Zapfenband als Glastür-Beschlag Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zapfenband als Glas- tür-Beschl,ag zum Haltern der Glastüre, bei welchem zumindest zwei aneinander lösbar befestigbare Teile vorhanden sind, die, aneinander anliegend, eine zwi schenliegende Rinne für die eingeklemmte Glastüre bilden,
wobei die zwei Teile im Querschnitt eine U-Form aufweisen.
Die Erfindung bezweckt eine einfache, sichere und lösbare Befestigung des oberen und unteren Zapfenbandes an der Glastüre.
Das erfindungsgemässe Zapfenband ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei durch die Teile gebil deten Schenkel der U-Form ihrem freien Ende zu konvergieren.
Weitere Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus den Unter ansprüchen, der Beschreibung und der Zeichnung. In letzterer ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs- gegenstandes dargestellt.
Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Glastür mit Zapfenbändem in Ansicht; Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach Linie II-11 der Fig. 1, vergrössert; Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf das Zapfenband nach Fig. 2; Fig. 4 einen Schnitt nach Linie IV-IV der Fig. 3, vergrössert, mit eingelegter Glastür.
Ist die Glastür 1 als um eine Achse 2 drehbare Türe ausgebildet, so sind die Zapfenbänder 3, 4 vor handen. Ist die Glastür 1 als frei nach unten hän gende Schiebetür ausgebildet, so sind die Zapfenbän der 3, 5 vorgesehen.
Die Zapfenbänder 3-5 @singd in der aus Fig. 2-4 ersichtlichen Weise einander gleich ausgebildet. Der eine Teil 6 dies Zapfenbandes 4 weist im Querschnitt eine L-Form auf. Der andere Teil ist eine an den Teil 6 mittels Schrauben 7 befestigbare Platte 8 (Fig. 2).
Sind die Teile 6, 8 aneinander anliegend befestigt, so ergibt sich eine zwischenliegende Rinne 9 für die einzuklemmende Glastür 1. Die aneinander befestigten Teile 6, 8 weisen im Querschnitt eine U -Form auf (Fig. 2). Die zwei durch die Teile 6, 8 gebildeten Schenkel 10, 1,1 der U-Form 1 verlaufen konisch zueinander. Die Schenkel 10,11 nähern sich ihrem freien Ende zu, immer mehr.
Der Teil 8 ist eine ebene Platte. Der zueinander konische Verlauf der Schenkel 10, 11 ergibt sich aus der Neigung der Fläche 12 des Teiles 6 zu seiner Fläche 13 (Fig. 2).
Der Teil 6 ist nicht über seine ganze Länge im Querschnitt L-förmig. Etwa ein Drittel der Länge des Teiles 6 ist plattenförmig (Fig. 3, 4). Die einzu- klemmende Glastür 1 weist ,daher in der Ecke je eihen rechteckigen Ausschnitt mit den Seiten 14, 15 auf (Fig. 4).
Die einander zugekehrten und die Rinne 9 zwischen sich einschliessenden Seiten 13, 16 der Teile 6, 8 können mit irgend welchen, nicht darge stellten Friktionsmitteln versehen sein.
Infolge des in Fig. 4 geschnitten dargestellten Steges des Teiles 6 weist die Rinne 9 eine in der Ebene der Glastür 1 liegende L-Form auf (Fig.4). Als genanntes Frik- tionsmittel können die an der Glastür anliegenden Flächen der Teile 6, 8 aufgerauht oder mit einem,an- deren Material versehen sein. Es hat sich z.
B. be währt, die an der Glastür 1 anliegenden Flächen mit Schmirgeltuch zu versehen, welches mit der glatten Seite auf die Flächen der Teile 6, 8 aufgeklebt wird. Es kann aber auch ein anderes Friktionsmittel vorge sehen werden, welches z. B. auf die entsprechenden Flächen der Teile 6, 8 aufgespritzt wird.
Bei gelockerten Schrauben 7 wird das Zapfen band über die Ecke der Glastüre 1 gestülpt. Mittels der Schrauben 7 werden die Schenkel 10, 11 der Teile 6, 8 .an. die Glastür 1 gepresst und ergeben eine rutschfeste Befestigung des Zapfenbandes an - der Tür 1.
Ein gefälliges Aussehen des Zapfenbandes ergibt sich durch Aufschieben einer Haube 17 auf die Platte 8, so dass die Schrauben 7 verdeckt sind (Fig. 2, 3).

the two parts being U-shaped in cross-section.
The invention aims at a simple, secure and releasable attachment of the upper and lower pivot hinge to the glass door.
The pivot hinge according to the invention is characterized in that the two legs of the U-shape formed by the parts converge at their free end.

If the glass door 1 is designed as a door rotatable about an axis 2, the pivot hinges 3, 4 are available. If the glass door 1 is designed as a freely hanging down sliding door, the Zapfenbän the 3, 5 are provided.
The pivot hinges 3-5 @singd in the manner shown in Fig. 2-4 formed the same as one another. One part 6 of this pivot hinge 4 has an L-shape in cross section. The other part is a plate 8 which can be fastened to the part 6 by means of screws 7 (FIG. 2).
If the parts 6, 8 are fastened to one another, an intermediate channel 9 results for the glass door 1 to be clamped. The parts 6, 8 fastened to one another have a U-shape in cross section (FIG. 2). The two legs 10, 1, 1 of the U-shape 1 formed by the parts 6, 8 are conical to one another. The legs 10, 11 approach their free end, more and more.
Part 8 is a flat plate. The mutually conical course of the legs 10, 11 results from the inclination of the surface 12 of the part 6 to its surface 13 (FIG. 2).
The part 6 is not L-shaped in cross section over its entire length. About a third of the length of the part 6 is plate-shaped (Fig. 3, 4). The glass door 1 to be clamped therefore has a rectangular cutout with sides 14, 15 in each corner (FIG. 4).
The mutually facing and the channel 9 between enclosing sides 13, 16 of the parts 6, 8 can be provided with any friction means, not illustrated.
As a result of the web of part 6 shown in section in FIG. 4, the channel 9 has an L-shape lying in the plane of the glass door 1 (FIG. 4). The surfaces of the parts 6, 8 resting on the glass door can be roughened or provided with another material as the said frictional agent. It has z.
B. be worthwhile to provide the surfaces adjacent to the glass door 1 with emery cloth, which is glued onto the surfaces of the parts 6, 8 with the smooth side. But it can also be seen another friction means, which z. B. is sprayed onto the corresponding surfaces of the parts 6, 8.
When the screws 7 are loosened, the pin tape is placed over the corner of the glass door 1. By means of the screws 7, the legs 10, 11 of the parts 6, 8 are attached. the glass door 1 pressed and result in a non-slip attachment of the pivot hinge - the door 1.
The pivot hinge has a pleasing appearance by sliding a hood 17 onto the plate 8 so that the screws 7 are covered (FIGS. 2, 3).
