to the invention is shown in one embodiment.
Show it :
Fig. 1 is a block diagram and
Fig. 2 is a circuit diagram.
An impeller 10 rotatable in a flow of liquid is provided with a perforated disk 12 on its axis 11. With the aid of a light source L1 and the photoelectric component FD1, pulses are scanned which are fed to a pulse shaper stage 13, a monostable multivibrator 14 and an amplifier 15. The rectangular pulses brought to a constant length can be passed on to a registration device 16, an integration stage 17 and an analog display 18 for the amount of liquid.
At the same time, the square-wave pulses brought to a constant length are multiplied in an active bridge circuit 19 by the measured temperature difference.
At the output 20 of the active bridge there is an electrical quantity proportional to the heat output (current or voltage).
The heat output is integrated over time via an amplifier 21 in an integration stage 22.
An analog-digital converter can also convert the quantity proportional to the heat output back into pulses.
The display of the heat output can also be achieved in a measuring device 23 which is connected to the bridge output 20 via the amplifier 21. To display the maximum instantaneous value, the electrical measuring device 23 can be provided with a drag pointer.
Another device 24 for maximum tariffs and the registration of heat quantities in a measuring device 25 can be provided.
The mode of operation of the device is explained in detail in FIG. The photoelectric scanning device works in such a way that the changes in lighting on the photodiode FD1 caused by the perforated or toothed disk 12 put it into a conductive or non-conductive state. When the photodiode FD1 is conductive, point P1 is at negative potential. If the photodiode FD1 is not conducting, the point PI is at zero potential. The resistor R1 and the capacitor Cl serve to match the photodiode FD1 to the pulse shaper stage 13.
The pulse shaper stage 13 is also known as a Schmitt trigger in pulse technology. It is necessary because the edge steepness of the pulses from the photodiode FD1 is speed-dependent and is therefore not suitable for controlling the monostable multivibrator 14. It works like this:
When a certain negative voltage, provided here by the scanning device described at point P1, is exceeded, the pulse shaper 13 delivers at its output a voltage jump or pulse with the steepest slope required to control the subsequent monostable multivibrator 14, also known as a monoflip becomes.
The applied measuring principle requires a number of equally long and equally high pulses proportional to the amount of liquid passed through. The same pulse duration is guaranteed by the monostable multivibrator 14 and the same pulse height by a Netzge stabilized for all supply voltages against mains voltage fluctuations.
The monostable flip-flop 14 responds to a positive voltage jump that occurs when the steep edge of a pulse from the pulse shaper 13 appears at the input of the monostable flip-flop 14 or at the coupling capacitor C3 from the pulse shaper 13 to the flip-flop 14, with a pulse of a defined length at the output. The pulse duration can be changed by changing the capacitor C5 or adjusting the resistor R8. Since the total bridge resistance of the temperature measuring bridge 19 is too low to be controlled directly by the monostable trigger stage 14, the amplifier stage 15 is necessary.
The inverting stage also contained in the amplifier stage 15 also serves to reverse the phase of the pulses of a defined length coming from the monostable multivibrator 14, which in turn is necessary because the output of the monostable multivibrator 14 is phase reversed for circuit reasons.
The pulses of defined length and height, which come from the power amplifier 15 and are now in phase and amplified in their number of the amount of liquid that has passed through, are fed firstly to a multiplier 19 in the form of a bridge circuit and secondly to the MBI measuring socket for possible connection of the following known devices: Registration the amount of heat transfer medium 16, integration of the amount of heat transfer medium 17 and analog display of the amount of heat transfer medium 18.
In the bridge circuit, consisting of the fixed resistors R18 and R21, the variable resistors R19 and R22 for line balancing and the temperature-dependent resistors R20 and R23, the product of the temperature difference and the amount of heat transfer medium is formed in a known manner and in the form of a diagonal voltage between the points P2 and P3 tapped and then amplified by the transistor T7 of the amplifier stage 21.
At the output of the amplifier stage 21, that is to say at the resistor R24 and the smoothing capacitor C7, a direct voltage appears, the magnitude of which is proportional to the amount of heat passed through. This is fed to an integrating circuit and, if necessary, the following known devices: Analog display of the amount of heat (possibly with a drag pointer to display the maximum instantaneous value) 23, maximum addition (suitable for displaying the amounts that are maximally withdrawn from a few minutes to an hour or more in these intervals i.e. a device for maximum tariffs) 24 and registration of the amount of heat 25.
The integration of the heat output over time is done by feeding the electrical quantity proportional to the heat output either into a conventional measuring motor or volt or ampere hour meter or by converting it back into pulses via an analog-digital converter, the number of which is proportional to the amount of heat transferred and which are an electromagnetic pulse counter.
The stabilized power supply unit is labeled 26.
