Gestell zum Halten eines Beutels
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gestell zum Halten eines Beutels, insbesondere eines Abfallbeutels aus Kunststoff Folie, in hängender oder stehender Lage mit der Mündung nach oben offen und von der Art, dass es oben eine ring- oder rahmenförmige Halterung für den oberen Mündungsteil des Beutels und unten ein Tragorgan zur Unterstützung des unteren geschlossenen Teils des Beutels hat.
Der Zweck der gegenwärtigen Erfindung ist die Herstellung eines solchen Gestells, das für die Verwendung im Haushalt gut geeignet ist, z. B. für Anbringung innen an Küchenschranktüren, entweder für Abfallschachtbeutel oder Abfallbeutel im allgemeinen. Die Erfindung zielt auch auf die Schaffung grösserer Gestelle ab, z. B. für die Anbringung auf einem Küchenfussboden oder in anderen Räumen. Die Ausführung eines derartigen Gestelles, ist derart leicht zu bedienen, besonders was das Auswechseln der Beutel anbelangt, d.h. Entfernung des gefüllten Beutels und Anbringung und Befestigung eines leeren Beutels, sowie die Aufbewahrung der neuen Beutel.
Das Gestell gemäss der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gestell eine frei drehbare Vorratsrolle gelagert ist, bestehend aus einem Band mit einer Mehrheit von zusammenhängenden Beuteln, die durch eine Quemaht und eine dazu parallele Perforations- oder Abreisslinie voneinander getrennt sind, und dass im Gestell eine solche öffnung vorhanden ist, dass das Beutelband von der Vorratsrolle durch das Gestell hochgezogen werden kann.
Bei einem solchen Gestell wird eine verhältnismässig grosse Anzahl miteinander zusammenhängender Beutel auf einer Vorratsrolle auf dem Gestell selbst aufbewahrt und der jeweils im Gebrauch begriffene Beutel hängt mit dem Beutelband zusammen, so dass die Auswechslung durch Abnahme des gefüllten Beutels von der Halterung und Herausheben desselben aus dem Gestell erfolgt, wodurch der nächste Beutel des Vorratsbandes auf den Platz des gefüllten Beutels hochgezogen wird unter Abrollung eines Bandabschnittes von der Vorratsrolle und anschliessender Abreissung des gefüllten Beutels vom Beutelband und Befestigung des Mündungsrandes des neuen Beutels an der Halterung.
Das leichte und schnelle Auswechseln von Beuteln wird durch eine schwierige Befestigungsoperation an der Halterung beeinträchtigt werden können. Zweckmässigerweise kann die Halterung aus einem offenen Ring oder Rahmen aus federndem Stangenmaterial bestehen, der so ausgebildet und in einer hauptsächlich waagerechten Ebene angebracht ist, dass der obere Randteil des Beutels von innen über den Ring oder Rahmen und um das Gestell heruntergestülpt werden kann, wodurch der Beutel durch die Federwirkung des Rings festgehalten wird.
Dadurch kann der Mündungsteil des Beutels auf möglichst einfache Weise an der Halterung festgemacht werden, weil die Befestigung einfach dadurch erfolgt, den Beutel so hoch hinaufzuführen, dass die Bodennaht sich auf dem Tragorgan befindet, wonach der über die Halterung ragende Randteil über den Ring oder Rahmen unter leichter Zusammendrückung desselben gestülpt wird, wonach die Ausfederung des Rahmens den Beutel gespannt hält und verhindert, dass der Mündungsrand herabgleitet.
Im folgenden wird eine Ausführungsform eines Gestells gemäss der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben, welche eine perspektivische Ansicht des Gestells zeigt.
Das Gestell besteht aus einem Gitterwerk aus Stahldraht, der vorzugsweise von einer Kunststoffschicht umhüllt sein kann. Unten ist mit Hilfe von zwei parallelen, waagerecht angebrachten Rahmen 1 und 2, die mittels einiger senkrechten Stangen 3 miteinander verbunden sind, ein Korb gebildet, dessen rechteckiger, waagerechter Boden von umgebogenen Verlängerungen 4 der Stangen 3 gebildet ist. Die inneren Enden dieser Verlängerungen 4 befinden sich in einem solchen Abstand voneinander, dass sich ein längsgehender Schlitz im Boden des Korbs bildet.
Enige der Stangen 3 setzen sich senkrecht fort und bilden Stützen 5, deren obere Enden einen waagerechten Rahmen 6 tragen, der eine Öffnung 7 hat, so dass er zusammengedrückt werden und nach aussen federn kann.
An dem Korb ist ferner ein nach hinten geneigter bügelförmiger Teil 8 befestigt, der unten eine waagerechte Stange 9 übergeht, die zusammen mit einer anderen waagerechten Stange 10 den genannten Schlitz begrenzt, indem die Stangen 9 und 10 an den Stangen 4 festgeschweisst sind.
Zwei der Stützen 5 sind nach unten verlängert zur Bildung einiger Bügel 11, die Lagerung für eine Vorratsrolle 12 bilden, auf die ein Band 13 aufgerollt ist, bestehend aus einer Mehrheit von Beuteln aus Kunststoff Folie, die durch eine quergehende Schweissnaht und eine dazu parallele Perforations- oder Abreisslinie 14 voneinander getrennt sind. Das Kunststoff-Folienband ist durch den genannten Schlitz zwischen den Stangen 9 und 10 und durch den Rahmen 6 hochgeführt, wie strichpunktiert gezeigt, und der obere Randteil 15 des Beutels ist von innen um den Rahmen 6 nach aussen und um das Gestell heruntergestülpt, wie gezeigt. Bei der Anbringung wird der Rahmen 6 zusammengedrückt, und wenn er wieder losgelassen wird, federt er nach aussen und hält den Beutel gespannt fest, weil das Folienmaterial eine bedeutende Elastizität aufweist.
Oben ist eine Querstange 16 befestigt, die Ösen 17 trägt, mit deren Hilfe das Gestell an einer senkrechten Wand, z. B. der Innenseite einer Küchenschranktür festgeschraubt werden kann. Das Gestell kann auch mit anderen Aufhänge- oder Aufstellorganen ausgebildet sein, so dass es z. B. auf dem Fussboden stehen kann.
Wenn ein Beutel im Gestell für Gebrauch bereitgestellt werden soll, zieht man das Kunststoff-Folienband durch den Schlitz im Boden des Gestells empor, wonach eine entsprechende Länge des Bandes von der Vorratsrolle abgerollt wird. Der vordere Teil des Bandes das dem ersten Beutel entspricht, wird so hoch durch den Rahmen 6 geführt, dass die Schweissnaht, die den Boden bildet und unmittelbar über der Perforationslinie 14 liegt, sich auf Höhe der den Boden des Gestells oder Tragorgans für den Beutel bildenden Stangen 4 befindet, wonach der Randteil 15 über das Gestell gestülpt wird, wie strichpunktiert gezeigt. Das Gestell ist jetzt bereit zum Gebrauch, und der Beutel kann nach und nach mit Abfall gefüllt werden.
Wenn der Beutel voll ist und ausgewechselt werden soll, wird der Randteil 15 von dem Rahmen 6 genommen und über dem Inhalt des Beutels zusammen geknüllt, wonach der Beutel aus dem Gestell gezogen wird, d.h. bis in solche Höhe, dass die Perforations- oder Reisslinie 14 sich über dem Rahmen 6 befindet. Danach wird das Kunststoff-Folienband längs der Linie 14 durchgerissen, so dass der gefüllte Beutel vom Band getrennt wird, und der gefüllte Beutel kann dann weggeworfen werden, während der Randteil 15, wie früher erklärt, über den Rahmen 6 gestülpt wird und der nächste Beutel in der Beutelreihe damit gebrauchsfertig ist.
Die Vorratsrolle 13 kann auf andere Art und Weise angebracht sein, z. B. frei auf dem Boden eines Korbs unten im Gestell ruhend, in welchem die Rolle frei drehen kann, wenn das Beutelband nach oben gezogen wird. Die Vorratsrolle kann auch auf andere Weise angebracht werden, wenn man nur die Beutelreihe nach oben ziehen kann, allmählich, wie die Beutel verbraucht werden.
Der obere Teil der Beutel kann auch äuf jede beliebige Weise an dem oberen Teil des Gestells angebracht und befestigt werden.

The frame according to the invention is characterized in that a freely rotatable supply roll is mounted in the frame, consisting of a belt with a majority of connected bags, which are separated from one another by a cross seam and a parallel perforation or tear line, and that in Frame such an opening is present that the bag tape can be pulled up from the supply roll through the frame.
In such a frame, a relatively large number of interconnected bags is stored on a supply roll on the frame itself and the bag in use is connected to the bag tape, so that the replacement by removing the filled bag from the holder and lifting it out of the Rack takes place, whereby the next bag of the supply tape is pulled up to the place of the filled bag, unrolling a section of tape from the supply roll and then tearing the filled bag from the bag tape and attaching the mouth edge of the new bag to the holder.
The easy and quick replacement of bags can be impaired by a difficult fastening operation on the holder. Conveniently, the holder can consist of an open ring or frame made of resilient rod material, which is designed and attached in a mainly horizontal plane that the upper edge part of the bag can be pulled down from the inside over the ring or frame and around the frame, whereby the Bag is held in place by the spring action of the ring.
As a result, the mouth part of the bag can be attached to the holder in the simplest possible way, because the attachment is simply carried out by leading the bag up so high that the bottom seam is on the support member, after which the edge part protruding over the holder over the ring or frame is inverted with slight compression of the same, after which the rebound of the frame keeps the bag taut and prevents the mouth edge from sliding down.
In the following an embodiment of a frame according to the invention is described with reference to the drawing, which shows a perspective view of the frame.
The frame consists of a latticework made of steel wire, which can preferably be covered by a plastic layer. At the bottom, a basket is formed with the help of two parallel, horizontally mounted frames 1 and 2, which are connected to one another by means of a few vertical rods 3, the rectangular, horizontal bottom of which is formed by bent extensions 4 of the rods 3. The inner ends of these extensions 4 are at such a distance from one another that a longitudinal slot is formed in the bottom of the basket.
Some of the rods 3 continue vertically and form supports 5, the upper ends of which support a horizontal frame 6 which has an opening 7 so that it can be compressed and can spring outward.
A rearwardly inclined bow-shaped part 8 is also attached to the basket, which passes over a horizontal rod 9 at the bottom, which, together with another horizontal rod 10, delimits the mentioned slot by welding the rods 9 and 10 to the rods 4.
Two of the supports 5 are extended downward to form some brackets 11, which form storage for a supply roll 12, onto which a tape 13 is rolled up, consisting of a majority of bags made of plastic film, which are passed through a transverse weld seam and a parallel perforation - Or tear line 14 are separated from each other. The plastic film tape is led up through the said slot between the rods 9 and 10 and through the frame 6, as shown in dash-dotted lines, and the upper edge part 15 of the bag is turned inside out around the frame 6 and down around the frame, as shown . When it is attached, the frame 6 is compressed, and when it is released again, it springs outward and holds the bag under tension because the film material has a significant elasticity.
At the top a crossbar 16 is attached, which carries eyelets 17, with the help of which the frame on a vertical wall, for. B. the inside of a kitchen cabinet door can be screwed. The frame can also be designed with other hanging or erecting members, so that it can be, for. B. can stand on the floor.
When a bag in the rack is to be made available for use, the plastic film tape is pulled up through the slot in the bottom of the rack, after which a corresponding length of the tape is unrolled from the supply roll. The front part of the band, which corresponds to the first bag, is passed so high through the frame 6 that the weld seam which forms the base and is located directly above the perforation line 14 is level with the base of the frame or support element for the bag Rods 4 is, after which the edge part 15 is slipped over the frame, as shown in phantom. When the bag is full and is to be replaced, the edge portion 15 is removed from the frame 6 and crumpled over the contents of the bag, after which the bag is pulled out of the rack, i. up to such a height that the perforation or tear line 14 is located above the frame 6. Thereafter, the plastic film tape is torn along the line 14 so that the filled bag is separated from the tape, and the filled bag can then be thrown away, while the edge part 15, as explained earlier, is put over the frame 6 and the next bag in the row of bags is ready for use.
The supply roll 13 can be attached in other ways, e.g. B. freely resting on the bottom of a basket in the frame, in which the roller can rotate freely when the bag tape is pulled up. The supply roll can also be attached in other ways if one can only pull up the row of bags, gradually as the bags are used up.
The upper part of the bags can also be attached and secured to the upper part of the frame in any desired manner.
