Automatic central buffer coupling for rail vehicles The invention relates to an automatic central buffer coupling for rail vehicles, the coupling heads of which carry a pushing and pulling claw which are spaced apart and which engage with corresponding claws of the counter coupling head, where the vertical relative movement is below the pushing claw between the coupling heads be bordering horn extends obliquely downward, forward and outward and the pulling claw relative to the coupling head housing in the coupling-ready position is pivoted horizontally outward and is set in the coupled position by a bracket.
In this arrangement, the bracket is pivoted by a decoupling device to the back th until it is supported with a thumb on the pulling claw of the mating coupling head. It was followed by an erroneous uncoupling, so it is necessary to move the dome heads apart and then to couple again.
The invention has set itself the task of creating a coupling which avoids this disadvantage and, with the aid of the uncoupling device, which couples with the coupling heads without the coupling heads needing to move out of one another beforehand. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a two-armed lever is pivotably arranged on the coupling head housing, which comes with its one lever arm against the uncoupling shaft and with its other lever arm against the pivoted bracket.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing. They show: Fig. 1 two coupling heads in the uncoupled position, Fig. 2 the coupling heads in the coupled position. The pulling claws 3, 3a are held in the coupled position by brackets 10, 10a. For decoupling, a decoupling device 14 engaging the bracket 10 pivots one bracket 10 towards the rear. During this pivoting movement, the pulling claw 3a is swiveled horizontally outward by the thumb 15 until the thumb 15 is supported with its surface 16 on an outwardly sloping recess 17a of the pulling claw 3a.
When the pulling claw 3a is pivoted, the bracket 10a is pivoted via the lug 8a and the cam 9a, which presses the pulling claw 3 back by means of the thumb 15a.
In order to reverse this decoupling, the decoupling device 14 or 14a is connected to a shaft 18, 18a which is longitudinally displaceable in the coupling head housing 1, la and which is held in the normal position by a compression spring 19, 19a. On the shaft 18, 18a a collar 20, 20a is attached, against which the pivotable double-armed lever 21, 21a comes to rest in the dome head housing 1, 1a gela gela.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, in the uncoupled position the bracket 10 comes to rest on the lever 21. If the shaft 18 is now shifted against the force of the spring 19, the lever 21 is pivoted via the collar 20 and pushes over the bracket 10 the thumb 15 out of the recess 17a. The bracket 10 is pressed into the coupled position by the compression spring 11. At the same time the bracket 10a is pivoted behind the pulling claw 3 under the action of the spring 11a.
