Concrete marking foundation as a marking point for the construction of railway tracks
The invention relates to a concrete foundation as Vermarkaungpurkt for the construction of railroad ways
It is common practice for un, quiet marking points in the form of concrete foundations to be firmly inserted into the substructure of the track for the measurement. They usually consist of simple concrete blocks into which rail sections are cast with a stamped line mark, or only rail sections that are inserted into the substructure without increasing the base area.
On double-track lines, the marking points are set into the substructure in the middle between the two tracks and protrude over the ballast bed.
This means that they are exposed to subsidence during longer periods of operation, but migrations across the track direction due to the influences emanating from both tracks are ruled out. On single-track lines, on the other hand, the marking points are placed as close as possible to the track because, depending on the type of substructure, the upper sand layers migrate under the influence of the operating loads, and thus the marking points both sink and migrate across the track direction from the track center experience away.
This phenomenon is particularly disadvantageous when modern semi or fully automatic track construction machines are used for track maintenance and renewal work, which are controlled via optically bundled light beams and electronic receiving and control devices, for setting or as standpoints for the level and the Direction of the track approaching light sources serve the marking points. The displacement of the marking points then results in considerable errors in the control of the track-laying machines, which cancel out the advantages of their semi-automatic or fully automatic mode of operation and make it possible to achieve a completely unsatisfactory track position.
On the other hand, the marking points represent the most suitable positions for the controlling light sources, provided that the migration caused by the workload can be kept to a minimum that is tolerable in practice.
The invention is based on the object of creating a marking foundation which is suitable as a marking point for the construction of railway tracks and which, due to its shape, can withstand the ground migration caused by operational delays.
According to the invention, this is achieved by a truncated cone-like shape with teardrop-shaped base areas, in which a socket made of corrosion-resistant metal or plastic is cast for the purpose of receiving a stand rod.
The enlarged lower base area ensures that settlement of the foundation foundation can be largely ruled out, and that the lateral ground pressure when hiking. The sand layers in the upper zone of the embankment act on the edge due to later operational loads without being able to effect a lateral change in location. So all e requirements are given, the Vermarkungsfundament with its cast socket as a point of view for the control of track tree, aschinen; to use serving light sources.
The invention target. are explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. Show it :
1 shows a side view of the Vermarkungsfunda- mentes and
Figure 2 is a view from above.
A foundation 1 has the shape of a truncated cone with teardrop-shaped base surfaces, whereby an edge 2 is created on the outer surface which, when the foundation 1 is installed, is vertical and has the longitudinal axis of the track. A bush 3 made of corrosion-resistant metal or plastic, which has a central bore 4, is cast into the upper base surface. At the lower end of the socket 3 opens a through the concrete body perpendicular through hole 6 for drainage, which together with the bore 4 forms a paragraph 5. If the built-in marking foundation 1 is not used, the bore 4 can be closed with a suitable cover.
The paragraph 5 can be used in a well-known manner. Carry out a height correction during the measurement by inserting enclosures.
