Device for longitudinal ventilation of a tunnel The invention relates to a device for longitudinal ventilation of a tunnel with at least one ventilator arranged inside the tunnel light space, but outside the profile provided for vehicles, with an air jet running essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tunnel, whose distance from the tunnel through which the tunnel air is blown out is dimensioned so
that the injector effect of the fan air jet brings about a promotion of the air located in the tunnel between the fan and this portal through this portal. In the main patent it has been proposed to provide one or more niches on the side and / or upper tunnel wall and to hang the fan or fans freely in this niche or niches so that the fan or fans are at most partially in the outside of the for the vehicles to be kept clear clearance profile lying part. of the tunnel clearance protrude.
The recess walls should have a gradual transition to the tunnel clear space, at least on the outflow side of the fan. According to this feature, the niche itself is thus provided from the outset with a gradual transition to the appropriate guidance of the primary air jet. According to this, the course of the transition, which is decisive for the ventilation effect, is fixed after completion of the tunnel construction work and cannot be changed without special construction effort. Such a change can, however, z.
B. then be necessary if the practical testing of tunnel ventilation (taking into account the wind conditions, traffic, etc.) or the later installation of stronger or weaker fans makes a different course of the transition necessary. The invention provides a remedy here.
It is proposed that the niche receiving the fan (s) have niche walls that are at least approximately perpendicular to one another, and that, in addition to the fan (s), the deflecting walls required for guiding air are built into the niche or niches. It is now possible to adapt the deflection walls to the special requirements without any construction costs incurred in the tunnel itself.
It is also possible in a better and cheaper way than before to design the deflecting surfaces not as flat, but as curved surfaces, in order to obtain the highest possible ventilation efficiency. Finally, the advantage should be mentioned that the construction of niches with z. B. perpendicular to each other niche walls reduces the formwork costs.
When shaping the niches, if necessary, care can also be taken to ensure that the static forces in the tunnel wall having the niche are passed on in a favorable manner.
If the fan (s) are / are arranged completely outside the tunnel light space, a cover plate is expediently provided which covers the inside of the niche with the exception of the air inlet and air outlet openings against the inside of the tunnel. This cover plate can be attached to the tunnel wall or to the ventilator itself and has the purpose of covering the ventilation device in an expedient and pleasing manner.
The ventilation device can be designed in such a way that the fan (s) together with the deflection walls and, if necessary, together with the cover plate, form a structural unit that can be placed in the niche. This measure has the advantage that the entire ventilation device as a unit can already be assembled, tested and installed in the prepared niche in the tunnel in the workshop. It is Z. B. is no longer necessary, the niches provided with smooth transitions z.
B. to check for dimensional accuracy and, if necessary, rework. On the basis of the embodiments shown in the drawings, the invention is explained in more detail below.
1 shows a longitudinal section, FIG. 2 shows a view from below (in the expanded state) and FIG. 3 shows a cross section of a ventilation device according to the invention, consisting of an installation unit with two fans, deflection walls and cover plates, FIG a cross-section and FIG. 5 a horizontal section through two adjacent,
Tunnel tubes separated by a partition with ventilation devices on the walls and in the partition, Fig. 6 shows the cross section and Fig. 7 shows the longitudinal section of a ventilation device arranged in a partition with deflection walls in the form of flaps (cutout).
1 to 3 - here the longitudinal section in Fig. 1 is shown along the line 1-I in Fig. 3 and the cross section in Fig. 3 along the line III-III in Fig. 2 -is part with 1 the upper tunnel wall (ceiling) be characterized in which a niche 2 with the niche walls 2a, 2b (front and rear limit), 2c (upper limit Be), 2d and 2e (lateral limit) is installed.
The abutting niche walls are each at right angles to one another and thus result in a cuboid, easy-to-produce niche. Two fans 3 and 4, deflection walls 5, air guide walls 5a, a cover plate 6 and side plates 7 resting on the recess walls 2a to 2e are installed in the niche.
Parts 3 to 7 are combined to form a ventilation unit, .d. This means that these parts are already assembled in the workshop and then inserted into niche 2. The cover plate 6 protrudes on the sides beyond the width of the niche unit and is fastened to the tunnel ceiling by means of screws 8. It leaves those areas 9 and 10 uncovered in which the inflow air jet 9a and the outflow air jet 10a (propellant jet, primary air) enter or exit.
The deflecting walls 5 and the further air guiding walls 5a are expediently made of sound-absorbing material (eg rock wool), a measure which would incur additional costs in the case of niches with a permanently installed transition.
It is also advantageous to make the deflection walls convex in the niche end areas 5b at the exit of the propulsion jet 10a from the ventilation unit, such that the propulsion jet emerging into the tunnel interior is deflected approximately in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tunnel with the help of the Coanda effect. This possibility was also only available to a limited extent in the niche training proposed in the main patent. The Ventilato Ren 3 and 4 can be reversed in their conveying direction by reversing the direction of rotation.
It is useful here that the fans are arranged in the middle of the niche with respect to the longitudinal direction and that the deflecting walls 5 are designed to be mirror-symmetrical to a transverse plane 11 running through these means. This makes it possible in a simple manner to achieve the same useful effect in both conveying directions (9a / 10a and 9b / 10b).
It is in fact often he wishes that the direction of ventilation of a tunnel when there are changes in the prescribed direction of travel, z. B. as a result of accidents or changing wind conditions can be changed.
In Fig. 4 in a cross section (according to the line IV-IV in Fig. 5) and in Fig. 5 in a horizontal longitudinal section (according to the line VV in Fig. 4) is a tunnel with two parallel to each other and only through one Intermediate wall 15 separate tunnel tubes 16 and 17 are shown.
On the side walls of the tunnel tubes are in: niches 18, 19, 20 and 21 ventilation devices with two fans 22, 23 each; 24, 25; 26, 26a (not visible) and 27, 28 with order deflection walls 29, 30; 31, 32; 33, 34; and 35, 36 with guide walls 37, 38 and 39 and with cover plates 40 to 45. In this case, niches (19 and 20) are advantageously also arranged in the intermediate wall; they have openings after both tunnel tubes. Here, the construction costs for the niches are further reduced.
The two ventilation devices with the fans 24, 25, 26 and 26a arranged in the intermediate wall have deflecting walls 31 to 34 which can be adjusted to different inflow and outflow directions and, if necessary, inflow and outflow angles.
For this purpose, in systems with axial fans, the deflecting walls can expediently be pivoted individually about an axis located in extension of the fan shaft, or - as FIG. 4 shows with several fans 24/25 and 26 / 26a arranged one above the other - the one at the inflow and / or the baffles 31, 32, 33 and 34 located on the outflow side are combined into one group each,
each of which is pivotable about an axis 46 parallel to the fan jet direction and located in the middle of this group. This opens up the possibility of adapting the tunnel's ventilation to different conditions. So it is e.g.
B. possible to use one or more arranged in the partition, for a tunnel tube certain ventilation devices for the other tunnel tube, because there is at times a stronger traffic than in the one tunnel tube, namely that based on normal travel - And flow directions 47 and 48, the fans 24 and 25, which otherwise promote in the direction 47, now promote in the direction 48, the deflecting walls 31 and 32 taking the position shown in solid lines. In this case, the fans 24 and 25 convey according to the arrows 49 and 50. It can also happen that the tunnel tube 16 z.
B. has to be shut down due to an accident or construction or cleaning work, so that the tunnel tube 17 ge compared to normal conditions has twice as strong a traffic, and no longer a directional traffic, but an oncoming traffic, in which the opposite to the beam direction Vehicles cause a reduction in the ventilation effect due to the so-called piston effect.
In this case there is the possibility of merely pivoting the deflecting walls 32 around the axis 46 by 180 compared to the previously described state of this ventilation device, so that the dashed position (conveying direction 51) is present. Thus, the normal ventilation of the tunnel tube 17 is supported in the direction 48 while the heavily used tunnel tunnel 17 from the temporarily unused tunnel tube 16 is even supplied with fresh air.
Another opportunity should be mentioned in which the pivotability of the deflection surfaces of ventilation devices arranged in the intermediate wall proves to be very useful. If a fire occurs in a tunnel tube, for the purpose of better fire fighting, the smoke from the affected tunnel tube can be promoted into the other after it has been closed to traffic. If z.
If, for example, a fire site is assumed in the tunnel tube 16 at the point 52 (FIG. 5), the deflecting walls 31, 33 and 34 are drawn as solid lines and the deflecting wall 32 is adjusted as shown by dashed lines, so that the smoke according to the arrows 51, 50 and 53, 54 is sucked off. In the further FIGS. 6 and 7 a arranged in an inter mediate wall 60 between two tunnel tubes ventilation device is shown in part.
Here is in F! -. 6 shows a section along line VI-VI in FIG. 7, and FIG. 7 shows a section along line VII-VII in FIG. A fan 61 sucks in air according to arrow 62 and conveys it past guide walls 63 to a flap 64 serving as a deflecting wall, through which the air jet is deflected into the tunnel interior. The flap 64 can be pivoted about an axis 68. Depending on its position, the valve releases the airway into one (arrow 65) or the other (arrow 66) tunnel tube or into both at the same time.
This arrangement is particularly simple and opens up a further ventilation option compared to the versions of the baffles previously described. It is of course also possible, please include several fans 61 and 67 to assign one above the other, as Fig. 7 indicates. You can even provide a single flap for several fans.
