Description

  

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung von Bau- und Möbelteilen     mit        winklig        aneinanderstossenden          Wänden    und nach diesem Verfahren hergestellte Bau- und Möbelteile    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zum Herstellen von Bau- und Möbelteilen mit  winklig     aneinanderstossenden    Wänden, die aus     plat-          tenförmigem    Material, z. B.     Holzbrettern    oder Bau  platten, hergestellt werden können. Dabei ist der Be  griff  Wände  in weitestem Sinne auf alle Wandun  gen, wie z. B. Seitenwände, Decken, Deckplatten,  Böden und Bodenplatten aufzufassen.  



  Das     erfindungsgemässe    Verfahren zum Herstel  len von Bau- und Möbelteilen mit winklig     aneinan-          derstossenden    Wänden ist dadurch     gekennzeichnet,     dass man in plattenförmiges Material, das mindestens  auf einer Seite mit einer zähen, biegsamen Oberflä  chenschicht versehen ist, oder durchgehend aus sol  chem Material besteht, an den eine Eckverbindung zu  bildenden Stellen gerade     Winkelprofil-Nuten    ein  schneidet, wobei man eine äusserste zähe biegsame  Schicht durchgehend bestehen lässt,

   worauf die beid  seitig der Nut befindlichen Teilstücke um die Kante  zwischen den     Nutflanken    im Grund der Nut herum  geschwenkt und die     Nutflanken    aufeinander gelegt  werden, wobei besagte äusserste zähe biegsame  Schicht     einstückig    um die Stosskante     herumgefalzt     wird. Die     Nutflanken    werden beim Aufeinanderle  gen     vorteilhaft    verleimt.  



  Die nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten     Bau-          und    Möbelteile mit     winklig    aneinander anstossenden  Wänden sind ebenfalls Gegenstand der Erfindung.  



  Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren wird durch ein  in der Zeichnung dargestelltes Ausführungsbeispiel  veranschaulicht.  



  Diese Zeichnung zeigt, wie aus einer Bauplatte 1,  die z. B. ein     Holzbrett,    eine Tischlerplatte, eine     ver-          presste        Faserstoff-Kunstoffplatte,    eine Gipsplatte sein  kann, ein Bauteil mit winklig     aneinanderstossenden     Wandteilen hergestellt werden kann. Es wird dazu    eine Bauplatte 1 verwendet, die mindestens auf einer  Seite, in der Zeichnung beidseitig, mit je einer     Schutz-          und    Veredelungsfolie<I>2i</I> bzw.<I>2a</I> aus zähem, biegsa  mem Material, z. B. mit Kunstleder oder     PVC-Folie,     beklebt ist.  



  Die Bauplatte 1 entspricht dabei der Abwick  lung des herzustellenden Bauteiles, mit den Wandtei  len la,<B><I>l b,</I></B><I> l c.</I>  



  Längs den vorgesehenen Stosskanten werden nun  von der Innenseite her gerade     Winkelnuten    3 einge  schnitten, beispielsweise gefräst. Die     Nutflanken    31  und 32 stehen gemäss Zeichnung im rechten Winkel  zueinander, weil     Rechtwinkelkanten        hergestellt    wer  den sollen. Die Kante 30 zwischen den beiden Nut  flanken 31, 32 liegt an der Unterseite der Platte 1,  d. h. an der Innenseite der Schutz- und Veredlungs  folie 2a.

   Um diese Kante     kann    nun der Plattenteil la  geschwenkt werden, so dass nach Aufeinanderlegen  und eventuellem     Aneinanderleimen    der beiden Nut  flanken 31, 32 eine Eckverbindung der Plattenteile  la und 1b, wie sie rechts in der Zeichnung für die  Plattenteile     1b    und     1c    dargestellt ist, entsteht.  



  Dabei wird die Schutz- und Veredelungsfolie 2a       einstückig    um die gebildete Eckkante 30'     herumge-          falzt,    so dass keine Kantenfuge sichtbar ist.  



  Vorzugsweise wird das beschriebene Verfahren  im Möbelbau angewendet.  



  Die Bauplatten könnten auch durchgängig aus  zähem und biegsamem     Kunststoffmaterial    bestehen,  wobei die Nuten nicht tiefer eingeschnitten werden  dürfen, als dass noch eine Aussenschicht     urzerschnit-          ten    bleibt.

The groove flanks are advantageously glued when laying on one another.



  The structural and furniture parts produced by this method with walls abutting one another at an angle are also the subject of the invention.



  The method according to the invention is illustrated by an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.



  This drawing shows how from a building board 1, the z. B. a wooden board, a blockboard, a pressed fiber plastic board, a plasterboard can be, a component can be made with wall parts abutting at an angle.
