Fig. 5 ein Bauelement .des Klemmbridenrahmens, Fig. 6 einen Grundriss einer Dachkonstruktion, Fig. 7 einen Aufriss einer Seitenwandkonstruktion.
Frame component set The subject matter of the present invention is a frame component set for assembling square tube sections using coupling pieces with slide-in prism attachments that fit into the tube ends and can be clamped therein.
Such coupling pieces were manufactured in known frame component sets of the type defined above in all desirable variants, eg. B. as an extension coupling piece with two mutually aligned slide-in prisms, as angle pieces, as cross links or corner links with three slide-in prism attachments oriented perpendicular to one another.
This necessitates a relatively expensive production of the parts and costly storage of all required variants, with the required coupling pieces often being missing at the assembly point. The He-making seeks to remedy these shortcomings, or the creation of a set of components with only a few to all required special designs assemblable components of the simplest possible and in cheap auto mat manufacturing processes can be generated forms.
According to the invention, the component set is characterized in that cubes contain threaded bores running through the center from all side centers for the optional screwing on of slide-in prism pieces provided with the clamping elements.
Preferably, the prismatic pieces each contain an axial screw through-hole and each min least one threaded hole oriented transversely thereto from surface center to surface center, into which a hexagon socket nut is screwed as a clamping organ at least on one side. Advantageously, the component set also includes prismatic plates that are screwed together to form a clamp frame that encompasses the pipe cross-section and for screwing to an additional component, e.g. B. a wall plate are formed.
Hexagon socket screws are preferably used throughout as screw members, the prismatic plates mentioned containing recesses for receiving the screw heads. Embodiments of the mentioned components and assembly examples are shown in the drawing Darge.
1 shows a still unfinished extension of a square tube through a second using a cube and two slide-in prisms screwed onto it, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the left part of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a tube cross-section along the line LH- III of Fig. 1, Fig. 4 a not yet completely screwed clamp frame as a carrier for a filled filling plate,
FIG. 5 shows a component of the clamp frame, FIG. 6 shows a floor plan of a roof structure, FIG. 7 shows a front view of a side wall structure. According to Figs. 1-3, two square pipe pieces 11, 12 with predetermined standard lengths using a coupling piece in the axial direction are to be connected mitein other. A cube 2 with slide-in prisms 3 screwed to two opposite sides serves as the coupling piece.
The cube 2 contains three threaded holes 20 intersecting in the center of the cube and each insertion prism 3 has an axial screw through-hole 30 for receiving a hexagon socket screw 4. In addition, each insertion prism 3 contains a threaded hole 31 running transversely to the axial hole from side center to side center for receiving a hexagon socket nut 310 at at least one end.
By unscrewing this nut from the prism 3 scho enclosed in the tube in question, which can be accomplished through a hole 10 in the tube jacket, the slide-in prism is jammed in the tube.
According to FIG. 4, four prismatic plates 5 shown in FIG. 5 can be screwed with the aid of hexagon socket screws 6 to form a clamp frame that fits the cross section of a pipe 11. For this purpose, each plate has a through hole 51 with a head recess 52 at one end and a threaded bore 53 at the other end face.
For screwing on an additional component, e.g. B. a plate 7, the plates 5 each contain a screw through hole 54 with head recess 55 for receiving a hexagon socket screw B. In a flank surface of the plate 7 to be attached is a screw benmut 70, z. B. with external thread and Innenge thread, used, with which the screw 8 is screwed ver.
According to Fig. 6, tubes 1 of the same length are combined in the manner shown in Fig. 1 by means of cubes 2 and screwed-on prisms to form square dratfeldern, in which roof or floor panels 90 can be inserted, which for example have rabbets or on support plates 9 rest, which are screwed under the cube 2.
According to FIG. 7, wall plates 7 are inserted by means of clamp frame 5 according to FIG.
Such constructions are particularly suitable for exhibition pavilions.
