Boîte à pâtisserie
La présente invention a pour objet une boîte à patisserie, comprenant un fond rectangulaire sur chacun des côtés duquel est fixé un volet destiné à constituer l'une des faces latérales de la boîte, des moyens reliant l'un à l'autre ces volets étant agencés de manière à pouvoir plier la boîte par rabattement des volets sur le fond, Ca- ractérisée par le fait que ces moyens sont formés par une languette faisant saillie sur chaque bord vertical des deux volets opposés et dont l'extrémité présente au moins une dent d'arrt, chaque languette étant fixée au volet adjacent par engagement de son extrémité dans une fente correspondante pratiquée dans ce volet et dans laquelle elle est maintenue par sa dent, les languettes présentant en outre un pli incliné partant du bord du volet correspondant en direction opposée au fond,
l'ensemble étant agencé de manière que, en position pliée de la boîte lesdits volets et les languettes soient contenus dans le profil du fond.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention.

La boîte représentée en fig. 4 est constituée par une feuille de carton découpée par étampage pour former l'étanche de la fig. 1 qui est ensuite assemblée et montée.
Cette ébauche présente une partie centrale 1, de forme rectangulaire, destinée à constituer le fond de la boîte et sur les bords les plus courts de laquelle font saillie deux volets rectangulaires 2, les deux autres bords du fond présentant deux autres volets 3, plus larges que les premiers.
Sur chacun de leurs côtés latéraux, les volets 2 portent une patte 4 de forme arrondie et présentant une dent 4a à leur extrémité libre, la surface de chaque patte étant découpée par une suite de fentes allongées 4b disposées en file, partant du coin du volet 2 le plus voisin du fond 1 et constituant une arte Ide pliage pour la patte.
Sur le premier côté opposé à celui par lequel ils sont fixés au fond, les volets 2 se prolongent par un appendice en deux parties 2a et 2b de longueur légèrement supérieure à la moitié de celle du plus long côté du fond 1. Ces appendices sont destinés à constituer une partie du couvercle de la boîte.
Chaque volet 3 présente sur chacun de ses bords perpendiculaires à leur base une dent 3a distante du fond 1 d'une valeur correspondante à la distance séparant ce mme fond du bord supérieur de chaque patte 4, au niveau du volet 2. Sur son troisième bord libre, chaque volet 3 est en outre muni, comme chaque volet 2, d'un appendice 5 destiné à former l'autre partie du couvercle de la boîte et se terminant par un crochet Sa susceptible d'tre porté en prise avec le crochet similaire que porte l'appendice 5 de l'autre volet 3.
La surface de chaque volet 3 est enfin découpée par deux fentes arrondies 6 se terminant à chaque extrémité par une coupure 6a; chaque fente 6 est destinée à recevoir une patte 4, en particulier la partie de cette patte comprise entre la dent 4a et son extrémité, cette dent étant destinée précisément à faire prise sur le bord de la coupure 6a opposée au fond 1.
Le montage de la boîte selon l'invention s'effectue de la manière suivante: on relève d'abord les volets 2 et 3 perpendiculairement au fond 1, puis engage l'extrémité de chaque patte 4a dans le bord 6 et dans les coupures 6a de cette fente en passant la patte 4 par l'extérieur du volet 3 correspondant. Au cours de ce mouvement on veillera à ce que la dent 4a de la patte fasse bien prise sur la partie du volet immédiateent adjacente à l'extrémité de la coupure 6a.
On peut alors soit replier la boîte comme indiqué en fig. 2, soit la monter définitivement comme représenté aux fig. 3 et 4.
Dans le premier cas, on commence par faire basculer les deux volets 3 sur le fond 1 en agissant sur les appendices 5 associés à ces volets.
Au fur et à mesure du rabattement des volets 3, les pattes 4 se plient et tendent à prendre la position visible sur la moitié supérieure et à gauche en fig. 2. Ce pliage des pattes a en outre pour conséquence d'entraîner les volets 2 dans la position rabattue visible sur la moitié inférieure de la fig. 2.
A la fin du rabattement de ses différentes parties, la boîte se présente à l'état plié comme sur la fig. 2 et aucun de ses éléments ne dépasse du profil du fond 1. On voit immédiatement qu'il sera particulièrement facile de stocker de telles boîtes et surtout de les emballer pour les expédier aux usagers.
S'il est au contraire désiré de monter la boîte de manière à pouvoir tre utilisée, il suffit pour cela, une fois les volets 2 et 3 disposés en position verticale et les pattes 4 portées en prise avec l'ouverture 5 correspondante comme décrit précédemment, de porter chaque dent 3a du volet 3 en contact avec la partie du bord 1 de l'appendice 2a immédiatement adjacente à la base 4, de manière à empcher que les volets 3 ne se rabattent sur le fond 1.
Une fois la boîte pleine, on commencera par rabattre les deux appendices 2b vers le centre de cette boîte puis recouvrira ces appendices par les deux appendices 5 dont on portera en prise mutuellement les crochets 5a.
La fig. 4 montre la position des divers éléments de la boîte lorsque celle-ci est montée.
Le transport de la boîte décrite peut tre facilité en y adjoignant la poignée amovible illustrée en fig. 5.
Cette poignée présente une partie intermédiaire à bords parallèles 7 qui se termine à cette extrémité par une ramification à deux branches 7a et 7b formant un V.
Chacune de ces branches présente à son extrémité un appendice 7c, qui est dirigé vers l'extrémité de l'autre branche. L'ouverture des branches 7a et 7b correspond sensiblement à l'écartement des fentes 6 disposées sur chaque volet 3, ce qui permet d'engager les appendices 7c dans chacune de ces fentes, la partie intermédiaire 7 formant l'anse de la poignée de préhension qui s'étend donc transversalement à la boîte, au-dessus des crochets

The box shown in fig. 4 consists of a sheet of cardboard cut by stamping to form the seal of FIG. 1 which is then assembled and mounted.
This blank has a central part 1, of rectangular shape, intended to constitute the bottom of the box and on the shorter edges from which protrude two rectangular flaps 2, the other two edges of the bottom having two other flaps 3, wider than the first.
On each of their lateral sides, the flaps 2 carry a tab 4 of rounded shape and having a tooth 4a at their free end, the surface of each tab being cut out by a series of elongated slots 4b arranged in a row, starting from the corner of the shutter. 2 closest to the bottom 1 and constituting a folding edge for the leg.
On the first side opposite to that by which they are fixed to the bottom, the flaps 2 are extended by an appendage in two parts 2a and 2b of length slightly greater than half of that of the longest side of the bottom 1. These appendages are intended to form part of the cover of the box.
Each flap 3 has on each of its edges perpendicular to their base a tooth 3a distant from the bottom 1 by a value corresponding to the distance separating this same bottom from the upper edge of each tab 4, at the level of the flap 2. On its third edge free, each shutter 3 is furthermore provided, like each shutter 2, with an appendix 5 intended to form the other part of the cover of the box and terminating in a hook Sa capable of being brought into engagement with the similar hook shown in Appendix 5 of the other part 3.
The surface of each shutter 3 is finally cut by two rounded slits 6 ending at each end with a cut 6a; each slot 6 is intended to receive a tab 4, in particular the part of this tab between the tooth 4a and its end, this tooth being intended precisely to engage the edge of the cut 6a opposite the bottom 1.
The box according to the invention is assembled as follows: first the flaps 2 and 3 are raised perpendicular to the base 1, then the end of each tab 4a is engaged in the edge 6 and in the cuts 6a of this slot by passing the tab 4 through the outside of the corresponding flap 3. During this movement, care will be taken to ensure that the tooth 4a of the tab is firmly engaged on the part of the flap immediately adjacent to the end of the cut 6a.
We can then either fold the box as indicated in fig. 2, or mount it definitively as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
In the first case, we start by tilting the two flaps 3 on the base 1 by acting on the appendages 5 associated with these flaps.
As the flaps 3 are folded down, the tabs 4 bend and tend to take the position visible on the upper half and on the left in fig. 2. This folding of the tabs further results in driving the flaps 2 into the folded position visible on the lower half of FIG. 2.
At the end of the folding of its various parts, the box appears in the folded state as in FIG. 2 and none of its elements protrudes from the bottom profile 1. We immediately see that it will be particularly easy to store such boxes and above all to package them for dispatch to users.
If, on the contrary, it is desired to mount the box in such a way that it can be used, it suffices for this, once the flaps 2 and 3 have been arranged in a vertical position and the tabs 4 brought into engagement with the corresponding opening 5 as described previously , to bring each tooth 3a of the flap 3 in contact with the part of the edge 1 of the appendix 2a immediately adjacent to the base 4, so as to prevent the flaps 3 from falling back on the bottom 1.
Once the box is full, we will begin by folding the two appendages 2b towards the center of this box then cover these appendages with the two appendages 5, the hooks 5a of which will be brought into mutual engagement.
Fig. 4 shows the position of the various elements of the box when the latter is mounted.
Transporting the box described can be made easier by adding the removable handle illustrated in FIG. 5.
This handle has an intermediate part with parallel edges 7 which ends at this end with a branching with two branches 7a and 7b forming a V.
Each of these branches has at its end an appendage 7c, which is directed towards the end of the other branch. The opening of the branches 7a and 7b corresponds substantially to the spacing of the slots 6 arranged on each flap 3, which makes it possible to engage the appendages 7c in each of these slots, the intermediate part 7 forming the handle of the handle. grip which therefore extends transversely to the box, above the hooks
