Fig. 2 zeigt den dazugehörigenInversor in vergr¯sserter Darstellung.
18 in Eingriff sirs.
97 in F hrungen 123 bzw.
Device for differential equalization of measurement images
The invention relates to a device capable of being coupled with a photogrammetric evaluation device for differential rectification of measurement images with an image carrier and a projection surface, which are arranged displaceably relative to one another in three mutually perpendicular directions, and one with its optical axis perpendicular to the image carrier and the projection surface standing projection lens.
In order to produce an accurate aerial image plan, the measuring images must be freed from the influence of the image inclination and the differences in height, and the central perspective aerial images must be converted into orthographic ones. For this purpose, the measurement images placed on the photogrammetric evaluation device are scanned strip by strip, the profile of the respective strip is formed, at least one of the measurement images is projectively projected onto a photographic layer with the help of a gap and the photographic image is recorded in this way.
Although the known devices for differential equalization have a relatively simple structure, they can only be coupled to special pronunciation devices projecting according to a certain principle. In addition, a device for strip-wise differential equalization of an aerial image has already been proposed, which can be coupled with any photogrammetric evaluation device, but which is very expensive and complicated because, like every conventional equalization device, it controls the automatic control of the point of view ,
for sharp imaging according to Scheimpflug and for fulfilling the lens equation.
The aim of the invention is a device for differential equalization of measurement images, which on the one hand can be coupled to any photogrammetric evaluation device and which on the other hand is very simple in its construction because it neither has an automatic vanishing point control nor an automatic control for fulfilling the Scheimpflug condition requirement. The device according to the invention guarantees precise equalization regardless of the nadir distance.
The invention is based on the knowledge that one can mechanically transform the measurement image recorded under a substantial nadir distance into a vertical image and enlarge this in a ratio that is constant only in the differential range.
The device according to the invention contains an inverse which, on the one hand, realizes the lens equation and, on the other hand, controls the ratio of measurement image to projection as a function of the focal length of the exposure, the nadir distance and the point coordinates of at least one measurement image located photogrammetrically on an evaluation device.
The inverse thus realizes the lens equation
1 + 1 = 1 a a'f taking into account the scale factor z v = -, c "k where c",? = (CK ò cos? - x 'ò sin?) Ò cos? - y 'ò sin? is. In these equations, a means the distance d. The image plane from the front main point of the lens, a 'the distance of the projection surface from the rear
Lens principal point, f the focal length of the lens, c @ the current chamber constant,
Ck the receiving chamber constant, x 'and y' the image coordinates of a point, z a coordinate (height) of the object space,? and ? the components of the nadir distance.
The height z of the projection center of the recording and the instantaneous comb constant c "k are formed in the evaluation device and fed to the device according to the invention.
The inverter can consist of both purely mechanical and purely electrical means, or else a suitable combination of mechanical and electrical means. Which means in the individual use ends always results from the construction and the later use of the device.
An inversor, based on purely mechanical means, consists of a gorad guide for two rods arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the gorad guide, the displacements of which along the straight line are controlled by the evaluation device and of which the first changes the counter width and the second the change the image distance is used, and two rockers pivotable about an axis XX, deflected on each rod, which intersect with the straight line at a point on the axis XX,
The distances between the articulation point of the first rocker on the first rod and the second rocker on the second rod from the straight guide can be changed and the distances between the pivot point of the first rocker on the second rod and the second rocker on the first rod from the straight guide are constant. The straight-line guide can be arranged so as to be slidable perpendicular to itself.
An inverter, which consists of purely electrical means, has two electric motors used to change the Bd-un projection distance and two associated electric Reohenbrüdken, which control the action of the motors according to the input values of the evaluation device.
If the inverse z. T. from electrical and z. Partly from mechanical components, an advantageous embodiment results if only one motor is provided that changes the ratio of image to projection via a lever mechanism and thereby compares a computing bridge that is connected to a branch with the evaluation device and is used to ' Control of the Mator is used. This embodiment is particularly simple, space-saving and cost-saving because it appropriately combines the advantages of the purely mechanical and the purely electrical embodiment. without taking over their shortcomings.
For the mode of operation of the invention, it is irrelevant whether the lens is fixed and the image carrier and projection table can be moved in the direction of the three spatial coordinates or whether the projection table is fixed and the projection lens and the image carrier can be moved, or whether the carrier and projection table move in parallel planes , the objective is fixed and the optical path length between the image carrier and the projection table can be varied using slidably arranged optical means.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention is also possible in which the photographic substrate wound on spools is guided over a projection table which is approximately the width of the largest possible. Has gap length and which, together with the coils and the projection table, can be displaced in the direction of the coil axes, while the lens and the gap are firmly arranged at the edge. The device according to the invention can be designed as an independent device or as an additional device.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 of the schematic drawing. In Fig. 1 a device for differential equalization is shown. Fig. 2 shows the associated inverter in an enlarged view. FIG. 3 shows the optical structure of a second embodiment of the device for differentiated equalization and FIGS. 4 and 5 show two inverses.
At the four corners of a base plate 1 four round bars 2, 3, 4 and 5 are fastened, on which cylinders 6, 7, 8 and 9 slide, which in turn are fastened to the edges of a frame 10. The frame is provided with two guides 11 and 12 for a slide 13 on which a further slide 14 along two guide rods 15 u. 16 is displaceable at right angles to the direction of displacement of the first carriage.
A further compound slide system consisting of the carriages 17 and 18 is mounted on the ScMitten 14, the sole carriage 17 of which is displaceable along two guide rods 19 and 20 and the carrier of the carriage 18 which is movable along a guide rod 21 and a spindle 22.
A plate 24 carrying an objective 23 is perpendicular to the planes of the compound slides along fringes attached to the slide 14 parallel to the round rods 2, 3, 4 and 5. 25, 26, 27 and 28 can be moved. A frame 33, which can be displaced between the base plate 1 and the frame 10 with gloits 29, 30, 31 and 32 on the cylinders 6, 7, 8 and 9, is for two guides 36 via two rails 34 and 35 that are displaceably arranged on opposite frame sides and 37, in which two rods 38 and 39 fixed to the plate 24 slide, with the plate 24 and the lens 23 a related party.
In addition, two rockers 40 and 41 are pivotably mounted on the frame 33 in planes about an axis X-X, which are perpendicular to the planes of movement of the cross centers and parallel to the direction of movement of the Sc. hlittens 13 stand. A vertically arranged rod 44 can be displaced with a nut 43 on a spindle 42 mounted on the frame 10, to which a slider 45 is connected that can be displaced along the rocker 40 and is located at a distance of the focal length of the lens 23 from the nut 43.
The rod 44 slides in a guide 46 which is rigidly connected to a slide 48 which slides on a guide 47 provided on the frame 33 and parallel to the spindle 42. At one end of the slide 48, a rod 49 is attached parallel to the rod 44, at the other end of which a sliding piece 50 sliding on the rocker 41 is mounted at a distance from the focal length of the lens 23. A further spindle 51 is arranged on the base plate 1 parallel to the guide 47 and with the spindle 42 determining a vertical plane.
A nut piece 52 for a vertical rod 53 is lifted along this spindle, to which a sliding piece 54 sliding on the rocker 41 is pivotably attached at a distance of the focal length of the lens 23 from the nut piece 52. A slide piece 56 fastened to a slide 55 can be displaced along the rod 53. The slide 55, like the slide piece, slides on the guide 47 and carries a vertical rod 57, to the free end of which a slide piece 58 that can be moved on the rocker 40 is articulated at a distance from the focal length of the lens 23.
The displacements of the carriages 13 and 14 are controlled by an evaluation device (not shown) via electrical transmitters, transmission channels 59 and 60 and receivers 61 and 62 mounted on the upper frame 10 according to the x and y coordinates of the object space. The receiver 61 drives a spindle 63 mounted on the frame 10 which engages in the slide 13. A square rod 64, which is also mounted on the frame 10, is connected to the receiver 62 and, via a pair of conical wheels 65, 66 and a driver 67, has a perpendicular to it, mounted on the slide 13 and engages with the slide 14 Spindle 68 drives.
Selffits 17 and 18 are shifted according to the image coordinates x 'unid y' of a stereo image inserted in the evaluation device. At the moment, the image coordinates reduced in the horizontal plane are transmitted from the evaluation device (not shown) via electrical transmitter transmission channels 69, 70 and a receiver 71 or
72 transferred to a spindle 73 or 74, which sirs with the carriage 17 or 18 in engagement.
To move the carriages 48 and 55 and thus the rods 44, 49 or 53, 57 along the guide 47 47, the spindles 42 and 51 mounted on the frame 10 or on the base plate 1 are actuated via electrical receivers 75 and 76 (Fig . 2), transmission channels 77 and 78 driven by the Awswertgerät, not shown, namely the Schliltten 55 is shifted according to the coordinate z of the object space and the carriage 58 accordingly to the so-called instantaneous chamber constant c "k.
The distances between the sliding members 45 and 54 and the associated slides 48 and 55 are changed and the frame 33 with the sliding members 29, 30, 31, 32 is displaced along the cylinders 6, 7, 8, 9 and the frame 10 is displaced along the rods 2,3,4,5 via its cylinders 6,7,8,9.
The distances of the projection lens 23 from the base plate 1 as the projection plane on the one hand and from the carriage 18 as the image carrier on the other hand to fulfill the lens equation and to change the magnification ratio between image and projection are changed as required for differential rectification .
A measurement image 79 lying on the base 16 is partially illuminated by means of a light source (not shown) and imaged in a rectified manner by the objective 23 onto the projection surface that coincides with the surface of the base plate 1 in all its small parts.
While in the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 the distances between the image plane and objective central plane on the one hand and the objective central plane and projection plane on the other hand can be changed, in FIG. 3 the image and projection surface can only be displaced in their mutually parallel planes. Such a design creates the prerequisites for designing the device according to the invention as an additional device to an evaluation device.
That from one light source 80 through a two. Dense condenser 81 emitted and reflected on the hypotenuse surface of a Roche prism 82 serves to illuminate a section of a measurement image 83 which lies in the focal plane of a two-part lens system 84. Two right-angled prisms 85 and 86 were used to deflect the beam path between the measurement image and the objective.
The two-part lens system images the illuminated section of the measurement image 83 after the beam path has been deflected at a right-angled prism 87 into the object plane G of an objective, the actual rectification objective 88, in whose image plane B the projection, which is partially released by a gap 89, is area 90 is located.
Between the object plane G and the rectification objective 88 as well as the rectification objective and the projection surface 90, the imaging beam path is deflected by 180 with the help of a 90¯ angle mirror or prism 91 or 92, which can be moved in the direction of the beam path, and after reflection on the hypotenuse surface a right-angled prism 93 of the projection surface 90 fed.
The displacement of the corner mirrors 91 and 92 can be controlled with the aid of an inverse, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2 or as will be described below.
In Fig. 4 95 denotes the carrier of a prism 96 and 97, the carrier of a pnisma 98.99 an objective,
100 a measurement image, 101 a gap in front of a projection surface 102. The displacement of the carrier 95 or 97 in guides 123 or 124 is carried out by a motor 103 or 104 via a spindle 105 or 106 and a with the carrier in Connecting nut 107 or 108.
The control of the motors 103 and 104 is done by two arithmetic links with the common potentiometers 109 and 110 and the potentiometers 111 and 112 for one bridge and 113 and 114 for the other bridge and two amplifiers 115 and 116.
The potentiometers 109 and 1110 are over by means of spindles
117 and 118 displaceable contacts 119 and 120 in connection with the evaluation device 140, namely the contact 119 transmits the z-coordinate (height) of the object space and the contact 120 the instantaneous chamber constant c "li to the dimensions bridge. Change the con talkie 119 and 120 their position, so-called bridge currents flow in each measuring bridge, which, via amplifiers 115 and 116, activate motors 103 and 104.
As a result, a contact 121 or 122, which is firmly connected to the nut piece 107 or 108, is shifted along the potentiometer 111 or 113 until no more stream of broth flows. The prisms 96 and 98 are thereby moved into a position which ensures both the sharp image and the measuring rod ratio between the projection and the BiiM.
An inverse based on the electromechanical principle is shown in FIG. 5, again denoting the prisms with 96 and 98, the prism carriers with 95 and 97, the objective with 99, the measurement image with 100, the gap with 101 and the projection surface with 102 is.
A double crank mechanism, the links 125, 126 and 127 on the one hand connected to one another in a single joint 128 and on the other hand mounted pivotably about a fixed axis Y-Y or articulated to the prism supports 95 and 97, is connected to the link via a
126 acting pushing and pulling member 129 is driven by a motor 130 in order to move the prism carriers 95 and 97 together with the prisms 96 and 98 in the same direction in their guides 123 and 124 in the direction of the optical axis O5-O5 of the objective 99 to push.
The pivot axis Y-Y of the link 126 and the connection points of the links 125 'and 127 with the prism supports 95 and 97 lie in one plane.
Since only one motor 130 is used to move the two prism carriers 95 and 97, only a computing bridge having four potentiometers 133, 134, 135 and 136 is required to control it. The potentiometer
133 is connected via a contact 131 to the z-spindle 138 and the potentiometer 136 via a contact 132 to the c "k-spindle 139 of the evaluation device 140.
If the values for z and c "k change in the evaluation device, the contacts 131 and 132 of the potentiometers 133 and 134 inevitably shift, the equality of the resistances (in the bridge branches is disrupted and a bridge current is generated as a result, The weaver causes an amplifier 141 to drive the motor 130 in the correct direction. Since the motor 130 also moves the prism carrier 95 and thus a contact 142 fastened to it and sliding on the potentiometer 135, the resistances of the bridge branches are adjusted to one another again and made the bridge current disappear.
At this moment the engine is switched off.
The stars of the prisms in FIGS. 4 and 5 can also be followed by image and / or projection planes.
