Ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Klemmschlosses soll hier anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen: Fig.1 einen Querschnitt durch eine Ausführung des Klemmschlosses mit einem durch dasselbe durch geführten Formstehbolzen; Fig. 2 dasselbe Klemmschloss wie in Fig. 1, aber von der Seite längs der Linie A -B in Fig. 1 gesehen und teilweise im Schnitt;
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch eine andere Ausfüh rung eines Klemmschlosses, mit einem durch dasselbe durchgeführten Formstehbolzen; Fig. 4 das Klemmschloss nach Fig. 3, aber von der Seite längs der Linie C-D in Fig. 3 gesehen, und teil weise im Schnitt;
In.
Clamp lock for locking a shaped stud with a casing The present invention relates to a clamp lock for locking a shaped stud with a casing, which is formed from a rectangular plate to a substantially triangular cross-section and at its apex and its base plate has slot openings running in the longitudinal direction and lying parallel to one another,
which are wedge-shaped and whose greatest width is greater than the diameter of the largest shaped stud to be locked.
Its purpose is to create a clamp lock that can be manufactured cheaply and that allows the stud bolt to be securely fastened. The invention is characterized in that the base plate is bent in the area of its slot opening into the interior of the clamp lock, the Schlitzkan th of these bent areas, seen in longitudinal section, run parallel to both the edges of the apex slot and the base plate.
An exemplary embodiment of a clamp lock is to be explained in more detail here with reference to the accompanying drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a cross section through an embodiment of the clamp lock with a shaped stud bolt passed through it; FIG. 2 shows the same clamping lock as in FIG. 1, but seen from the side along the line A-B in FIG. 1 and partially in section;
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through another Ausfüh tion of a clamp lock, with a stud bolt passed through the same; 4 shows the clamping lock according to FIG. 3, but seen from the side along the line C-D in FIG. 3, and partly in section;
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the clamp lock according to Fig. 2 seen along the line E-F in Fig. 2; and FIG. 6 shows a plan view of the clamping lock according to FIG. 4, seen along the line G-H in FIG.
The clamping lock is made from a square plate and essentially has the plate parts 3, 4, 5. On the top is a wedge-shaped slot 6 with a greatest width that is greater than the thickness of the largest form stud 2 that occurs, the plate parts 4, 5 being bent along the center line of the slot 6 so that they are in cross section seen form an obtuse angle with one another.
The plate parts 3, 4, 5 are also bent around a line parallel to the center line of the slot 6 in such a way that, seen in cross section, they essentially form a triangle with one another, the plate part 3, which forms the base plate and which is true, to rest on the formwork 1, is provided with a slot 14 parallel and identically shaped to the slot 6.
The two edges. 7, 8 of the plate part 3 are towards the interior of the triangle at the same angle aufo conditions (see Fig. 1). The edges 7, 8, the base plate 3 and the slot edges 4 ', 5' in the slot 6 are formed parallel to one another over their full length (see FIG. 2, positions 10, 11 and 13). This is intended to prevent the clamping lock from coming to lie at an angle when it is attached to the form studs 2.
What is achieved here is that the clamping lock, when it is mounted on the stud bolt 2, is supported on the bolt 2 at four points. This contributes to the fact that the clamping lock always sits perpendicular to the stud bolt 2 as soon as it has been fixed on this.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the edge 7 of the plate part 3 is bent up towards the interior of the triangle so that it extends to approximately half the height of the triangle, while the opposite edge 8 less strongly into the interior of the triangle is bent. In this case too, the edges 7, 8, the base plate 3 and the Schlitzkan th 4 ', 5' run parallel to each other (see Fig. 4, positions 10, 11, 12 and 13).
In order to prevent the clamping lock from being released again once it is mounted on the shaped stud 2 on one side of the casing 1, the side of the base plate 3 that rests against the casing 1 is expediently either with sharp corrugations or Provide elevations. These can e.g. B. be rolled in. In this way, the friction between the clamping lock and the casing is increased.
The corrugations or elevations mentioned are not indicated in the drawing.
You can verse the base plate 3 with one or more holes for performing a nail. In. 1, 9 denotes a bent-up edge part of the base plate 3. This bend prevents the inclined plate part 5 of the clamp lock z. B. is bent out when moving the casing 1. As a result, the edges 4 ', 5' in the upper slot of the clamp lock could detach from the mold stud 6.
