  Zweiteilige Schachtel aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, insbesondere Schuhschachtel es ist seit langem üblich, Waren in Schachteln verpackt und überdies mit Papier eingehüllt und verschnürt an den Kunden abzugeben. Hiezu dienen meistens Kartonschachteln, in denen die Ware   z.B.,    je ein Paar Schuhe bereits vor dem Verkauf aufbewahrt und in Regalen übereinander gestapelt wird. Die Herstellung derartiger Schachteln mit modernsten Maschinen ist jedoch teuer, und zu den Kosten der Schachtel kommen noch die Kosten der weiteren Verpackung hinzu. Ein weiterer Nachteil der Kartonschachteln besteht darin, dass sie feuchtigkeitsempfindlich sind und in übereinander gestapelten Zustand eine nur geringe Festigkeit aufweisen.

   Schliesslich ist auch der Transport leerer Schachteln schwierig, weil diese nicht ineinandergestapelt transportiert werden können, so dass erheblicher Transportraum erforderlich ist.



   Es wurde ferner bereits eine Zigarettenschachtel aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff vorgeschlagen, deren Bodenteil mit dem Deckel an einem Rand durch eine als Scharnier wirkende Lasche verbunden ist. Ausgehend nun von einer Schachtel dieser Art, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine leicht stapelbare Schachtel zu schaffen, die in grosser Zahl ineinandergesteckt und somit raumsparend versandt werden kann. Ferner soll die Schachtel mit einem einfachen Verschluss wiederholt verschlossen werden können, ohne dass es hiezu einer besonderen Vorrichtung bedarf. Der Aufwand für die bisher üblichen Bindemittel und die zusätzliche Umhüllung soll entfallen.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Schachtel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an dem dem Scharnier gegenüberliegenden Rand des Bodenteils und des Deckels miteinander zusammenwirkende Verschlussteile, ferner ein Handgriff zum Tragen der Schachtel vorgesehen sind, und dass alle diese Teile mit dem Boden- und Deckelteil ein Stück bilden.



   So kann der lösbare Verschluss einerseits aus vorspringenden, mit einer Hinterschneidung versehenen zylindrischen Zapfen und andererseits aus zylindrischen Ansätzen bestehen, die mit einer kreisförmigen Öffnung versehen sind, in welche die Zapfen mit ihrer Hinterschneidung eingreifen.



   Längs der Ränder beider Schachtelteile können in Abständen voneinander Vorsprünge vorgesehen sein, die in gleich angeordnete Vorsprünge am anderen Schachtelteil, z.B. schneidenartig eingreifen.



   Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen Schachtel sind am Boden der Schachtelteile, vorzugsweise längs der Diagonale derselben, hohle insbesondere dreieckförmige Vorsprünge vorgesehen, die mit ihrer z.B. kegelförmigen Spitze mit einer dieser Spitze entsprechenden Vertiefung ineinander eingreifen.



   Das bereits erwähnte Scharnier kann ein werkstoffeigener mehrfach gefalzter und zumindest mit einer Rille versehener Kunststoffstreifen sein, der die beiden Schachtelteile in der Art eines  Filmscharniers  verbindet.



   Der Handgriff kann aus an beiden Schachtelteilen angeformten, im Schliesszustand der Schachtel ineinandergreifenden Vertiefungen bestehen, die im geschlossenen Zustand ein bequemes Tragen ermöglichen.



   Schliesslich können die Böden der Schachtelteile mit Rillen versehen sein, welche an einem Teil Vertiefungen und am anderen Teil Erhebungen bilden, die beim Übereinander stapeln zweier Schachteln ineinander greifen und eine sichere Querverriegelung bilden.



   Bei der erfindungsgemässen Schachtel kann an einem Schachtelteil eine schräge Fläche angeformt sein, welche zum Aufkleben von Etiketten dient.



   Die Erfindung soll nachstehend anhand der Zeichnungen beispielsweise näher erläutert werden, in denen
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie I-I in Fig. 2,
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die untere Schachtelhälfte gemäss Fig. 1, vermittelt.



   Fig. 3 ist ein Querschnitt entlang der Linie III-III   in Fig. 2,   
Fig. 4 bis 6 veranschaulichen ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel analog der Darstellung in den Fig. 1 bis 3.



   Die beiden Schachtelteile sind in Fig. 1 mit 1 und 2 bezeichnet. Beide Teile werden aus einer Kunststoffolie gemeinsam in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang durch Tief  ziehen hergestellt. Die im wesentlichen rechteckigen Schachtelteile besitzen vier Seitenwände 3 bis 6 und sind durch einen mehrmals gefalzten Kunststoffstreifen 7 gelenkig miteinander verbunden. Es hat sich erwiesen, dass ein mehr als hundertfaches Schliessen und öffnen der beiden Schachtelteile keine Beschädigung des Scharniers 7 herbeizuführen vermag. Eine beliebige Anzahl von Schachteln können in geöffnetem Zustand ineinander gesteckt und so raumsparend versendet werden, weil alle tiefgezogenen Teile (Wände und Vorsprünge) mit einem    Anzug     versehen sind.



   An dem dem Scharnier gegenüberliegenden Rand ist ein Verschluss vorgesehen, der aus zwei hinterschnittenen Zapfen 8 besteht, welche in mit einer scharfkantigen Bohrung 9 versehene Ansätze 10 am anderen Schachtelteil eingreifen. Es genügt, mit einem leichten Druck die Zapfen 8,   8' in    die Bohrungen 9 zu drücken, um einen zwar leicht zu öffnenden, aber für den Zweck des Transportes ausreichenden sicheren Verschluss zu erzielen.



   Im Bereich des Verschlusses ist auch ein Handgriff angeformt, der aus je einer Vertiefung 11, 12 besteht, die beim Schliessen der Schachtel ineinandergreifen. Beim Tragen der Schachtel liegen vier Finger der Hand in der Vertiefung, wodurch ein sicheres Tragen gewährleistet ist.



   In Falle einer Schuhschachtel sind diagonal in jeder   Schachtelhälfte    mehrere dreieckförmige, hohle Stege 13 angeordnet, die mit ihren konischen Spitzen 14 in ebensolche Vertiefungen 15 des Steges 16 am gegenüberliegenden Schachtelteil eingreifen. Der Zweck dieser Stege besteht darin, die beiden in der Schachtel eingelegten Schuhe voneinander getrennt und unverrückbar festzuhalten. Selbstverständlich kann die Anordnung und Form der Stege 13, 16 dem jeweiligen Verpackungsgut angepasst werden.



   Die Seitenränder der Wände 3 und 5 sind mit schneiden artigen Vorsprüngen 17 versehen, die in gegengleich ausgebildete Vorsprünge 18 am anderen Schachtelteil eingreifen. Der Zweck dieser Massnahme ist eine gegenseitige Verriegelung und Abstützung der Seitenwände in Querrichtung, wodurch die Steifigkeit der Schachtel erheblich verbessert wird. Zwischen den Vorsprüngen 17, 18 können im geschlossenen Zustand der Schachtel Spalte vorgesehen sein, wodurch eine Belüftung des Inneren der Schachtel ermöglicht ist.



   Die Böden 19 beider Schachtelteile sind mit Längsrillen 20 bzw. einer gleichmässig verteilten Anzahl von Querrillen 21 versehen. Diese Rillen haben an einem Schachtelteil die Form von Erhebungen und am anderen Schachtelteil die Form von Vertiefungen, so dass übereinander gestapelte, gleich ausgebildete Schachteln mit den erhabenen Rillen der einen Schachtel in die vertieften Rillen an der anderen Schachtel eingreifen. Diese Massnahme gewährleistet eine Verriegelung übereinandergestapelter Schachteln in Querrichtung.



   Die Querwand   4' des    einen Schachtelteiles (Fig. 1) besitzt eine Schräge von etwa 450 und ermöglicht hiermit das Aufkleben von Etiketten, auf denen der Inhalt der Schachtel vermerkt werden kann.



   Die in den Fig. 4-6 dargestelle zweite Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemässen Schachtel unterscheidet sich von der Schachtel gemäss den Fig. 1-3 dadurch dass zwar die Vorsprünge 17, 18 vorhanden sind, jedoch sich nicht über den Rand der Schachtelteile wesentlich erheben. Dementsprechend entfallen die Belüftungsspalte und zweckmässig sind die Ränder der Schachtelteile 22, 23 so geformt, dass sie in geschlossenem Zustand der Schachtel übereinandergreifen. Ferner lässt Fig. 5 gegen über Fig. 2 erkennen, dass der Handgriff 11, 12 für die Bequemlichkeit beim Tragen verbreitert ist und dass die seitlich des Handgriffes liegenden hinterschnittenen Verschlussknöpfe   8" mit    Zapfen 24 ergänzt sind, die in entsprechende Bohrungen am anderen Schachtelteil eingreifen.

   Es ist ersichtlich, dass die Schachtel gemäss den Fig. 4 bis 6 an den Rändern dicht abschliessbar ist, auch im Bereich der Handgriffe.



   Die erfindungsgemässe Schachtel kann für die Aufbewahrung bzw. den Transport von verschiedenen Waren dienen, unter anderem auch an von Flaschen und sonstigen Gegenständen aller Art, wobei es lediglich einer Abänderung der Stege 13 bedarf, um die eingelegte Ware in ihrer Lage festzulegen.   



  
 



  Two-part box made of thermoplastic material, in particular a shoe box, it has long been customary to pack goods in boxes and, moreover, to hand them over to the customer wrapped in paper and tied. Cardboard boxes are mostly used for this, in which the goods, e.g. a pair of shoes, are stored before they are sold and stacked on top of each other on shelves. However, such boxes are expensive to manufacture using state-of-the-art machinery, and the cost of further packaging is added to the cost of the box. A further disadvantage of the cardboard boxes is that they are sensitive to moisture and have little strength when stacked on top of one another.

   Finally, the transport of empty boxes is also difficult because they cannot be transported stacked one inside the other, so that considerable transport space is required.



   Furthermore, a cigarette box made of thermoplastic material has already been proposed, the bottom part of which is connected to the lid at one edge by a flap acting as a hinge. Proceeding from a box of this type, the invention is based on the object of creating an easily stackable box which can be nested in large numbers and thus dispatched in a space-saving manner. Furthermore, the box should be able to be closed repeatedly with a simple closure without the need for a special device. The effort for the previously customary binders and the additional coating should be omitted.



   The box according to the invention is characterized in that on the edge of the bottom part and the lid opposite to the hinge, locking parts that interact with one another are provided, as well as a handle for carrying the box, and that all these parts form one piece with the bottom and lid part.



   Thus, the releasable closure can consist on the one hand of protruding cylindrical pegs provided with an undercut and on the other hand of cylindrical lugs which are provided with a circular opening into which the pegs engage with their undercut.



   Along the edges of both box parts, projections can be provided at a distance from one another, which project into identically arranged projections on the other box part, e.g. intervene like a cutting edge.



   In a preferred embodiment of the box according to the invention, hollow, in particular triangular projections are provided on the bottom of the box parts, preferably along the diagonal thereof, which projections with their e.g. engage conical tip with a recess corresponding to this tip.



   The already mentioned hinge can be an intrinsic, multi-fold plastic strip provided with at least one groove, which connects the two box parts in the manner of a film hinge.



   The handle can consist of indentations which are molded onto both box parts and which interlock when the box is closed and which enable convenient carrying when the box is closed.



   Finally, the bottoms of the box parts can be provided with grooves which form depressions on one part and elevations on the other part, which interlock when two boxes are stacked on top of one another and form a secure transverse lock.



   In the case of the box according to the invention, an inclined surface can be formed on a box part, which is used for sticking labels.

FIGS. 4 to 6 illustrate a further exemplary embodiment analogous to the illustration in FIGS. 1 to 3.



   The two box parts are denoted by 1 and 2 in FIG. Both parts are made from a plastic film together in a single operation by deep drawing. The essentially rectangular box parts have four side walls 3 to 6 and are articulated to one another by a plastic strip 7 that is folded several times. It has been found that closing and opening the two box parts more than a hundred times is not able to damage the hinge 7. Any number of boxes can be plugged into each other when open and shipped in a space-saving manner because all deep-drawn parts (walls and protrusions) are provided with a suit.



   On the edge opposite the hinge, a closure is provided which consists of two undercut pegs 8 which engage in lugs 10 provided with a sharp-edged bore 9 on the other part of the box. It is sufficient to press the pins 8, 8 'into the bores 9 with a slight pressure in order to achieve a secure closure which is easy to open but which is sufficient for the purpose of transport.



   In the area of the closure, a handle is also formed, which consists of a recess 11, 12, which interlock when the box is closed. When carrying the box, four fingers of the hand lie in the recess, which ensures safe carrying.



   In the case of a shoebox, a plurality of triangular, hollow webs 13 are arranged diagonally in each box half, which with their conical tips 14 engage in the same recesses 15 of the web 16 on the opposite box part. The purpose of these bars is to keep the two shoes in the box separate and immovable. Of course, the arrangement and shape of the webs 13, 16 can be adapted to the respective packaged goods.



   The side edges of the walls 3 and 5 are provided with cutting-like projections 17 which engage in oppositely formed projections 18 on the other part of the box. The purpose of this measure is a mutual locking and support of the side walls in the transverse direction, whereby the rigidity of the box is considerably improved. In the closed state of the box, gaps can be provided between the projections 17, 18, whereby ventilation of the interior of the box is made possible.



   The bottoms 19 of both box parts are provided with longitudinal grooves 20 or an evenly distributed number of transverse grooves 21. These grooves have the form of elevations on one box part and the form of depressions on the other box part, so that stacked boxes of the same shape with the raised grooves of one box engage in the recessed grooves on the other box. This measure ensures that boxes stacked on top of one another are locked in the transverse direction.



   The transverse wall 4 'of one part of the box (FIG. 1) has a slope of about 450 and thus enables the sticking of labels on which the contents of the box can be noted.



   The second embodiment of a box according to the invention shown in FIGS. 4-6 differs from the box according to FIGS. 1-3 in that, although the projections 17, 18 are present, they do not rise significantly above the edge of the box parts. Accordingly, there are no ventilation gaps and the edges of the box parts 22, 23 are expediently shaped in such a way that they overlap when the box is closed. Furthermore, FIG. 5 shows, compared to FIG. 2, that the handle 11, 12 is widened for ease of carrying and that the undercut locking buttons 8 ″ lying to the side of the handle are supplemented with pins 24 which engage in corresponding bores on the other box part .

   It can be seen that the box according to FIGS. 4 to 6 can be sealed tightly at the edges, also in the area of the handles.



   The box according to the invention can be used for storing or transporting various goods, including bottles and other objects of all kinds, with only one modification of the webs 13 required to fix the inserted goods in their position.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM Two-part box made of thermoplastic material, the bottom part of which is connected to the lid at one edge by a flap acting as a hinge, characterized in that closing parts interacting with one another and a handle for carrying the box are provided on the edge of the bottom part and the lid opposite the hinge and that all these parts form one piece with the base and cover part.

SUBCLAIMS 1. Box according to claim, characterized in that the releasable closure consists on the one hand of protruding cylindrical pins (8) provided with an undercut (8 ') and on the other hand of cylindrical lugs (10) which have a circular, sharp-edged opening (9) are provided, in which the pins engage with their undercut (Fig. 1).

2. Box according to dependent claim 1, characterized in that the closure consists of two push buttons 8 ″, which are arranged on both sides of the handle recesses (12) (Fig. 5).

3. Box according to claim, characterized in that along the edges of both box parts (1, 2) projections (17, 18) are provided at a distance from one another, which projections into identically arranged projections on the other box part, e.g. cutting edge, intervene.

Box according to claim, characterized in that on the bottom (19) of the box parts (1, 2), preferably along the diagonal thereof, hollow, in particular triangular projections (13, 16) are provided, which with their in particular conical tip (14 ) or engage one another with a recess (15) corresponding to this tip.

5. Box according to claim, characterized in that the hinge (7) is a material-specific, multiple-folded plastic strip provided with at least one groove.

6. Box according to claim, characterized in that the handle consists of recesses (11, 12) which are formed on both box parts and which interlock when the box is closed.

7. Box according to claim, characterized in that the bottoms (19) with grooves (20, 21) are provided, which on the one hand depressions and on the other hand he form elevations, which engage in one another when stacking two boxes and form a cross lock.

8. Box according to claim, characterized in that on a box part (1) an inclined surface (4 ') is formed, which is used for sticking labels.
