Control device for a hydraulic working element The invention is concerned with the control of hy draulic working elements and has as its object a device with which shocks and vibrations when reversing the direction of movement of hydraulic working elements acted on both sides can be damped for back and forth movement.
It is known that shocks that can occur when reversing the loading direction of movement of hydraulically operated pistons to be dampened by the fact that the control edges of the reversing slide are drawn more or less strongly. This ensures that the flow of the hydraulic medium to and from the cylinder is gradually throttled during the reversing process and is also gradually released again.
It has been shown, however, that the intended success can only be achieved to a modest extent with this measure and not to a sufficient extent in all cases. It is true that the reversal of the hydraulic flow can be dampened to any desired extent and thus the reversal of movement can be made jerk-free by reinforcing the control edges as desired. However, in the vicinity of the reversal points of the movement, this leads to a slowdown in the lifting movement, which could no longer be accepted with high demands.
An attempt was therefore made to dampen the movement of the hydraulic working element in the reversal points of its movement in that even hydraulic cushions were arranged in various known embodiments in the working element. Even with these devices, however, high demands on the uniformity of the movement up to the extreme vicinity of the reversal points were not sufficient, apart from the fact that the cushions can only be used with work elements whose reversal points are always at the same point of their stroke.
A particularly difficult task is avoiding jolts and vibrations on hydraulic working elements that move the ring banks of ring spinning machines, ring twisting machines and draw twisting machines. The machine parts to be moved have a length of many meters and a low level of rigidity and therefore tend to vibrate strongly.
The highest demands are placed on the uniformity of the movement in the area of the reversal points, in particular on draw twisting machines, so that the formation of thread beads is reliably prevented. The cop structure requires the ongoing relocation of both reversal points of the lifting movement.
The lifting movement he follows in the vertical direction; the forces necessary to move the ring banks are thus superimposed on the force of gravity with positive or negative signs depending on the stroke direction. Finally, the masses, the direction of movement of which has to be reversed, are considerable, especially on draw twisting machines.
The invention proposes a solution to the problem posed, which appears to be applicable to other, similar cases in addition to the case of spinning and twisting machines mentioned.
According to the invention, the supply and discharge lines of the hydraulic working element run through two separate passages of a reversing slide whose freely moving control piston is affected by the pressure difference of the pressure medium flow acting on the end faces of the control piston between the supply line and the discharge of the hydraulic working element between two ends - Positions is displaceable and with its displacement from one end position to the other, the pressure medium flow freely flowing in the end positions is gradually reduced by throttling and gradually <RTI
ID = "0001.0054"> is enlarged again.
A particularly advantageous mode of operation of the device results when the passage cross-sections between the control piston and valve housing are enlarged by throttle pistons or when the passage bores of one and the same passage in the control slide are connected by throttle grooves.
The throttle notches of the control piston can have negative overlap.
On a reversing slide in the supply and discharge lines of a working element that is always equally loaded in both directions of movement, all throttle notches of the control piston can preferably have the same length and depth or the throttle grooves can have a constant cross-sectional area.
If, however, the working element is unevenly loaded in its two directions of movement, the throttle notches of the control piston that take effect alternately can advantageously be of unequal length and depth or the throttle grooves have increasing or decreasing cross-section = area. _ The movement of the control piston in the reversing damping slide can be slowed down by hydraulic cushions.
This braking of the movement of the control piston can expediently be changed by changing the running cross-sections of the hydraulic cushions by means of throttle screws.
A simple and effective damping of the movement of the control piston can be achieved by springs that are arranged between the end faces of the control piston and the end faces of the slide valve housing.
In the drawing, a reverse damping slide is shown schematically as an embodiment of the invention, namely in Fig. 1 in its longitudinal section together with Tei len of the associated hydraulic system and in Fig. 2-5 in longitudinal section in one of its Endstel lungs (Fig. 2)
and in three intermediate positions (Fig. 3 to 5), which he passes through during the reversing process. In Fig: 6 a modified version of the order reversing damping slide is shown in longitudinal section. With reference to Fig: 1, the hydraulic circuit constructed in a known manner is first described ben.
Through the hydraulic pump 2 driven by the engine 1, the pressure medium is sucked in from the container 3 and brought to the necessary pressure. The pressure is limited by a maximum pressure valve 4. An actuated for example by electromagnets 5 order reversing slide 6 allows the direction of flow of the pressure by means of the hydraulic working element shown here as a running in cylinder 8 piston 9 to reverse.
The working element can, however, also be a working element which converts the flow of the pressure medium into a reciprocating movement. In the return of the pressure medium to Behäl ter 3, a preload valve 10 is turned on; : that keeps the pressure of the pressure medium on the non-pressurized side of the working element at a specified level.
In: the supply and discharge lines 13, 21 and 14, 22 of the hydraulic working element 9, a reversing damping slide 7 is switched on. This consists of a slide housing 11 in which a control piston 12 is freely movable. The supply lines 13 and 14 coming from the reversing slide 6 open into the end face of the slide housing 11 or near it so that the pressure of the pressure medium acts on the end face of the control piston 12.
One axial bore 15 and 16 each extends from the end faces of the control piston 12 into the control piston 12, in each of which there are several. in two planes perpendicular to the axis of the Steuerkol ben, radial bore 17 and 18 open. In the valve housing 11, two ring channels 19 and 20 are arranged in such a way that the radial bores 17 and 18 open into these ring channels in the two end positions of the piston 12.
The bores and channels 15, 17 or 16, 18 form two passages of the reversing damping slide 7, which remain separated in all positions of the control piston 12.
From the annular channels 19 and 20, the feed lines 21 and 22 run to the two sides of the hydraulic working element 9 to be acted upon. The end faces of the control piston 12 have ring-shaped elevations 23, which in the end positions of the piston 12 are cylindrical Slide projections 24 on the inside of the end faces of the slide housing 11.
As a result, a pressure medium cushion 25 is formed between the elevation 23, the projection 24, the end face and the wall of the valve housing 11, which is formed through. the holes 26 can fill or empty. The passage cross-sections of the bores 26 can be changed by throttle screws (not shown in detail) and the elevations 23 and the projections 24 can be provided with annular grooves 28 and 29, as shown in FIG.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the control piston 12 is damped by compression springs 30 which are arranged between the end faces of the slide housing 11 and control piston 12.
From the radial bores 17 and 18 Dros go selkerben 31, which gradually extend in the direction of the radial bores of the same passage in the one telfläche of the control piston 12. As shown in FIG. 6, these throttle notches can also be designed as continuous grooves 32 between the radial bores 17 and 18 of the same passage.
These throttle notches 31 or the cross sections of the throttle grooves 32 are designed to be identical or constant in a reversing damping slide, which is located in the supply lines of a working element that is always equally loaded in both directions of movement.
If it can be assumed that the hydraulic working element 9 will always be unevenly loaded in its two directions of movement, for example by the fact that it moves itself or parts moved by it in the direction of gravity, then - as not shown in detail - the Throttle notches 31 of the control piston 12 are advantageously designed differently or the cross-section of the throttle grooves 32 is reduced over their length.
The mode of operation of the device according to the invention is as follows: Immediately after the reversing slide 6 (FIG. 2) is controlled, the pressure difference in the supply lines 13 and 14 to the hydraulic working element 9 is reversed. This, starting from the reversing slide 6 de pressure reversal reaches the damping control slide 7 before it can affect the hydraulic working element 9.
Since the pressure difference in the pressure medium circuit acts directly on the end faces of the control piston 12; the control piston 12 is set in motion from its end position (FIG. 3). Since the passage cross-section of the radial bores 17 and 18, which still open into the annular channels 19 and 20, to the feed lines 21 and 22 to the hydraulic working element -9 is reduced. gradually down to the.
Cross-section of the throttle notches 31 or the throttle grooves 32. The throttling increases with further displacement of the control piston 12 (Fig. 4) and thereby brings the pressure medium inflow and outflow to the hydraulic work element 9 gradually, d. H. dampened first to a standstill and then to reversal (Fig. 5).
Any vibrations that may occur in the moving parts, which act via the hydraulic working element 9 as vibrations of the pressure medium columns in the feed and discharge lines 21 and 22 of the hydraulic working element 9, are rapidly reduced due to the greatly reduced cross-section of the passage openings muffled. The slight negative overlap of the tapered throttle notches 31 causes a gradual, smooth reversal of the flow direction of the pressure medium, the leads 21 and 22 to the Ar beitselement are not completely blocked at any moment of the reversal.
This ensures that the point in time at which the direction of flow of the pressure medium is reversed is determined not only by the position of the control slide 6, but also by the pressure conditions established in the pressure medium circuit, and this reversal is largely smooth. The same effect is achieved with a continuous groove 32 between the radial bores 17 and 18, which in all positions of the control piston 12 leaves a small passage cross-section to the annular channels 19 and 20 and therefore to the working element 9.
When the control piston 12 is moved, pressure medium accumulators 25 are formed in front of its two end faces, the individual volumes of which are changeable in opposite directions due to the free displacement of the control piston 12. As a result, the total volume of pressure by means of the working circuit is not elastic, but a buffer is created for pressure fluctuations due to shock waves in the pressure medium in front of and behind the hydraulic working element 9.
The - as measurements have shown - very quickly, for example in less than 3/10 seconds. The control piston 12 can be changed either only in the vicinity of its end position or influenced over the entire course of its movement by suitable devices.
The damping or braking of the movement of the control piston 12, especially in the vicinity of its end positions, takes place, for example, through the annular elevations 23 and the projections 24 in the end faces of the valve housing 11 and control piston 12, which in this case are so short that they only slide on top of each other near the end positions of the control piston 12.
Springs 30 as damping means offer the advantage that only the braking of the control piston 12 is braked to a standstill, the acceleration from standstill, however, is supported by the respectively tensioned springs 30.
If the annular elevations 23 and the protrusions, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, are made so long that they overlap in all positions of the control piston 12, the movement of the control piston 12 is braked evenly over its entire path.
However, it is also possible, through the annular grooves 28 and 29 in the annular protrusions 23 and the projections 24, the movement of the control piston 12 only in the vicinity of its end positions and in its central position, in which the leads 21 and 22 to the working element 9 the cross section of the throttle notches 31 or the throttle groove 32 are narrowed, to slow down.
In this case, the damping is only effective if the small, not through the groove 29 he widened the inner diameter of the annular projection 23 on the face of the control piston 12 over the large, not reduced by the groove 30 outer diameter of the projection on the inner face of the Valve housing 11 is located.
In between, d. H. In the area of the path of the control piston 12 in which the radial bores 17 and 18 are covered or released, the movement of the control piston 12 is faster.
The strength of the damping or the average speed Ge of the control piston 12 can be adjusted appropriately by throttle screws or determined by the choice of the bore 26.
