Fig. 2 zeigt den zu Fig. 1 gehörigen Aufriss.
Truck with lifting device for heavy loads The invention relates to trucks with lifting device for heavy loads, by means of which the front wheels can be lifted off the ground.
When loading or unloading trucks with heavy loads, it is common to use external lifting devices or lifting devices installed directly on the truck. If no such facilities are available for loading work, the work requires a great deal of effort and effort to lift the heavy loads from the ground to the height of the truck platform. In addition, the loading or unloading operations require a lot of time and are associated with a significant risk of accidents.
The main concern of the invention is to create an improved truck on and from which heavy loads can be loaded and unloaded safely and in the shortest possible time by lowering the rear end of the loading platform by means of the power source of the truck , d. H. can be brought to the ground.
The invention is a truck with a lifting device for heavy loads, which is characterized in that a hydraulic lifting device is arranged on the front part of the truck in order to lift the front wheels off the ground by means of the power source of the truck until the whole Truck tilts backwards and the rear end of the loading platform touches the ground, so that loading and unloading heavy loads is easier.
The following description is used in conjunction with the figures of the drawing to explain the invention in more detail. The figures show an embodiment of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a floor plan of a truck equipped with the lifting device.
FIG. 2 shows the front view belonging to FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 shows the side elevation, corresponding to FIG. 1, but in the position for unloading and loading. In the drawings, 1 is the chassis frame of the truck and 2 and 3, respectively, are the front and rear wheels. According to the invention, a pair of simultaneously working, vertically arranged lifting cylinders 4 is attached to the front part of the truck, which is driven hydraulically or in some other way. As a result, the chassis frame 1 of the truck is raised.
A winch 5 is also installed on the chassis frame 1 behind the rear wheels and a pulley 6 is located between the two lifting cylinders, over which the cable 7 coming from the winch is guided. The free end of the rope 7 is guided to the rear and has a load hook B at its free end.
During a loading operation, the two lifting cylinders 4 are driven by the main drive of the truck, not shown in the figures, so that the front wheels of the truck are lifted off the ground, with the entire truck tilting backwards until the rear end of the loading platform 9 is Touches the ground as shown in FIG.
In this position, a very short loading ramp 10 can be hinged flush with the plane of the loading platform 9, preferably rotatable. In this way it is possible to easily pull a heavier load onto the loading platform 9 of the truck by means of the winch 5 via the load hook 8 at the end of the rope 7. To facilitate the loading activity, the heavier load 11 can be equipped with small wheels or rollers 12 on the underside of the load container.
When unloading, the heavy load 11 slides down the inclined platform 9 to the ground due to gravity alone. Of course, the load 11 can also be slowly lowered with the aid of the winch 5 and the rope 7, the winch 5 braking the sliding movement of the load as a result of gravity. From the foregoing it can be seen that the invention enables the loading and unloading of heavy loads on or from trucks in a very simple, easy and safe manner. This is achieved by a simple mechanical device,
In the case of the oil hydraulic cylinder driven by the main drive of the truck, the front wheels of the truck lift off the ground, whereby the entire truck tilts backwards on its own.
