Cast resin converter with electrostatic screens embedded in the cast resin B. as a supply line, as control rings for windings, as advanced electrodes or the like. To use rigid solid or hollow bodies.
Furthermore, it is known to prevent the shrinkage of the hardening or cooling casting resin molding material from being hindered when casting resin is used as an insulating material or to prevent gaps from forming as a result of shrinkage, rigid components with coatings made of elastic materials in the form of conductive bandages or sheaths to be provided from thin, soft sheet metal or corrugated sheet metal. It is also known to use double-walled electrostatic screens as cushions or to use wire spirals as advanced electrodes.
In the cast resin converter according to the invention, the electrostatic shields embedded in cast resin are elastic structures consisting of wound wire (preferably enameled wire) serving as feed lines for converter windings and / or as control rings for such windings.
This has the advantage that these structures can be manufactured cheaply, e.g. B. made of wire, as it is used for the winding of a transducer, and easily adaptable in shape to the components and are generally elastic in itself.
The wire is expediently located on a support body which is advantageously deformable in certain applications.
To explain the invention using an exemplary embodiment, FIG. 1 shows the cast resin body 1 with the embedded high-voltage winding 2 of a voltage converter. In order to improve the winding of the rounding of the coil edges 3, a control ring is pushed onto the high-voltage winding 2, as FIG. 2 shows particularly clearly. The control ring consists of a wire winding 4 which, for. B. is applied to a cardboard or the like. Existing support body 5, as toroidal cores are wound with wire. The wire winding 4 is connected to the high voltage winding end 6 on one side.
The rounding 7 of the control ring relieves the electrical field at the coil edges 3.
The control ring formed in this way is inherently elastic, its scope can be easily adapted to differing winding diameters and can be manufactured cheaply from enameled wire, as is used for the winding.
The connection feed line of the high-voltage winding is formed by the helix 8, which is preferably wound from enameled wire; it is connected to the embedded connector 9. The outer diameter 10 of the coil 8 is dimensioned according to the electrical field strength. In order to prevent the helix 8 from buckling, the rod 11 (paper tube) which is optionally impregnated with it is arranged within it.
The connection 12 or 13 between the beginning and the end of the helix 8 or the wire winding 4 prevents reflections from surge voltage waves and suppresses vibration phenomena in these winding structures.
