The subject of the present invention is a Liegege alternate in which a .die back part and a certain part to support the leg part are hinged to a rigid support frame, their inclination position is adjustable with respect to the latter.
Hitherto known articulated berths are often composed of two parts. The back part is articulated to the leg part. A group of such berths has only one setting option, in that the back part can be brought into various angular positions in which it is locked. In a second group, the leg section is also equipped with a separate adjustment device so that both parts can be inclined independently of one another.
There are also designs of bed frames be known in which a uniform Verriege development both bed frame parts locked, the leg part by changing the angular position of the back part in the longitudinal direction due to the articulated connection of the two parts and is also slightly inclined according to the suspension . Such lying frame parts are often pivoted into other positions by shifting the body's weight.
In this group, lying frames have also become known in which the leg part is separated into two thigh and lower leg parts that are coupled to one another.
These known couches with adjustable back and leg parts have the disadvantage that an angle is formed between the back and leg parts which narrows the seat and has a detrimental effect on the body and mattress, especially when the back part is in a steep position.
Solutions have also become known in which a fixed seat part is provided, hinged to the back and leg part and each part is adjustable for itself, and it is not possible to obtain other positions by shifting weight with these couchettes.
The object of the present invention was to create an adjustable bed frame which eliminates the aforementioned disadvantages and which can be adjusted by shifting weight by the person lying on it.
The lying frame according to the invention is characterized in that a seat part intended to support the buttocks area is hinged at its ends to the adjacent end of one or the other of the aforementioned parts and is also only movable parallel to itself, with all three being locked in place Parts at least one locking device is available.
In the drawing, an example Ausfüh approximately form of the subject invention is shown schematically. 1 shows an articulated bed frame in a horizontal position in elevation, FIG. 2 shows a view of the bed according to FIG. 1 with the back and leg part folded up, FIG. 3 shows a plan view of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows a partial section along the Line IV-IV according to FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale,
5 shows a partial section along the line V-V of FIG. 2, FIG. 6 shows a second example of an articulated reclining frame in elevation with the back and leg parts unfolded.
In FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, 1 denotes the back part of a lying frame, which is pivotably mounted on the support 8 by the screw 25, FIG. 4, engaging in a threaded sleeve 23 fastened in the back part 1 and the holds the bushing stored in the support 8.
The seat part 2 is articulated in a translatory manner on the back part 1 by means of known joint pieces 30. The seat part 2 has a traverse 3 which carries two supports 14. The upper leg part 4 has a cross member 5 and is articulated by means of joint pieces 30 on the one hand with the seat part 2 and on the other hand with the lower leg part 6. On the Tragrah men 7, to which the supports 8 are attached, the fastening pins 26, FIG. 5, are welded in, which serve to guide the connecting rods 28 by means of the screws 27.
The links 10 for guiding the lower leg part 6 are aasgelenken on carriers 9, the latter are attached to the support frame 7, and their stops 11 are used to support the lower leg part in the horizontal position. The lever mechanism forming the parallelogram for actuating the seat part 2 consists of the levers 15 fastened on the axis 19, which are articulated on the supports 14 of the seat part 2, the length P of which corresponds to the partial length P of the back part 1, the links 17,
which couple the back part 1 with the levers 16 of length P, which are also fastened on the axis 19, and the extension 18 of the lever 16 on which the locking device 20 is articulated.
The latter consists either of a bolt lock or of another mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic adjusting device, known per se, operated by an external drive. In the case of loungers of great width, such a locking device can be provided on both sides of the lounger, which act on the axis 19 via two symmetrically arranged levers 18 and are operated simultaneously with one another. The axle 19 is mounted on the connecting rod 28 by means of bearing bushes 29, FIGS. 3 and 5.
Another connecting rod 28 serves as a bearing for the axis 13 on which the levers 12 are arranged, which are used to guide the side parts of the thigh part 4.
The embodiment shown schematically and on a smaller scale in Fig. 6 has only one leg part 4, which is articulated on the seat part 2 and this on the back part 1 by Ge joint pieces 30 in translation.
The operation of the example shown in Fig.l-6 is as follows. The locking device 20, e.g. B. a bolt lock, after a slight Ge weight shift of the body by the back part 1, Fig. 1, 2 or 6, the bed frame is somewhat relieved, unlocked, then .sich the seat part 2, z. B. from Sitelung Fig. 1 to that according to Fig: 2. The levers 15 are pivoted by the supports 14 of the cross member 3 of the seat part 1 and thus the axis 19 is rotated.
Since the levers 16 are also attached to the axis 19, they rotate by the same angular extent as the lever 15. Since the levers 16 are coupled to the back part 1 by means of the link 17 and the distance P of the back part 1 with the length P of Lever 16 matches, so the back part also rotates in the same angular measure as the lever 15.
The lever 15, which is of the same length P as the lever 16 and the partial length P of the back part 1, and the handlebars 17 and the pivot points of the axis 19 and the back part 1 we ken together as a parallelogram and keep the seat part 2 always in parallel Position relative to the support frame 7, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. During the movement of the seat part 2 and the thigh part 4 is mitgenom men by the lever 12 attached to the axis 13.
Furthermore, since the thigh part 4 is coupled to the lower leg part 6, this is also moved with, and because the outer end is guided by the since union handlebar 10, its location is through the position of the thigh part 4 and the handlebars 10 be true.
If the desired setting has been reached, the position of all parts of the bed frame is fixed by releasing the tension member of the bolt lock. If, after unlocking the bolt lock 20, a slight pressure is exerted on the back part 1 by shifting the weight of the body, the seat part 2 is simultaneously relieved, the back part rotates and the seat part is raised, which is possible until, for example, the position is reached in Fig. 1, in which all parts of the lying frame are parallel to the support frame 7.
In this position, which can be fixed by the bolt lock 20, the back part 1 rests on the stop 21 and the lower leg part 6 rests on the stop 11. This support is provided because, in this position, the bed frame is used especially as a seated unit.
If a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic adjustment device 20 is used instead of the bolt lock, the adjustability of the bed frame is the same, only that the adjustment is made by the adjustment device and not by shifting the body's weight.
