Description

  

  Festes, Zement oder Gips und einen Leim enthaltendes Gemisch    Zum Befestigen von Keramikplatten an Mauer  werk verwendete man bisher im allgemeinen einen  beliebigen Zement oder Gips, der mit einem Zusatz  an Leim versehen ist. Zu diesem Zweck eignen sich  insbesondere     Caseinleime    wie      Casanin ,    gegebe  nenfalls aber auch     Kunstharzleime.    Die     Viskositäts-          und    Fliesseigenschaften eines solchen Leimes ent  sprechen den speziellen Bedürfnissen beim Verlegen  von Keramikplatten jedoch nicht restlos, weshalb  man bisher solchen Leimen direkt vor der Applika  tion eine     Formalinlösung        (35-40o/oige    wässrige Form  aldehydlösung) zusetzte.

   Die an Ort und Stelle not  wendige Dosierung der     Formalinlösung        ist    jedoch  von Nachteil, zumal die Wirkkraft solcher Lösungen  je nach ihrem Alter schwankt. Es wurde daher nach  einer festen Mischung gesucht, die auf der Baustelle  nur mit Wasser anzurühren und ohne weitere Zusätze  gebrauchsfertig ist.  



  Eine solche Mischung wird durch vorliegende       Erfindung    bereitgestellt. Die Erfindung betrifft ein  festes, Zement oder Gips und einen Leim enthalten  des Gemisch zum Befestigen von Platten an Mauer-    werk, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an     Trioxy-          methylen.    Das     Trioxymethylen    wird z. B. dem Leim,  vorzugsweise einem     Caseinleim    oder auch einem       Kunstleim,    in einer Menge von 1-10 g pro     Kilo-          gramm    zugemischt. Das Gemisch kann sodann übli  che Mengen an     Zement    oder Gips enthalten.

Casein glues such as Casanin, but also synthetic resin glues, are particularly suitable for this purpose. The viscosity and flow properties of such a glue do not completely correspond to the special requirements when laying ceramic tiles, which is why a formalin solution (35-40% aqueous formaldehyde solution) has been added to such glues directly before application.

   However, the dosage of the formalin solution, which is necessary on site, is a disadvantage, especially since the effectiveness of such solutions varies depending on their age. A solid mixture was therefore sought that can only be mixed with water on the construction site and is ready for use without further additives.



  Such a mixture is provided by the present invention. The invention relates to a solid, cement or plaster of paris and a glue containing the mixture for fastening panels to masonry, characterized by a content of trioxymethylene. The trioxymethylene is z. B. the glue, preferably a casein glue or an artificial glue, mixed in an amount of 1-10 g per kilogram. The mixture can then contain usual amounts of cement or plaster of paris.

PATENTANSPRUCH Festes, Zement oder Gips und einen Leim enthal tendes Gemisch zum Befestigen von Platten an Mau erwerk, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an Tri- oxymethylen. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Gemisch nach Patentanspruch, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass es als Basis einen Caseinleim ent hält. 2. Gemisch nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass es 1-10g Trioxymethylen pro kg Leim enthält.
