Entladeeinrichtung
Fig. 1 eine Ansicht einer Schiffsentladeeinrichtung und
Unloading device
The present invention relates to an unloading device with a displaceable incline conveyor and a feed device with a shovel driven to move back and forth
Such discharge devices are z. Example used to store that in a pantry, e.g. a ship's hold, stored material, e.g. Grain to be taken from the room upwards. The inclined conveyors of known such unloading devices operate pneumatically or by means of chains, are generally suspended at their upper end, extend downwards and their lower end plunges into the material, conveying the material fed to their inlet upwards.
In order to feed the material to the inlet of the incline conveyor, known unloading devices use feed shovels in the form of drag buckets which are suspended from ropes driven back and forth by means of winches. These ropes extend from the winch located above the storage room down, are deflected around a roller mounted in the lower area of the inclined conveyor, extend to the wall of the storage room, where they loop around a pulley attached to the wall and then become the lower area of the Inclined conveyor returned and deflected there again in the direction of the winch. The shovel is suspended on the lower strand located between the steep conveyor and the order pulley on the wall.
Such an arrangement has many disadvantages. Since the shovel is not rigidly guided, but simply suspended from ropes, its position depends on external influences and coincidences. While the material is being mined, the pulley attached to the wall has to be repositioned again and again in order to adapt the path of the shovel to the level or the incline of the cone of material to be mined. With such a device, a few assistants must be constantly present in the storage room in order to ensure that the feeding device works to some extent.
It has been shown that a planned dismantling of the material is not possible with such a feed device. It is also not possible under all circumstances, especially not in the case of goods with difficult flow, such as
Alumina, ensures that the material fed in by the shovel flows into the crater formed by the inclined conveyor.
The aim of the present invention is to create an unloading device which avoids the above disadvantages, can be remotely controlled, enables planned dismantling and ensures that the material is fed to the inlet of the inclined conveyor.
For this purpose, the unloading device according to the invention mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the shovel in the direction of the! The inlet of the incline conveyor is rigidly guided, it being adjustable around the incline conveyor and in height.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is a view of a ship unloading device and
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device partially in section.
The unloading device shown has a vertically arranged adjusting conveyor 1 designed as a chain conveyor, which is suspended at its upper end by means of a parallelogram-like construction 2 on the boom of a quay crane. The inclined conveyor 1 extends downward through an opening in the ship's space 3 and projects with its inlet end partially into the material 4 stored in space 3.
In the area of the lower end of the inclined conveyor, an arm 5 is arranged, which can be pivoted on an intermediate piece 6 about a horizontal axis 7. The intermediate piece 6 is in turn pivotable about a vertical axis 9 on a bracket 8 attached to the inclined conveyor. The console 8 can be attached to the vertical conveyor so that it can be adjusted in height. The arm 5 is also suspended from a rope 10, which extends obliquely upwards towards the inclined conveyor and is guided through a bell-like guide to a winch 11 attached to the inclined conveyor.
Along the arm 5 is a shovel with a slide 12, on the lower part of which a horizontal axis is attached, on which a downwardly extending blade 13 is pivotably suspended, guided to and fro. On its side facing away from the steep conveyor, the blade 13 has a stop 14 which interacts with a stop surface on the underside of the carriage 12. The shovel blade consists of an essentially flat plate, the lower end and lateral edges of which are angled towards the inclined conveyor, and at its lower end has an adjusting knife 15 projecting obliquely backwards.
The shovel is moved back and forth by means of pull cables 16, 17. The pull rope 16 engages the side of the carriage facing away from the inclined conveyor 1 and extends to the free end of the arm 5, is deflected around a roller 18 arranged at the free end of the arm against the inclined conveyor, and is then attached to another console 8 Roll 19 'is deflected upwards and guided to a winch 20 through a bell-like guide. The pull rope 17 is branched in three directions in the area of the shovel and engages on the side of the shovel facing the elevator at three triangular points, one of which is on the slide and two on the lower end of the shovel blade.
The pull rope 17 extends from the shovel towards the steep conveyor, is deflected upwards around a roller 19 ″ attached to the console and guided to the winch 20 through the same bell-like guide as for the rope 17.
The intermediate piece 6 and the arm 5 can be pivoted around the vertical axis 9 in a certain range by means of two single-acting hydraulic cylinders 21, 22 arranged on the inclined conveyor via pull ropes or cables 23.
The working principle of the unloading device described is as follows:
First, the inclined conveyor is lowered into space 3 so that its lower end protrudes somewhat into the material 4 to be conveyed out of space 3. Then, by means of the winch 11, the arm 5, adapted to the shape of the material surface, is adjusted to the desired incline, after which the winch 20 can be started to move the shovel back and forth. The direction of movement of the shovel can be reversed by means of limit switches arranged at the end of the arm. Thanks to the special design of the lower end of the shovel blade, the shovel comes to work immediately when it is moved in the direction of the inlet of the inclined conveyor, without any idle travel. The arrangement is chosen so that the blade 13 is perpendicular to the pull rope 17 when working.
The shovel guided rigidly on the arm 5 conveys the material 4 into the crater which is formed by the inclined conveyor and the inclined conveyor conveys the material upwards and transfers it to another conveyor 24, which conveys it to the desired location on land.
During the dismantling, the arm is also pivoted step by step by means of the drive cylinders 21 alternately first in one direction to one end of the pivoting sector and then in the other direction to the other end of the pivoting sector about the axis 9. In addition, the entire unloading facility in room 3 3 can be relocated and dismantling can be continued at the new location, as required and desired.
To control and monitor the device, only one operator is required, whose location can be outside and above room 3, for example.
In order to be able to adapt the arm 5 to the desired decomposition radius, it can be designed to be telescopic.
In the illustrated embodiment, the arm 5 can only be pivoted about the steep conveyor over a limited sector. This sector can be 2700, for example. In order to enable dismantling over 3600, either two feed devices mounted diametrically opposite one another on the inclined conveyor can be provided, or a ring can be provided that is rotatable around the inclined conveyor and on which the arm 5 is pivotable about a horizontal axis.
It can be seen that the feed device could work in conjunction with any inclined conveyor, the displaceable unloading device formed from the inclined conveyor and the feed device not only for unloading a ship's hold, but also for unloading or emptying any material store or warehouse with a flat one Ground could serve.
