Beschränkung des Wassergehaltes auf etwa 50 bis 75 % gegenüber 78 bis 90 % bei saftreichen Frischsubstanzen;
Method and device for processing silage feed The invention relates to a method and a device for processing silage feed and for the production of fermentation feed from mixtures of different fresh feed and dry substances and possibly chemical additives.
There are already methods and devices for the pretreatment of fermented forage to be ensiled be known in which the green to be fermented feed is crushed and crushed. The device is set up in such a way that a large part of the cells is opened when crushed, which releases a great deal of sap.
In order to reduce the water content of the fodder to 72 to 76%, dry fodder materials such as potato fiber, dry sugar beet pulp or dried grass are added according to the process.
In addition, methods with devices for the production of fermented fodder are known in which steamed potatoes and urzer small, steamed beets leaves with fresh beets or green fodder is mixed to form a pulpy mass and then fermented.
The applicant has developed a process in which fresh feed and a dry mixture of starchy and proteinaceous substances are combined to form a fermentable mixture.
All previously known facilities for Zube preparation of the fermentation feed have proven to be technically inadequate with regard to the most variable possible composition of the mixed feed. Research in the field of the nutrient composition of inexpensive compound feed has led to a number of requirements for the composition and properties of the feed to be fermented. In a nutshell, these conditions are roughly: 1.
Limitation of the water content to about 50 to 75% compared to 78 to 90% for fresh substances rich in juice;
2. a minimum sugar content of 1 to 3% in the silage; 3. a protein starch ratio of about 1: 5, as close as possible to that of the grain; 4. Such a composition of the fresh feed and the additives that during fermentation the lactic acid formation is strongly favored compared to the acetic acid and butyric acid formation.
These requirements require different fresh feed mixtures for the most diverse operational requirements, the proportion of which is also dependent on the quality of the individual components. A feed preparation method that is as simple and particularly useful as possible and a processing device for the feed to be fermented that is adapted to these requirements is a necessary prerequisite for the economic exploitation of this new scientific knowledge.
The aim of this invention is therefore a particularly variable compound feed processing method and a simple device for carrying out this method.
According to the invention, a method is proposed according to which the different types of fresh feed are individually crushed and pumped into separate storage containers of a mixing device, weighed out of these Behäl tern in preselected proportions in a mixer, mixed homogeneously, and this mixture is pumped into a silo from above, after Completion of the fermentation process sucked out of the silo at the bottom and pumped back into the silo from above and removed from the silo in the same way below and pumped to the feeding places.
So that the feed extracted from the bottom is pumped into the silo like that at the top, has a particularly favorable effect on the feed quality.
To carry out this method, a device is proposed according to the invention, which is characterized in that a conveyor belt or a screw for the fresh feed is connected to a reduction device, the outlet opening of which is connected by a pipe system via a pump to a mixing device that consists of separate , storage containers with lockable inlet and outlet openings, weighing or dosing devices and a mixer,
the outlet openings of which are connected to the inlet opening of a silo via a pipeline and a pump, the silo having an outlet opening at the bottom to which a pumping device is connected, which optionally serves to return the silo contents pumped out of the bottom opening through the inlet opening to the silo or a pipeline system intended for consumption.
The device proposed according to the invention differs from the known devices of this type in that the mixing stand has storage containers for the comminuted fresh feed as well as containers for the drying substances. It has proven advantageous here that a hammer mill is used as the comminuting device.
In a further embodiment of the device according to the invention, it is finally provided that the silo consists of a cemented base and a wooden cylinder provided with anchoring, and the bottom forms an inclined concrete slide provided with a protective layer, which is divided into a The outlet funnel with a flange opens at the lower end of the chute.
The new method and the new device for performing this method are to be explained below using an example with the essential features of the invention. The Vorrich device for performing the method according to the example is shown in Figs. 1 shows a schematic representation of the device for processing forage that can be ensiled; 2 shows a side section through the silo; 3 shows the floor plan of the silo.
In the device shown schematically in Fig. 1 before the vehicle 1 empties through the outlet opening 2 automatically. The feed falls onto the quasi-infinite conveyor belt of the elevator 3. It passes through the funnel 4 into the hammer mill 6, which is driven by a motor 5.
Via an outlet opening 7 at the bottom of the mill, the crushed, pulpy fresh feed reaches a feed line 8 which, via a pump 9 with a drive motor 10, opens into a branch pipe 11. Each branch of this pipe system 11 opens into a storage container 14 for the fresh feed which can be shut off by a valve 12.
In the example, 4 containers for fresh feed, such as grass, potatoes, beet leaves and beets, and another container for dry substances and chemicals are provided. The supply of dry substances takes place via an also lockable supply line 13. When any fresh feed is subsequently delivered, all containers with the exception of a storage container are locked at the top, so that a certain fresh feed only ever reaches a certain storage container 14. The individual storage containers 14 are provided with outlet openings 15, from which a controllable flow of the pulpy fresh feed can be let into the weighing device 16.
In this way, any pre-selected quantity composition for individual fresh feeds can be weighed into the mixing device 18. The mixing device has an electric drive motor 19 and is provided with funnel-shaped inlet openings 17 for the individual components of the mixture. The hopper 17 are arranged directly under the respective weighing devices 16. The mixture slurry, which may be viscous due to dry substances, is pumped into a line 22 from the mixing device 18.
The pump 20 is driven by an electric motor 21. The supply pipe 22 has a simple branch behind a Ven valve 23. One branch of the branch ends in a free pipe end 24 which is arranged above the opening of the silo 25. The other branch of the branch again opens into the outlet opening of the pump 30 via a shut-off valve 26. The inlet opening of this pump 30 is connected to the lower outlet opening 28 of the silo 25 via a shut-off valve 29. This pump also has a drive motor 31.
Between the pump 30 and the shut-off valve 26 there is a further branching line which leads into the feed supply line 32 and thus to the stable. The line 32 can also be shut off by a valve 27. The line system behind the pump 20 thus enables either freshly mixed feed from the mixer 18 to be fed to the silo 25, or the feed already stored in the silo 25 between the outlet opening 28 and the free pipe end 24 to be pumped over, or the fermented feed to the stalage system 32 to pump.
Details of the silo 25 are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. In FIG. 2, the parts connected to the outlet opening 28 are of particular interest. The feed located in the silo 25 slips due to the inclination of a concrete slide 41, which is covered with a chlorinated rubber layer 40, into the steel funnel with flange 43. The feed is pumped through the opening 28 into the suction pipe 29 with the aid of the pump 30 and comes from there into the pressure line 32.
The pump stands on a concrete-ned substrate 44 under a concrete ceiling 39, on the top of which a wear layer 38 is seen before. To relieve the concrete slide 41, the space under the silo 25 is filled with soil. The wooden wall 33 of the silo 25 is held together by ring anchors 34. It rests in a hard asphalt seal 35 on the reinforced concrete foundation 36 and is held by a vertical anchor 37. The entire silo 25 rests on a concrete widening 45 at the lower end of the vertical concrete cylinder 36.
The floor plan shows the outlet opening 28 at the edge of the circular steel funnel opening 43. The layer sequence of the foundation shows from the outside inwards the foundation ring 45, the vertical reinforced concrete cylinder, the ring anchors 34 and the wooden wall 33.In addition, the vertical anchors 37 are closed in this figure see.
A special pump was successfully used to carry out the method and in the device described in the figures, the rotor of which is a single-flighted screw made of special steel and the stator of which has the shape of a double-flighted screw and consists of elastic material. This pump is known, it is not the subject of the invention.
