Description
Nachstellbare Lagerung Wo eine Lagerung Schlägen und Wech.selbewegun- gen ausgesetzt ist, wird oft das .Spiel im Lager rasch zu gross.
Die Erfindung soll diesen Nachteil .beheben; sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Lager des drehbaren Teiles auf einer geschlitzten Büchse ange ordnet ist, die von zwei Doppelkegeln getragen wird, welche je einseitig in der genannten .geschlitzten Büchse und anderseitig in einer im Gegenteil geführten koni schen und geschlitzten Büchse sitzen, wobei alle ge nannten Teile mittels einer durchgehenden Schraube bis zur Spielfreiheit :angezogen werden können.
Diese Lagerung hat auch folgende Vorteile: Genaue Toleranzen sind nicht notwendig. Montage und Demontage sind erleichtert.
Die Zeichnung zeigt, wie .beispielsweise eine. solche Lagerung hergestellt sein kann.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Lagerung mit zwei konischen Gleitlagern 11 und 12 für den drehbaren Teil 10, wobei deren Laufflächen gegeneinander konisch sind.
Das Spiel zwischen :den Laufflächen wird mittels. der Mutter 6 eingestellt, während :ein spielfreier Sitz ides Innenteiles der genannten Lager auf der geschlitz ten Büchse 2 durch :Zusammenziehen der beiden Dop pelkegel 8 gewährleistet .ist.
Das Zusammenziehen der Doppelkegel erfolgt ,durch Anziehen einer Mittelschraube 1, auf welcher die ge nannten Doppelkegel sowie zwei Unterlagscheiben 9 .mit Aussparung, zwei Federscheiben 3 und zwei Mut- tern 7 angeordnet sind. Auf dem äusseren Kegel jedes Doppelkegels ist ;ebenfalls .eine geschlitzte, in ihrem Innern :
konische .und im Äusseren zylindrische Büchse 4 angeordnet, welche in einer Bohrung des Festteiles 5 sitzt.
Als Material der konischen Lager kommt z. B. auch Gummi in Frage.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt eine genau gleiche Anordnung mit Ausnahme, dass die konischen Gleitlager durch kon- sche Kagelrollenlager ersetzt sind.
Die -Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ausführung mit Gummi-Metall- blöcken 13, deren Innenteil wie in den zwei ersten Bei spielen festgezogen werden kann, wobei Ader äussere Teil der genannten Gummi-Metallblöcke eingepresst und :gegen :seitliches Verschieben -auf irgendeine Art ge sichert ist.
Die in der Beschreibung verwendete Benennung Festteil ist relativ; der so benannte Teil kann ebensogut ,der bewegliche sein.

The invention is intended to remedy this disadvantage; It is characterized in that at least one bearing of the rotatable part is arranged on a slotted sleeve which is carried by two double cones, each of which sits on one side in the said .schlitzten sleeve and on the other side in a conical and slotted sleeve that is guided on the contrary, all parts mentioned can be tightened by means of a continuous screw until there is no play
This storage also has the following advantages: Exact tolerances are not necessary. Assembly and disassembly are made easier.
The drawing shows how. For example a. such storage can be established.
Fig. 1 shows a bearing with two conical plain bearings 11 and 12 for the rotatable part 10, the running surfaces of which are conical with respect to one another.
The game between: the treads is by means of. the nut 6 set, while: a play-free seat ides inner part of said bearing on the schllitz th bushing 2 by: contraction of the two double cones 8 guaranteed .ist.
The double cones are drawn together by tightening a central screw 1 on which the double cones mentioned and two washers 9 with a recess, two spring washers 3 and two nuts 7 are arranged. On the outer cone of each double cone there is also a slotted one, inside:
conical .und cylindrical sleeve 4 arranged on the outside, which sits in a bore of the fixed part 5.
As the material of the conical bearing z. B. also rubber in question.
FIG. 2 shows exactly the same arrangement with the exception that the conical plain bearings are replaced by conical roller bearings.
The -Fig. 3 shows an embodiment with rubber-metal blocks 13, the inner part of which can be tightened as in the first two examples, the outer part of the said rubber-metal blocks being pressed in and secured in some way against: lateral displacement.
The term fixed part used in the description is relative; the part so named can just as well be the moving part.
