EMI0001.0004
2 Aminoanthrachinon, 2-Amino-3-chloranthrachinon, 2-Amino-3-bromanthrachinon, 2 Amino-1,3-dichloranthrachinon, 2-Amino-3-methoxyanthrachinon, 5-Amino-1,9-isothiazolanthron.
5-Dimethyl-l-benzoylamino-4(3'-amino)- benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dimethyl-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-chlor-3'-amino)- benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dimethyl-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-methoxy-3'- amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Chlor-5-methoxy-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-methoxy- 3'-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Chlor-5-m:
e4hoxy-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-chlor- 3'-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Methyl-5-chlor-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-methoxy- 3'-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Methyl-5-chlor-l-benzoylamino-4(4'-chlor- 3'-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Chlor-5-methoxy 1-benzoylamino-4(3'-amino)- benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Methyl 5-chlor-l-benzoylamino-4(3'-amino)- benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dimethyl-l-benzoylamino-4(2',4'-dichlor- 5'-amino)
-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-1(4'-chlor)-benzoylaminobenzol-4- (4"-chlor-3"-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-1(4'-chlor)-benzoylamino-4- (2",4"-dichlor-5"-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-1(4'-chlor)-benzoylamino-4(4"-chlor- 3"-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-1(2',4'-dichlor)-benzoylamino-4- (2",4"-dicblor-5"-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-l,a-naphthoylamino-4(2',4'-dichlor- 5'-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2,5-Dichlor-1(2',4'-dichlor)
-benzoylamino-4- (3"-amino)-benzoylaminobenzol, 2-Amino-terephthalsäuredianilid, 2-Amino-terephthalsäure-d@i(p-chloranilid), 2-Amino-terephthalsäure-di(m-trifluormethyl-anilid).
Man erhält 190 Teile feuchtes Nutschgut.

condensed with a monoamine of the formula H2N-R3-CONH-R4-NHCOR5 in a molar ratio of 1: 1.
The azo carboxylic acids of the formula (3) are advantageously obtained by coupling a diazotized amino anthraquinone, for example an α- or β-amino anthraquinone, with a phenolic or enolic azo component containing a carboxylic acid or carboxylic acid ester group,
in the latter case the saponification of the ester group is added. The following aminoanthraquinones may be mentioned: 1-aminoanthraquinone, 1-amino-2-chloroanthraquinone, 1-amino-2-bromoanthraquinone, 1-amino-3-chloroanthraquinone, 1-amino-4-chloroanthraquinone, 1-amino-6- or -7 -chloranthraquinone, 1-amino-8-chloranthraquinone, 1-amino-5,8-dichloroanthraquinone,
1-amino-3-bromoanthraquinone, 1-amino-2,4-dibromoanthraquinone, 1-amino-2-methylanthraquinone, 1-amino-3-fluoranthraquinone, 1 amino-4-, -5- or -6-methoxyanthraquinone, 1- Amino-3-trifluoromethylanthraquinone, 1-amino-4 or -5-benzoylaminoanthraquinone, 1-Aimno-4-cyananthraquinone, 1-amino-3-cyananthraquinone, 1-amino-4-nitroanthraquinone, 1 amino-2-bromo-4-cyananthraquinone ,

The azocarboxylic acids obtained are treated with agents which are capable of converting carboxylic acids into their halides, e.g. B. the chlorides or bromides, over feed, so in particular with phosphorus halides, such as phosphorus pentabromide or phosphorus trichloride or pentachloride, phosphorus oxyhalides and preferably, with thionyl chloride.
Treatment with such acid-halogenating agents is expediently carried out in inert organic solvents such as dimethylformamide, chlorobenzenes, e.g. B. mono- or dichlorobenzene, toluene, xylene or nitrobenzene carried out, in the case of the last five, optionally with the addition of dimethylformamide.
When preparing the carboxylic acid halides, it is generally expedient to first dry the azo compounds prepared in an aqueous medium or to free them azeotropically from water by boiling in an organic solvent. If desired, this azeotropic drying can be carried out immediately before the treatment with the acid-halogenating agents.
The monocarboxylic acid halides thus obtained are condensed with the aromatic monoamines of the formula (4) in a molar ratio of 1: 1. The following amines may be mentioned as examples: 2,5-dichloro-l-benzoylamino-4 (4'-chloro-3'-amino) - benzoylaminobenzo1, 2,5-dichloro-l-benzoylamino-4 (2 ', 4' -dichlor-5'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1-benzoylamino-4 (3'-amino) -benzoyl-aminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1-benzoylamino-4 (4'-methoxy- 3'-amino) - benzoylaminobenzene, 2,
5-dimethyl-1-benzoylamino-4 (3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dimethyl-1-benzoylamino-4 (4'-chloro-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dimethyl-1 -benzoylamino-4 (4'-methoxy-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-chloro-5-methoxy-1-benzoylamino-4 (4'-methoxy-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-chloro-5 -m:
e4hoxy-l-benzoylamino-4 (4'-chloro-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-methyl-5-chloro-l-benzoylamino-4 (4'-methoxy-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2- Methyl-5-chloro-1-benzoylamino-4 (4'-chloro-3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-chloro-5-methoxy 1-benzoylamino-4 (3'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-methyl 5 -chlor-l-benzoylamino-4 (3'-amino) - benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dimethyl-l-benzoylamino-4 (2 ', 4'-dichloro-5'-amino)
-benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1 (4'-chloro) -benzoylaminobenzene-4- (4 "-chloro-3" -amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1 (4'-chloro) -benzoylamino -4- (2 ", 4" -dichlor-5 "-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1 (4'-chloro) -benzoylamino-4 (4" -chloro-3 "-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene 2,5-dichloro-1 (2 ', 4'-dichloro) -benzoylamino-4- (2 ", 4" -dicbloro-5 "-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1, a-naphthoylamino -4 (2 ', 4'-dichloro-5'-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2,5-dichloro-1 (2', 4'-dichloro)
-benzoylamino-4- (3 "-amino) -benzoylaminobenzene, 2-amino-terephthalic acid dianilide, 2-amino-terephthalic acid-d @ i (p-chloroanilide), 2-amino-terephthalic acid-di (m-trifluoromethyl-anilide). The condensation between the carboxylic acid halides of the type mentioned at the outset and the amines is expediently carried out in an anhydrous medium. Under this condition, it is generally surprisingly easy at temperatures which are in the boiling range of normal organic solvents such as toluene,
Monochlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, nitrobenzene and the like. To accelerate the reaction, it is generally advisable to use an acid-binding agent such as anhydrous sodium acetate or pyridine. The dyes obtained are partly crystalline and partly amorphous and are mostly obtained in a very good yield and pure state.
It is advisable to first remove the acid chlorides obtained from the carboxylic acids. In some cases it is possible, but without damage, to dispense with the separation of the acid chlorides and the condensation can take place immediately after the production of the carboxylic acid chlorides.
The new dyes are valuable pigments which can be used for a wide variety of pigment applications, e.g. B. in finely divided form for dyeing rayon and rayon or cellulose ethers and esters or superpolyamides or
Super-polyurethanes or polyesters in the spinning mass, as well as for the production of colored lacquers or lacquer formers, solutions and products made of acetyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, natural resins or synthetic resins such as polymerization resins or condensation resins, eg.
B. aminoplasts, alkyd resins, phenoplasts, polyolefins such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyacrylonitrile, rubber, casein, silicone and silicone resins. They can also be used advantageously in the production of colored pencils, cosmetic prep or laminating plates.
Compared with comparable dyes in US Pat. No. 2,273,116, the dyes obtained according to the invention are distinguished by a significantly better migration fastness.
In the following examples, unless otherwise stated, parts are parts by weight, percentages are percentages by weight, and temperatures are given in degrees Celsius.
Example 1 130 parts of sulfuric acid monohydrate are cooled to 10, and 7.1 parts of sodium nitrite are introduced in small portions with rapid stirring. The sulfuric acid solution is carefully poured into 350 parts of ice, the diazonium sulfate precipitating in the form of a yellow suspension.
The coupling component is prepared as follows: 19.1 parts of 2,3-hydroxynaphthoic acid are dissolved in 400 parts of alcohol: water = 1: 1 and 20 parts of 30% strength aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, 30 parts of sodium acetate are added after clarification, and acetic acid is added pH 6 set.
The diazonium sulfate obtained in accordance with paragraph 1 is allowed to flow into this solution, which has been cooled to 10, with the simultaneous dropwise addition of concentrated sodium hydroxide solution (pH 4-6). After the coupling is complete, it is warmed to 70, filtered and the filter material is washed free of salt. 190 parts of moist filter material are obtained.
The presscake is de watered azeotropically in 650 parts of o-dichlorobenzene by heating to an internal temperature of 150 (using a descending cooler). After cooling to 95, 1 part of dimethylformamide and 24 parts of thionyl chloride are added dropwise and the mixture is stirred at 100 to 110 for a further 2 hours.
It is allowed to cool to 20, filtered, washed with 520 parts of dichlorobenzene and 400 parts of benzene and the acid chloride is dried in vacuo at 50; Yield: 43.35 parts.
2.375 parts of acid chloride are placed in 170 parts of dichlorobenzene at room temperature. Then who the 2.46 parts of 2,5-dichloro-1-benzoylamino-4- (2 ', 4'-dichloro - 5' - amino) - benzoylaminobenzene, dissolved in 80 parts of hot dichlorobenzene, added. The mixture is heated to 60, increased to 140 over the course of 8 hours and stirred at 140 for a further 8 hours.
The pigment formed is filtered off at 100 and washed with 250 parts of hot dichlorobenzene, 120 parts of methanol and 150 parts of water. 3.85 parts of a dye of the formula are obtained
