Device for holding and for smoothly moving objects The present invention has the object of a device for holding and for smoothly moving objects, characterized by means for suctioning off the gas or liquid present between the object and an active surface of the device and by means for Regulating the distance between the named active surface and the object.
In the accompanying drawings, several exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are from Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment. Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment.
FIG. 3 shows a variant of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment with pressing means attached in the held object.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment in which several devices shown in Fig. 1 and 3 are combined to form a ring.
Fig. 6 shows schematically an embodiment in which the device according to the invention can be shifted flat in all directions.
7 shows schematically an embodiment for straight, smooth displacement.
Fig.8 shows schematically a. Exemplary embodiment for radial and axial smooth movement. 9 shows schematically an embodiment for pendular, smooth displacement and for rotation about the axis of the device according to the invention.
Fig.10 shows an embodiment with a permanent magnet.
The elements corresponding to each other in FIGS. 1 to 10 have the same reference numerals.
In Fig. 1, 1 is a body made of plastic be distinguished.
The body 1 has a bore 2.7. A tube 8 is arranged in the bore 7. An annular channel is designated by 9, to which bores 10 lead. 5 is another annular channel, which is connected to a bore 4 in the body 1. A hose 3 is arranged in the bore 4. 6 is a porous ring.
If the device according to the invention is placed on the adapting surface of an object 15 and air or liquid is sucked in through the bore 7, the object is retained. Compressed air is supplied through the hose 3, the bore 4, the annular channel 5 and the porous ring 6. The compressed air exerts a pressure on the device so that it is pushed upwards. The compressed air exits through the ring 9 and the bore 10, so that the pressure is interrupted.
If the suction line is large enough, air or liq fluid is sucked out of the annular channel 9, the bore 10 via the inner surface 17 and the bore 7 until the two forces acting in opposite directions are balanced. Contactless adhesion is achieved and smooth movement is possible.
The pressure should be kept as low as possible by pressure regulation so that the effect of the suction air is as great as possible. Compressed air can be replaced by a gas supplied under pressure or by a liquid. Instead of the porous ring 6, nozzles 14, as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, can be provided. The outline of the body 1 can be round or square. Furthermore, several devices according to FIG. 1 can be combined on frames by means of ball joints.
In FIG. 2, 13 denotes a radial bore, 12 denotes a sealing ring and 11 denotes a closure band. The air outlet is regulated by the nozzles 14. By using the device shown in Fig. 2 Darge it is possible to guide objects such as strips, plates or tissue without contact or to hold them in the event of a print interruption.
The device according to FIG. 3 is a variant of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1 and differs from this exemplary embodiment only in that the porous ring 6 has been replaced by nozzles 14.
In: the device according to FIG. 4, which corresponds to that according to FIG. 3, the pressing means were attached in the object 15. The outlet openings under pressure remain covered by the body 1.
In Fig. 5, several devices shown in Fig. -1 are combined to form a ring.
The device shown schematically according to FIG. 6 has a planar active surface, so that it can be displaced and rotated in one plane in all directions.
The device shown schematically according to FIG. 7 has two flat active surfaces which are preferably arranged at right angles to one another. With this device a straight leadership is he aims.
The device shown schematically according to FIG. 8 has a cylindrical attractive surface, so that rotation and axial displacement can be achieved.
The device shown schematically according to FIG. 9 has a spherical attracting surface, so that a displacement oscillating in all directions and a rotation around the axis of the device can be achieved.
In FIG. 10 a device is shown which differs from the device according to FIG. 3 essentially in that it still has a permanent magnet 16. If the object 15 consists of a magnetic substance, it is attracted and held in place by the permanent magnet 16 even if the gas or liquid suction fails. Furthermore, the permanent magnet 16 can be used to guide the object 15.
