Conveyor system with circulating trolleys
The Swiss patent no. 381 610 relates to a conveyor system with continuously revolving conveyor trolleys or support plates, provided with selector devices for controlling the receiving stations, for receiving the conveyed goods containing the conveyed goods, and with a device zan. automatic limitation of the amount of goods in circulation, which is characterized in that a contact device connected upstream of this is arranged at a predetermined dropping point for reading the selected station code number of each conveyor wagon or
Wearable and for forwarding the established station code number to one of the respective wobbly code numbers. Step counter or step counter with optical counting edge, which triggers if the quantity of goods permitted for the relevant workstation and circulating on trolleys or support plates is exceeded. impulses to the dropping device provided at the dropping point, and that means are also provided which reset the indexing mechanisms or counters to zero after each complete cycle of the conveyor's traction means.
According to this patent, the containers to be fed to a station, which serve as transport elements, are counted; As soon as a certain number of containers is exceeded, the surplus containers are automatically ejected from the system. The limitation of the circulating amount of goods is intended to counteract the overfilling of the circulating conveyor with unstable goods when the relevant receiving stations are occupied and disruptions in the course of the work program due to failure or Change the overload of one of the workplaces.
The present invention is based on the consideration that such disruptions can be bridged more advantageously through the temporary use of other or additional workplaces, to which the surplus goods containers of the overloaded stations are then fed directly. It is then no longer necessary to eject the surplus goods containers at a dropping point. This is an advantage because the discarded container must be put back on a truck. would have to be put on.
The conveyor system according to the invention with circulating trolleys serving for the transport of goods containers to receiving stations,! which are each provided with a selection device for selecting a certain of the receiving stations, and with a pick-up device provided at each receiving station for transferring the goods containers intended for the affected station to a receiving station at the station with a limited number of goods containers that a control point with reading device arranged in the conveyor track for reading off the.
The selected station designation of each conveyor vehicle loaded with a goods container passing through the control point is provided so that the station designation determined by the reading device of each control point and trolley is carried out. a pulse circuit. is forwarded to a step counter which is assigned to the respective identification and displays the respective payment, and that the step counters are reset to zero after each revolution of the conveyor or after the passage of a tail section.
This means that the supervising person is always able to identify the destination stations of the. To see the quantity of goods containers located on the moving trolley and, accordingly, in the event of a malfunction - d. That is, if too large a number of goods containers are on the way for a receiving station, which the workstation at this station cannot process in accordance with the program can make the necessary arrangements.
In this case, a multiple-quantity dropping station can be provided at the control point, which is equipped with a manually operated dialing device, by means of which the scanning and triggering device can be set to each of the codes.
Such a device is, among other things, the subject of German patent no. 1101277.
If necessary, the supervisor can use this facility to remove the excess goods containers from the circulation of the conveyor by setting the relevant code number at the said dialing device for the excess volume dropping point if the fault cannot be remedied by rearranging the destination station for the goods containers.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawings. Show it :

Fig.
5 is a diagrammatic view of the scanning and triggering device which is assigned to the multiple quantity dropping point and which can be set manually by means of a selector mechanism.
The conveyor system according to FIG. 1 has to bring the work items placed in the goods containers T to the workplaces St. 01 to St. 38 provided along the conveyor system. Each work station is assigned a receiving station E for the goods containers T to be delivered and a return location R, on which the goods container T rests while its contents are being processed and from which it is placed on a free trolley F of the rotary conveyor U for further transport.
A further destination is given to the goods container T by setting the index pushbuttons of the selection device W of the trolley F receiving the container T to correspond to the code number of the mood location. The goods containers T can thus be sent directly from each workstation St. 01 to St. 38 to any other of these workstations, usually in accordance with an accompanying card that is enclosed with the work goods, showing the specific work operations and their order shows.
At one end of the conveyor system is the loading and monitoring point B, to which a posting area AG, a dropping gap 00 for goods containers with finished work, good, a dropping place MA with the associated scanning and triggering device AE (Fig. 5) and the related The associated setting device WE and a control point KS for the quantitative monitoring of the conveyor system.
The control point KS includes the contact reading device K (FIG. 4), which is arranged in the conveyor track of the conveyor carriage F and by means of which the dialing devices are indicated by the index pushbuttons. the individual Fördenwagen F set codes of the destination stations can be read.-Regarding the training of the
Dialing devices are based on the patent
No.
381 610 referenced.
The code number of a loaded trolley passing through the control point K z determined by means of the reading device K (FIG. 4) is stored by a current pulse on the step counter Z assigned to the relevant code number.
For each work station St. 01 to St. 38, a SchDittzählweTk Z. 01 to Z. 38 is provided at the control point. In deviation from these shown
In many cases, a limited version is sufficient
Number of Sohritt counters if only some of the workplaces require monitoring. With such a design, connection contacts can be provided for each workstation so that the available step counters can optionally be allocated to each workstation.
In FIG. 2, the schematic diagram I of the control and monitoring point KS is illustrated. The contact reading device K located in the conveyor track of the circulating conveyor U has contactors 52 (FIG. 4) arranged in two parallel rows and operated by means of sensing elements 51, of which the lower row 1 to 9 and 0 is on the dialing devices W located index pushbuttons of the decade and the upper row 10, 20, 30 and 0 is assigned to the index pushbuttons of the decade.
Another contact X interacts with a fixed index member of the selection device W and determines the reading point. - The selection devices W provided on the trolley F can be designed in detail according to patent no. 381610 '.
Should only be counted. each of the conveyor belts loaded with a container T agen F. For this purpose, in the circuit of the reading device K, a switch 54 projecting with a sensing lever 53 into the conveyor track is provided, which during the reading is carried out by the goods container located on the conveyor carriage F;
r is kept closed and then reopened by a spring 55. If there is no goods container T on a trolley F, then no current pulse is passed to the lubricant counter Z when passing through the reading device K.
The step counters Z. 01 to Z. 38 are set to zero after each revolution of the conveyor s U via a circuit which influences the reset magnets 56 of the counters. reset so that the goods containers T located on the conveyor are completely counted with each revolution, subdivided according to their destination station. In the current circuit of the reset magnets 56, a switch 58 is provided which is connected to a sensor cable 57 and which interacts with a switching cam 59 which is attached to a circulating part of the conveyor U, e.g. B. on the pull chain 60 is firmly attached.
With each revolution of the conveyor, the switch 58 is closed once by the switching cam 59, whereby the reset magnets 56 are energized and the counters Z. 01 to Z. 38 clear, i.e. On zero-setting.-With very long conveyor systems, one can also provide more, ere switch hooks 59 and thereby subdivide the overall path of the circulating conveyor U into sections.
Between the last reading of a cycle and the resetting of the counters to zero there is a period of time which corresponds approximately to the movement distance of a trolley length. and which is indicated by the lighting up of a signal lamp 61.
The circuit for the signal lamp is closed via a sliding contact 62 by means of the switching cam 59. While the signal lamp 61 lights up, the counters show the end of a counting period which is decisive for the control. The supervisor can fix this end of the payment period, i. H. interrupt the resetting of the counters Z to zero by activating an interruption switch 63 located in the main circuit after the signal lamp 61 lights up, thereby interrupting the resetting of the counters as well as any further payment.
On the basis of the counting result, the supervisor can now make the necessary arrangements, e.g. B. surplus vanity containers T oburch Um, basten the selection devices W to other, still on acceptable workplaces, or the goods containers at the intended at the loading point B Mehrimengen'abwurfplatzM4 eject.
This discharge at the discharge point MA can take place by means of a scanning and triggering device AE which can be set by Hanid to each code number, as shown in FIG. and the structure and mode of operation of which is contained in joint patent no. 1101,277.
The scanning elements CY and C. 1 to C. 9 and C. 0 and C. 10, C. 20, C. 30 and C. 0 of the scanning and triggering device AE correspond in their arrangement to the index members of the dialing device on the trolley F. Die Scanning elements C. 1 to C. 9 and C. O and C. 10, C. 20, C. 30 and C. 0 are connected to the respective associated selection button of the selection device WE at the loading point B via Bowden cables.
They can be set to a desired code number by bringing the scanning elements C. 1 etc. corresponding to the code number into the movement path of the index members or the selection devices W by means of the selection keys WE. If the index members of an appropriately adjusted selector device encounter the scanning element C. 1 etc. when passing through the scanning and tripping device AE (Fig. 5), the safety levers 64, 65, 66 of the tripping device turn up and thereby give the hunter the action of a spring 67 standing release lever 68 free.
The roller 69 mounted on the release lever 68 arrives in the path of movement of a lever 70 (Fig. 3) mounted pivotably on the trolley F, which in turn releases the holding pawl 71, whereby the goods container T from the trolley F to the receiving station B - in this case the multiple quantity dropping station MA- slips. Corresponding scanning and triggering device AE are also provided at each receiving station E of the workplaces St. 01 to St. 38, only with the difference that the scanning elements C do not need to be adjustable by means of a selection device WE.
In addition, the receiving places E of the station St. 01 to St. 38 are also equipped with a discard lock 72, which is in action when a goods container T is already in the receiving place E. The dropping places 00 and MA, on the other hand, can be connected to an extended dropping surface 73 or 74 for receiving the goods containers T.
