Device for producing small concrete molded bodies Device for producing small concrete molded bodies from a concrete mix in forms are known in various embodiments, in particular such devices are known for the production of so-called spacers, which are used in reinforced concrete structures to define the distance between the reinforcement used by the formwork and placed in the formwork or connected to the reinforcement.
Such a known device consists of several relatively complex details with a molding table and a mold of two halves that can be stacked on top of one another. The shape of this known device be seated several mold spaces, which are separated by webs that have a lower height than the shape itself.
This creates predetermined breaking points so that the entire molded piece can be broken up into several individual parts. All of this is complex. Furthermore, it is bothersome that only a discontinuous or intermittent mode of operation is possible depending on the size of the mold, the working rhythm being defined by the setting times of the mixture introduced into the individual mold spaces.
The work rhythm is therefore relatively slow.
One could think of creating a device to achieve a continuous operation, which in its basic structure consists of a bunker for receiving dry premixed aggregates and cement, one under the bunker outlet to orderly discharge and humidification device, such as a downstream, endlessly revolving molding tape is made, which has the individual forms for the Her position of the moldings.
These forms of the moistened pre-mixed concrete is applied, which is hardened on the circulation path of the molding belt, so that the forms afterwards, z. B. on a reversing drum or the same, can be emptied. However, this creates difficulties, and indeed every now and then there is a set of concrete residues in the mold halves and the mold halves overgrowth.
The invention is based on the object of creating a device of the above-mentioned type with a revolving molding belt, in which it is ensured that the individual molding spaces are emptied and that concrete does not become overgrown with long operating times.
The invention relates to a device for the manufacture of small concrete bodies, in particular spacers, consisting of a bunker for receiving the dry premixed aggregates and cement, a discharge and humidifying device with a feed device and a downstream, endlessly arranged under the bunker outlet an emptying station, e.g.
B. a Umkehrtrom mel, circumferential molding belt, which owns or forms the individual forms for the production of the concrete moldings.
The invention consists in that a drying station for at least the molds is arranged between the emptying station and the feeding device.
A preferred embodiment of the invention, which is characterized by simplicity and functional reliability, is characterized in that the drying station for the mold interiors consists of a fan, preferably hot air blower, with one or more nozzles directed at the mold interiors. - It is possible to work with a one-piece molding belt that contains the molding spaces in a row. But you can also work with two belts that have half the form spaces that converge.
Such a device is expediently characterized by two running in a plane, profiled, elastic cal, endless, synchronized forming belts, each of which forms a mold half for the spacers and which are pressed together by guide rollers, and there is the possibility of a. to provide a third endless feeder belt, which is supported under these belts and is provided with plug-in brackets, which guides tie-rods at a distance between the forming belts,
that they are wedged between them and taken away by them and pulled out of the conveyor belt. Obviously, it is possible here to produce spacers provided with the device according to the invention from a concrete mixture with tie wires inserted.
Since concrete residues usually remain in the molds after the concrete blanks have been molded, these concrete residues can procedurally be dried in the molds and left in the molds as molding or formwork powder. When using the device according to the invention, the concrete must always be well prepared and mixed.
This is preferably achieved by a discharge and humidification device arranged under the bunker outlet, consisting of a driven conveyor leading to the forming belt and intermeshing mixing screws or profiled mixing rollers with a drive device for driving all mixing screws and mixing rollers in the same direction, working on the conveyed material of this conveyor consists, with spray nozzles being arranged in front of the mixing screws or mixing rollers in the transport direction.
However, the mixture of the aggregates can also be achieved in other ways.
The invention is based on the fact that it cannot be avoided that more or less thick precipitates from the concrete of the concrete moldings are formed in the individual mold spaces of a molding tape made, for example, of rubber or plastic. Surprisingly, the mold spaces do not grow closed from such precipitates, even after a long period of operation, if the mold interior spaces are dried in the manner described.
Although the concrete deposits or deposits remain on the mold walls after drying, they form mold or form powder there, which not only does not damage, but actually ensures that the next concrete molding after hardening on the circulation path of the belt, for example easily falls out of the mold space on a pulley. This is a particular method of the invention.
While the suggestion of introducing a special mold or formwork oil into the individual mold spaces has not been successful, the measure according to the invention makes the device absolutely reliable, regardless of whether, for example, to achieve special technological values with particularly wet or particularly water-poor concrete Production of the concrete molding is being processed and whether one-piece tape or multi-part tapes are used.
In the following, the described and further features of the device for the production of small concrete moldings are explained in more detail with reference to a schematic drawing showing only an exemplary embodiment; show it:
1 shows the side view of a device according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a detail of a plan view of the object according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 corresponds to FIG. 1 the side view of another embodiment of a device according to the invention, FIG. 4 shows a plan view of the Item according to Fig. 3,
5 shows the detail A of the object according to FIG. 4 in an enlarged view and FIG. 6 shows a section in the direction B - B through the object according to FIG. 5.
The device shown in the figures is intended for the manufacture of small concrete moldings B, for example for the manufacture of spacers that are used extensively in the construction industry to fix the distance between reinforcement inserts and the formwork.
Such spacers consist, for example, of a small piece of concrete or Be tonklotz with embedded, but with free ends protruding wires, which are used to attach these spacers to reinforcement or the like. However, these inserted wires can also be missing.
The device according to the invention for the production of the like concrete molded body B, but also for the production of other concrete bodies, such as paving stones, consists in its basic structure of a bunker 1 for receiving the dry premixed aggregates and cement, a discharge and humidifying device arranged under the bunker outlet 2 3 with on delivery device 4 and a downstream, via an emptying station 5 circulating molding belt 6, which has the individual mold spaces 7 for the production of the molded body B.
The molding belt 6 can also consist of two halves which converge and whose mold spaces 7 then complement each other to form spaces closed on the circumference. This has been explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 3-6. - In order to profile the free upper side of the concrete molding B and adapt it to special purposes, a special roller 11 can be provided, which edits this surface with a Profilaus education and in turn rotates driven.
The movement is expediently made in such a way that the direction of movement of the roller 11 is opposite to the direction of movement which the shaped bodies B have due to the transport of the shaped belt 6.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, there is between the emptying station 5, which is designed as a simple reversing drum in the embodiment, and the feed device 4, a drying station 8 which acts at least on the interior of the mold. The drying station 8 can also be designed in such a way that the entire molding belt 6 runs through a corresponding drying chamber.
In addition, in the area of the emptying station 5 there are the rollers 12 which press on the side walls of the molding belt 6 and push them apart so that the mold interiors 7 are spread out and the emptying of the mold interiors 7 is facilitated by the mold bodies B falling out.
In the exemplary embodiment, the drying station for the mold interiors 7 is constructed from a hot air blower 9 with one or more hot air nozzles 10 directed towards the mold interiors. Instead of the hot air nozzles 10, other devices for drying the mold interiors 7 can be provided, for example in the form of a continuous oven with infrared radiation heating or the like. Apparently, the invention achieves that the concrete residue remaining in the mold spaces 7 after the concrete blanks have been formed is dried in the mold spaces,
so that it can be effective as a molding or form powder.
2-6 explain a further embodiment of the device according to the invention with which concrete moldings B provided with inserted tie wire can be produced. - As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the device consists of two endless shaping belts 6 deflected around deflection rollers. Both shaping belts 6 consist of a shaping belt divided in the longitudinal direction.
The two forming belts 6 are guided along a section 13 with abutting edges, but apart from that, at a distance from one another: the drying station, which acts on both forming belts, is again located in the lower part of the drum.
In the exemplary embodiment, the two shaped bands 6 are made of rubber, so they are elastic and can therefore be deflected laterally by lateral guide rollers 13 in the band plane and brought together in this way until their edges meet. In the exemplary embodiment, the shaping strips are moved apart by means of the front deflection rollers 14.
As FIG. 5 shows, mold halves 15, 16 which are assigned to one another are arranged in the molding belts, which, when the molding belts 6 converge, complement each other to form closed shapes.
In the exemplary embodiment, for the sake of simplicity, shapes that widen towards the top of the molding belts 6 are shown, but the shapes can also narrow towards the outside of the belt, since the molded spacers are removed from the mold without difficulty when the molding belts diverge on the front deflection rollers 14 can. At the outer edges, the forming belts 6 have a circumferential toothing 17 which is in engagement with an associated toothing on the guide rollers 18.
The guide rollers 18 are coupled to a device driving them synchronously, which is not shown in detail in the figures. In this way it is achieved that the two forming belts 6 always sit at the same speed and when they converge, the mutually zugeord Neten mold halves 15, 16 come to coincide with one another, and complement each other to a uniform shape. To introduce the casting compound, as the concrete, into the molds, a feed device is provided, de Ren details, in particular in Fig. 1, can be seen.
This feeding device consists of a driven conveyor leading to the molding belt and intermeshing mixing screws or profiled mixing rollers 20 working on the conveyed material of this conveyor 19 with drive device 21 for driving all mixing screws or mixing rollers in the same direction, with spray nozzles 3 in front of the mixing screws or mixing rollers in the transport direction are arranged.
The intermeshing profiled mixing rollers or mixing screws 20 are arranged according to a preferred embodiment and therefore also in the embodiment transversely to the transport direction of said conveyor 19. Depending on the setting of this feed device, the molds can be filled more with casting compound, so that the height of the spacer can be changed in a simple manner.
If you fill the For men completely and you can, as indicated in FIGS. 1 and 3, a special roller 11 work on the surface of the filled concrete not yet hardened, so you can filate the molding as desired on this page.
Under the two abutting Formbän countries 6 of the embodiment of FIGS. 3 to 6, an endless conveyor belt 22 for the tie wires 23 is guided. The tie wires 23 are inserted into plug holders 24 on the conveyor belt. The feed belt 22 is arranged in detail in such a way that the tie wires 23 protrude into the complementary mold halves 15, 16 when the two forming belts 6 converge and are clamped between the forming belts 6.
In the exemplary embodiment, the shaping belts 6 abutting one another and the conveyor belt 22 located beneath it run parallel for a short distance. This can be seen in particular from FIG. 4. The feeder belt 22 is then deflected by rollers 25, the tie wires 23 being released from the plug-in holder 24 of the feeder belt 22.
In the game Ausführungsbei the conveyor belt 22 is also made of rubber. So that its formation as a profile band is possible, please include by being provided as a plug-in bracket 24 for tie wires 23 with a ver running in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt 22 groove 26, at the edges of which are obliquely directed towards the inside of the groove retaining tongues 27 are closed.
Since the holding tongues 27 are elastic, the tie wire 23 with the eyelets 28 bent at its ends can be inserted into the groove 26 or withdrawn from it again without difficulty.
The feeder belt 22 preferably runs at the same speed as the two forming belts 6 and the tie wires 23 are attached to the feeder belt 22 at the same distance as the molds 7 have. In addition, an insertion device 29, shown in the figures only hinted at, is provided for a set of tie wires 23 in the plug brackets 24.
It is pointed out that even in the embodiment with an undivided forming band 6, tie wires 23 can be pressed into the soft concrete from above.
