Fig.7 zeigt teilweise einzeln eingebettete plätt- chenförmige Elemente 45.
Process for the production of panels and panels produced by this process The invention relates to a process for the production of panels and panels produced by this process. These panels are, for example, wall panels that have good insulation properties. They can be used as building panels for building houses. In the process, individual platelet-shaped elements are placed against at least one wall of a farm with a mutual distance of the order of magnitude of 5-15 mm zueinan in the mold.
Known building panels with good thermal and sound insulation properties can not be used as self-supporting panels due to gerin ger strength unless they are made impermissibly thick. The insulation properties for heat and sound are also different.
Plastic on the basis of a rigid foam are known in panels that are also used to isolate roofs. The lack of strength requires the application of a hard base and external stiffeners. These are disadvantages because extensive pretreatments are required for the coating or a base must be available.
A major disadvantage of the known construction plates, insofar as they are hen verses with a hard surface, is that they do not meet the conditions of a breathing wall.
The use of facing bricks on walls was previously only possible by hand, stone by stone. A limited number of prefabricated components were manufactured, but the facing was inserted in cement. However, these elements are extremely heavy and require a great thickness if they are to have acceptable properties in terms of sound and temperature insulation. Therefore, wall coverings with brick slips have only been carried out by attaching individual stones.
The inventive method provides that a pressure-tight lockable form is used and after the arrangement of the platelet-shaped elements at least one plastic in the plastic state is introduced into the mold, which is then closed pressure-tight, whereupon the plastic is cured by heat, with at least on the sides of the platelet-shaped elements facing it binds with these.
The plate produced by this method is characterized by a dividable support plate made of at least one plastic and several plate-shaped elements, which are united by the plastic on at least one side of the same to form a molded piece, with joints being provided between the elements in the area of the upper sides of the elements . During the hardening of the plastic, an increased pressure is expediently generated in the pressure-tight closed mold, which can result from the introduction of steam. On the one hand, the steam causes heating, on the other hand, additional heating of the closed mold can also take place.
To carry out a particularly economical process, several planar binding inserts are essentially parallel and with from each other and parallel to two opposing mold walls are introduced into the mold, a plate is made by introducing plastic into the mold and then in planes parallel to the binding inserts divided. In this case, intermediate layers made of a material or of a nature that does not set with the plastic are advantageously placed between the binding inserts before the plastic is filled. The intermediate layers can consist of a close-meshed, flat arrangement of individual strands.
The purpose of these intermediate layers is to facilitate the later division of the Kunststof fes into individual plates, in each of which a binding insert is arranged.
The side of the platelet-shaped elements facing the plastic is advantageously provided with an adhesive that creates a firm connection between the plastic and the platelet-shaped elements before the plastic is introduced into the mold. For this purpose, an adhesive with a fire-retardant property is preferably used, and it is expediently an adhesive in which asbestos powder is distributed.
During production, the adhesive or adhesive is pressed into the porous surface of the stone as well as into the plastic used, for example rigid foam, due to the pressure generated during the hardening process.
Another embodiment of the process provides for the layering of several different plastics, each with different properties, in terms of insulation, insulation, fire resistance and strength and weather resistance, one after the other,
that on the side facing the platelet-shaped elements and preferably at least partially between the platelet-shaped elements, a feuerbeständi ger and weatherproof plastic is arranged and in the course of the further layer of plastic materials with high insulation and strength alternate.
The joints formed by the distance between the platelet-shaped elements are advantageously filled with cement-based fire-retardant substances after the plastic has cured.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides for one-sided arrangement of the platelet-shaped elements on a plate that the platelet-shaped elements are arranged only on one side wall of an essentially flat shape and the plastic is provided with grooves on the side facing away from the platelet-shaped elements that run in different directions, are connected to one another and are at least partially guided with their ends to an edge by, before the plastic is put into the mold, wall on the mold opposite the side provided with the platelet-shaped elements,
an arrangement of grid-like profiles is attached.
A foaming plastic with open or closed pores based on polystyrene, which also has the property of being insensitive and impermeable to sponge and saltpeter, is particularly preferred. However, non-foaming plastics such as polyester in liquid form can also be used. It is possible, for example, to use a plastic based on polyvinyl chloride. If the plastic is in a liquid state at the start of processing, it is important that the platelet-shaped elements are held in the correct manner on at least one side of the end product.
In the preferred embodiment of the product, an adhesive layer between the plastic and the platelet-shaped elements is angeord net, wherein the adhesive can be made fire-resistant in the manner described.
For the execution in particular as a building board, an advantageous embodiment provides the connection of the plate provided with platelet-shaped elements with at least one second further plate made of another material, for example press chip, and / or with a plate-like covering, for example made of cement.
The patent is explained below with reference to the drawing voltage, for example. The drawings show: FIG. 1 a section through a plate, FIG. 2 a section through a plate with a binding insert, FIG. 3 an end view of a plate arranged on a mobile base with reinforcement elements on both sides, FIG a perspective front partial view with elements for connection to another movable plate ble,
5 shows a section through a plate with partially embedded and glued-on platelet-shaped elements, FIG. 6 shows a section through a plate with partially embedded platelet-shaped elements arranged in sections, FIG. 7 shows a partial side view of a further embodiment of a plate in section FIG. 8 is a partial side view of a plate with a frame, FIG. 9 is a perspective view of a component,
Fig. 10 is a perspective partial view of two plate-like components to be joined, Fig. 11 is a perspective partial view of a special embodiment of a plate, Fig.12 is a side view of a composite plate with a frame part.
Fig. 1 shows a section through a plate. The plate has a layer of plastic 1 in which plate-shaped elements 2 are embedded on one side, namely on the front side. It can be seen that the front of the platelet-shaped elements lies precisely in one plane. This is achieved in that this front side is releasably attached to a wall of a mold during manufacture.
In the embodiment shown, the plate-like elements 2 are approximately half the thickness of the plate. It is possible to change the ratio of the thickness of the plate 2 to the thickness of the plate, in particular to make the thickness of the plate-shaped elements 2 less than half the wall thickness.
Between the platelet-shaped elements there is a space 3 of 5-15 mm each through which the plastic compound 1 passes. Because the spaces 3 are made narrower or wider, it is possible to bring about certain properties. In particular, when using an elastic plastic, there is the possibility of a certain deformation due to bending with larger spaces 3. When running with narrower gaps, e.g.
B. 5 mm, the resistance of the front side of the plate is increased and in particular the self-supporting property for plates is improved. Such a plate is ideal as a cover wall.
According to a preferred embodiment, the platelet-shaped elements have an irregular rear side, so that they are embedded in the plastic compound 1 to different depths. The space 3 appears advantageous as a plastic strip between the elements. This plastic strip does not extend to the top of the platelet-shaped elements. Appropriately, a refractory hard surface is arranged in the joints between the plate-shaped elements, which is made on plastic or preferably cement-based.
In the illustrated embodiment, a fastening element 4 is provided. This fastening element is a screw bolt which is embedded with its head 5 in the plastic compound.
As already mentioned, there is also the possibility of embedding nuts, for example, the inner opening of which can be exposed after the plate has been manufactured, since the plastic used can be divided into a plate after its shaping as described, the division being carried out in the area of the gaps or joints can be.
In the manufacture of the panels, a pressure-tight lockable mold is used. After the arrangement of the platelet-shaped elements on the wall of the mold, at least one plastic in a plastic state is introduced into the mold, which is then closed in a pressure-tight manner. Steam is then supplied to cure the plastic, the plastic bonding to it at least on the sides of the platelet-shaped elements facing it.
The plate shown in FIG. 2 consists of a plastic carrier 6, the inner surface of which is solidified by plate-shaped elements 7. In the plastic body a binding insert 8 is embedded, which be found behind the plate-shaped elements. Also embedded in the plastic Befe stigungselemente 9, 10 are ver in an advantageous embodiment at the same time with the binding insert a related party. If this binding insert consists for example of a wire mesh, such a connection can be made by soldering.
The binding inserts can be flexible in the embodiment described. Such binding inserts are advantageous if a curvature is to be created by taking advantage of the elasticity inherent in the plastic carrier.
The binding insert 8 has the advantage that the strength is increased. It should be noted that an embodiment is included, according to wel cher as binding inserts are used parallel to each other in only one direction wires that can be used as a power supply due to the insulating property of the plastic fes.
Profiles, advantageously dovetail-shaped profiles, are provided on the back of the platelet-shaped elements, for example, which are embedded in the hard covering and / or plastic behind the elements for the purpose of holding the platelet-shaped elements. These profiles can also have other shapes and, for example, consist of round or angular approaches whose protruding ends are widened.
According to the preferred embodiment, the platelet-shaped elements consist of ceramic facing bricks, brick slips, tiles or the like. The product can preferably be used as an outer facade of components or as a cladding of inner walls.
Advantageously, transparent plastic platelets or even glass platelets are used as platelet-shaped elements, which also have the property of solidifying the plastic mass in an excellent manner and increasing its resistance to external influences. Particularly in the case of the execution with facing stones, the side of the plate which is not solidified with the stones is advantageously provided with grooves which run in different directions, are connected to one another and are guided with their ends to an edge of the plate.
These grooves can be arranged by appropriately training the shape and have the purpose of ensuring ventilation. Grooves 58 are thus arranged in the side not provided with the plate-shaped elements. Corresponding grooves also run in the vertical direction.
In Figs. 9 and 10 building panels are shown. In Fig. 9, a plate-like component 58 is shown GE, which is provided on its front with brick slips 50, 51. The brick slips are staggered. For example, two brick slips 50 are provided next to one another.
In the row below there is a brick slip 51, which is offset from the brick slip 50. To the side of the brick slips 51, recesses 52 are arranged for receiving further brick slips, which extend over the plate-like structural element 49 and in each case the adjacent element, which is not shown. These brick slips, which are intended for subsequent insertion into the recess after assembling various panels,
who glued the example into the recesses 52 or used with cement.
To improve ventilation of the plates backside are provided from the grooves or turkey-like pro filings on the rear wall starting in wesentli Chen perpendicular to the main plane of the plate extending openings that open on the front between plate-shaped elements.
The plate-like component is penetrated by two reinforcements 53 consisting of iron bars, for example. These reinforcements are either attached to retaining elements or in openings in neighboring structural elements so that a solid wall can be created without special tools. It is pointed out that the abutting surfaces of components 49 are additionally glued to one another.
Another embodiment is shown in FIG. 10. Corresponding plates are provided on their rear side with grooves which complement each other when the plates are laid one on top of the other to form a closed channel and have fastening means such that two plates can be joined together on a supporting structure received by the grooves.
The embodiment consists of two plates 54, 55 which are provided with brick slips 56 on their front side in the manner described. In their facing rear sides, for example, semicircular straight grooves 57, 58 are arranged in cross section. By means of these grooves, the plates 54, 55 can be placed on frame girders arranged in a frame structure in such a way that the rear sides of the plates 54, 55 lie against one another and are fastened to one another, for example by gluing.
It is possible to use panels, one of which is provided with brick slips for the outside of a housing and the other with mosaic tiles for the inner wall of a room.
As a preferred embodiment, it should be noted that a plate has a thickness of 1 cm, the embedded platelet-shaped elements being about 1 /, cm thick. A preferred embodiment, which is particularly suitable for cladding Aussenfassa, creates a very flexible and unbreakable wall cladding, which is about 40 mm thick, with appropriate joint formation, for example, a 15 mm deep joint filling that is fire-retardant due to cement filling ,
and which has a 20-25 mm thick rigid foam layer with excellent heat and sound insulation properties.
Buildings built with these panel-like construction elements can be described as earthquake-proof due to the elasticity inherent in the panels and also the reinforcements, with the use of elastic joint filling, in particular, that no crumbling is to be feared, even under relatively heavy loads.
The plate shown in FIG. 11 consists of a plastic support part 60 and, for example, a front covering formed from brick slips 61 which is embedded in the plastic material. The latter, he stretches for example at 62 in the grooves between tween the individual elements 61, wherein a fireproof hard coating can be arranged over the plastic. It can be seen that the brick slips 61 have a dovetail-shaped profile 63 on their rear side, into which the plastic penetrates.
The back of the plastic bandage 60 is provided with grooves 64 and 65 which run in different directions over the back of the plate and are interconnected. From these grooves go from openings or channels leading to the front of the plate, which are denoted by 66 and open into grooves between the elements 61 on the front. This ensures ventilation of the back of the panels, with condensation water that may also accumulate being able to be drained away through the appropriate connection and guidance of the grooves 64 and 65 towards the edges.
In Fig. 3 is on a larger scale than Fig. 2, but disproportionately with respect to the thickness of the plate and the size of the base, a plate is Darge, which is movable and can be arranged anywhere within a room. The supporting plastic body 11 of the plate is provided with reinforcements 12 which protrude from the wall at least at the lower edge of the plate at 13. Those on the side surfaces of the plate are solidified with plate-like elements 14, 15.
In particular, by means of the downwardly protruding reinforcements, the plate is fastened in a mobile base 16, which is made, for example, as an art forge. The plate is advantageously embedded in a channel 17 arranged in this base. The base itself is provided with wheels 18, 19 so that the overall arrangement is mobile. It should be noted that according to an advantageous embodiment, a holder 20 for flower boxes can be arranged on the base. The invention also relates to the arrangement of a board 21 on which the items can be parked.
It is pointed out that the base has a partition 22 that extends above the floor and that, according to an expedient embodiment, a strip 23 of felt or the like is arranged between the edges, with which a complete seal is achieved becomes. In this case it is expedient to also arrange a corresponding strip on the upper edge of the plate, provided that there are no guide or fastening elements for a particularly detachable connection to a ceiling.
4 shows a particular embodiment of a part of such a plate. According to this embodiment, rigid inserts, for example made of round iron, profiled metals or plastic, are introduced. It is advantageous that parts of the rigid binding insert in the form of approaches from at least one edge of the plate protrude and accordingly the approaches formed recesses are provided in the edges, with recesses and approaches on several plates belonging to a set are arranged such that the lugs of one plate can be brought into engagement with recesses on the other plates.
Structures constructed in this way using facing stones covered with panels, in which the panels are reinforced with plastic or metal rods, can be regarded as earthquake-proof, as there is a high degree of elasticity.
Fig. 4 shows an example in which transverse reinforcements 24, 25, 26 from the side edge of the plate by a short distance out of this. In the side edge of the plate are also accordingly the protruding parts shaped recesses 27, 28, 29, in which parts protruding from their movable plates belonging to a wall set can engage. Here by a relatively stable wall made of several pieces or plates can be made to who.
It should be noted that the arrangement of the recesses 27-29 corresponding recesses can also be vorgese hen in the side wall surfaces, so that it is possible to provide an angle from mutually anchored plates.
Fig. 5 shows a plate with partially embedded platelet-shaped elements in the plastic base 30 which contains a binding insert 31. In this basis, a field is recessed between the edge webs 32, 33, in which the platelet-shaped elements 34 are embedded. The joints 35 are smeared out with fire-resistant grout for example. The field between the edges 32, 33 is flat and provided with a layer of adhesive 36 for fastening the platelet-shaped elements.
Fig. 6 shows an occupation of the plastic plate 37, which has a binding insert 38, only in sections. The sections 39 and 40 are occupied in the manner according to FIG. 5. The section 41 remains free, so that the plastic surface is used here directly for sound insulation, especially when using large-pore plastic. From section 41 can also be profiled according to line 42, for example.
7 shows partially individually embedded platelet-shaped elements 45. In this embodiment, the plastic base 44 protrudes into the grooves between the platelet-shaped elements, which can also be provided with adhesive on their underside 45. The upper part of the grooves is smeared with a special joint compound 46, advantageously a fire-resistant plastic and / or cement or mortar (hard surface). In the manufacture of panels, the plastic panels used as supports are also arranged in frames in one embodiment.
There is the possibility of pouring the carrier plastic into recesses formed on the frame.
An example is shown in FIG. 8 with a frame 47 which has a U-profile. The plastic base is poured into the frame so that it solidifies.
Fig. 12 shows a composite panel, the part 67 of which corresponds to one of the panel designs previously described. On the side remote from the plate-shaped elements, the plastic carrier is connected to a press chipboard 68, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is directly glued on. With means of this press chipboard can be left free at 69 example, slot-like profiles for the arrangement of a frame 70, which. Can be part of a framework.
The connection between the parts 67, 68 can for example also be made by means of clamping elements, not shown, if necessary with the interposition of spacers.
The embodiment described creates a plate which is designed as an independent element and which is self-supporting despite its low thickness even with a relatively large plate size and good resistance.
