Transportable conveyor device for the horizontal transport of fine-grained bulk materials
Conveyors that clear the boxes within a very short time so that they can only be cleaned with a broom. Need to be swept out and at the same time have a high conveying capacity are not yet known. Up to now, shovels, roller shovels, electric hand scrapers and tubular screw conveyors have been used for such. The roller blades with two wheels were operated by hand and the bulk material, such as B. Grain, could only be transported with great effort over greater distances to the next place, for example a drainage nozzle.
Due to their bulkiness, the electric hand scrapers could only rarely be used in smaller boxes and had the further disadvantage that the drive unit had to be constantly relocated. The tube screw conveyors have the disadvantage that they can only remove the bulk material, for example the grain, point by point, so that constant clearing is necessary. Since boxes, such as grain boxes, are mostly reinforced by vertical posts, all of these devices can only be inserted into a box with great effort, given the high weight and bulkiness.
Furthermore, these devices only have very low conveying capacities, so that at least 2 people are required to convey as large a quantity of bulk material as another conveying unit can accommodate. This is especially true in silos, where the grain is transported from the grain boxes through a drainage nozzle. This outlet connection leads to a point where another conveyor unit works, which has an hourly output of mostly 10 t and more.
The invention enables the development of a transportable conveyor device which does not have these disadvantages and which can be easily introduced into the smallest boxes by just one person thanks to its handiness and low weight and for the horizontal transport of fine-grained bulk goods such as fertilizers and grain , Granulates and other substances, is suitable for emptying boxes, silo cells and other containers.
The inventive transportable conveying device for the horizontal transport of fine-grained bulk goods, in particular for large-area floor clearance, in which a screw conveyor penetrates a housing for the uniform inflow of the sloping bulk goods, which in the longitudinal direction is intended to receive the conveyed goods has the entire length of the screw in the screw inlet opening, the housing merging into a closed tube at the end of the screw, is characterized in that the inlet opening on the front of the housing (2) extends to the bottom and in,
the direction of movement of the goods is gradually increasing evenly, whereby the screw conveyor (l) is guided in the closed pipe (3) and protrudes over the pipe (3) to slope up the transported goods, and that on the bulk goods feed side at the start of the screw conveyor the housing (2) has a draw-in shovel (7) that can be brought close to a storage room wall, and an advancing lever (9) is provided on the housing (2), which serves to advance the conveyor and prevents backward slipping,
which has a toothing or rubber coating directed against the ground and a lift spring.
The device according to the invention can have a delivery rate of about 10 to 40, in particular 10 to 20 t / h. It can be designed in particular for clearing grain boxes, which usually have a drainage pipe in the middle through which the grain can run off. However, its field of application is not restricted to clearing grain boxes, but can be used to convey all fine-grain bulk goods.
An embodiment of the conveying device according to the invention is described below, for example, with the aid of the accompanying drawing.
1 shows a perspective longitudinal view and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the device. The device shown has a worm shaft (1) which is installed in a housing (2) which is completely open at the front and which is intended as an intake for the goods to be conveyed over its entire length. The opening is conical so that the falling material, such as grain, flows evenly towards the auger and is fed evenly through the pipe section (3) and the rear protective cage (4) to the outlet (5).
The worm shaft (1) is generally simply supported in a needle bearing. The shaft can, however, also be supported twice. The 2nd needle bearing would be at the outlet (5). For screw lengths up to 2.50 m, the one-sided screw shaft bearing is completely sufficient. For reasons of stability, double storage is recommended for longer lengths.
On the output side of the device, it has a pull-in shovel (7), which enables the device to be guided very close to the box wall. This intake scoop is such that its continuation above the intake slot is designed as a protective plate and, like the intake slot itself, is arranged conically. This shape makes it possible for the largest amount of the bulk material to be conveyed, such as grain, to be sucked in on the suction side, which is the highest here. In order to ensure easy handling, a guide fork (8) is movably arranged so that it can be set in different positions depending on the size of the operator.
With small forward and backward movements of this guide fork, the entire device is pushed against the goods to be transported.
Because of the handiness of the device, it can be used in any form of box. Its mode of operation does not require a uniform cross-section of the boxes; these can be round, triangular, square or also polygonal.
Furthermore, a forward lever (9) serves to advance the device, which is operated with the foot (Fig. 2). This foot lever fulfills a dual role. Due to its leverage, it serves on the one hand to advance the device and on the other hand, it prevents the device from slipping back through its toothing or rubber pad. For wood - or other soft floors - the foot lever is toothed, while for hard floors, such as concrete, it is provided with a rubber pad. The forward transport of the device is made easier by a roller (13).
Depending on the intended use, the thread of the worm has a more or less steep pitch, in particular of 80 mm. However, the thread can also have a variable pitch within the worm.
The screw itself has a speed of 800 rpm and is protected by a protective grille (10).
The snail core protrudes beyond the snail's housing. This makes it possible for the transported goods to rise up again at the exit. The protruding end of the auger is protected by the protective cage (4). This construction makes it possible to use the device in very small boxes, in which the distance from the box wall to the drainage nozzle is, for example, less than the length of the device. In such a case, the outlet at the end of the device would protrude beyond the drainage connection, but since the material slopes down again at the outlet, it can flow off into the drain without difficulty. However, the distance from the outlet to the outlet connection should not be greater than 1 m.
This construction offers the particular advantage of a variable distance with consistent performance.
An electric motor (11) with a built-in circuit breaker, which is mounted in slotted holes, serves as the drive unit. The V-belts are tensioned by simply loosening the fastening screws and turning the motor. The V-belt itself runs in a closed housing (12).
