Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt durch die Einrichtung und
Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt nach der Linie Il-IlinFig. 1.
Device on containers for receiving and metered removal of bulk goods
The present invention relates to a device on containers for receiving and metered removal of bulk material, e.g. B. of powdered food such as flour, powdered sugar, etc., which container has at least one funnel-shaped lower part with a shut-off device.
A device is known in which a plate is arranged under the dispensing funnel, on which a rotatable cone protruding into the funnel and a curved arm are provided. A device is also known in which annular chambers arranged one above the other are provided on the dispensing funnel, in which openings are provided through which the material to be dispensed is passed by means of look-up wheels. For discharging feed from silos, bunkers, etc., containers through a central bottom opening, it has become known to provide shear rails that circle this opening and slide over the container bottom and extend radially from the central opening to the container wall.
The invention is based on the object of preventing the attachment of bulk material to the walls of the funnel-shaped lower part and the formation of bridges in the bulk material in devices of the type mentioned and to provide the possibility of removing bulk material in the finest doses from the container or the funnel-shaped lower part to be able to do so without generating any noteworthy dust.
According to the invention it is proposed that at one point of the funnel-shaped lower part an annular rotary body provided with at least one stirring element is rotatably mounted, the inner diameter of which merges into the diameter of the adjoining parts of the funnel-shaped lower part without constriction, and that the annular rotary body is connected to a drive device.
The embodiment according to the invention has the advantage over the known devices in which the stirring rod is arranged on a shaft coaxially penetrating the funnel-shaped lower part that the funnel cross-section is not constricted for the passage of the bulk material, so that a free, uninhibited drainage of the bulk material is ensured . The design according to the invention also has the further advantage that very large torques can be transmitted with it, even with very small dimensions of the transmission parts.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely shows:
Fig. 1 is a vertical section through the device and
Fig. 2 is a horizontal section along the line II-IlinFig. 1.
In the example shown, the funnel-shaped lower part is divided into two parts 1 and 2 by a horizontally running parting line, between which an intermediate piece 3 is inserted, one part being designed as a mounting ring in which a vertical axis AA of the funnel-shaped lower part 1, 2 is more coaxial, annular rotary body 4 is rotatably supported by means of a ball bearing 5. A worm wheel ring 6 is seated on the rotating body 4 and is in engagement with a worm 7 mounted in the intermediate piece 3. An electric motor 8 flanged to the intermediate piece 3 is used to drive the screw 7.
The intermediate piece 3 has a threaded neck 9 at the top and a threaded sleeve 10 is rotatable at the bottom of the funnel part 1, but is mounted secured against axial displacement. By means of this threaded sleeve
10, the intermediate piece 3 can be releasably attached to the funnel part 1. Another identical threaded sleeve 11 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the intermediate piece 3 and is also again secured against axial displacement. By means of this threaded sleeve 11, the intermediate piece can be screwed onto the part 2, the latter also being provided with a threaded neck 12 for this purpose, the two threaded necks 9 and 12 having both the same diameter and the same pitch; likewise the threaded sockets 10 and 11.
The annular rotating body 4 is sealed off from the intermediate piece 3 by means of two sealing rings 13 and 14, so that no bulk material can penetrate into the ball bearing 5 and into the gear mechanism 6, 7.
On the inside of the ring-shaped rotating body, a stirring rod 15 is attached, the parts 15a and 15b of which run at least approximately parallel to the funnel walls 1a and 2a, and only at a small distance from them. The stirring rod 15 is extended downwards in such a way that its lower end 15c projects beyond the vertical axis A-A of the funnel-shaped lower part. The ring-shaped rotating body 4 is dimensioned so that its diameter Dt is at least approximately the same as the outlet diameter D2 of the funnel part 2, so that the flow cross-section of the funnel-shaped lower part is practically not constricted in the area of the intermediate piece 3.
In part 2 of the funnel-shaped lower part, a porous filter element 16 consisting, for example, of pumice stone, is arranged outside the slideway 2a of the bulk material. This porous filter element closes a chamber 17 on the inside, to which a gaseous medium, for example air, can be fed under excess pressure. At the bottom of the part 2, the discharge funnel 18 is further connected, the discharge opening 19 of which can be closed by means of a flap 20. This flap is connected via a linkage (not shown) to a lever 21 which is provided with a handle 22 and a pusher 23.
The access of the compressed air to the chamber 17 or to the porous filter element 16 can be controlled by means of this pusher.
When the pusher 23 is actuated, compressed air flows through the porous filter element 16 into the bulk material, loosening it and allowing the bulk material to be emptied finely when the lever 21 is pivoted or when the flap 20 is opened. Depending on requirements, in the case of special bulk goods which tend to form strong bridges and to attach to the funnel sliding surfaces, the electric motor 8 can be energized and thus the rotating body 4 with the stirring rod 15 can be set in rotation, the stirring rod exposing the sliding walls of the funnel-shaped lower part and any bridges formed in the bulk material are also destroyed and thus enable the free, uninhibited drainage of the bulk material.
This free drainage and also the finely dosed removal of bulk goods of coarser grain size is already guaranteed by the stirring rod, while for fine-grained and finely grained bulk goods compressed air can be blown through the filter element 16 for additional loosening of the bulk material for fine metering.
Since the threaded necks 9 and 12, as well as the threaded sockets 10 and 11 match each other, it is also possible to remove the intermediate piece 3 to 9 or omit it at all and to connect the part 2 directly to the part 1 by means of the threaded socket 10. This comes into question in those cases in which the blowing in of compressed air through the porous filter element 16 is sufficient to ensure a finely metered removal of the bulk material.
In the example shown, only a single stirring rod is arranged on the annular rotary body 4. Instead, it is of course also possible to provide several such stirring rods and to arrange and design them differently than shown.
It is of course also possible to design the funnel-shaped lower part in one piece and to mount the ring-shaped rotational body 4 directly in the funnel-shaped lower part, in which case the mounting ring would be omitted.
It would also be possible, instead of the porous filter element 16, to arrange one or more nozzle-like openings through which any liquid or fine-grained mixed material could be finely distributed to the bulk material.
It would also be conceivable to design the pusher 23 in such a way that the electric motor 8 can be switched on and off and its number of revolutions can be regulated with it.
