Medium-voltage switchgear panel With medium-voltage switchgear panels, it is advantageous to arrange switch poles one behind the other in a vertical position relative to the front. It is desirable here to make the arrangement as narrow as possible when viewed from the front. Furthermore, the switch poles must be removable from the switchgear panel.
The invention relates to a medium-voltage switch panel for the transition from busbars parallel to the switchgear front and in a horizontal plane via switchpoles arranged underneath to outgoing lines, the switch poles being arranged in a plane perpendicular to the switchgear front and movable out of the switchgear panel are.
The invention consists in that the switch poles can be rotated around an axis running through their center perpendicular to the switchgear front and between two rotary end positions and the switch poles have connection contacts led out at their ends, which in one rotary end position with the corresponding fixed contacts of the switch panel in There are contact connections and the contact connection is interrupted in the other rotary end position and an isolating distance is established.
The drawing shows an embodiment of such a medium-voltage switchgear panel.
The busbars 2, 3 and 4 run parallel to the switchgear front 1 in a horizontal plane. Below that, the switch poles 5, 6, 7 are arranged in a plane perpendicular to the switchgear front. Under the switch poles current converters 15, 16, 17 and a cable termination 18 are available in the usual way. The switch poles can be rotated about an axis (8) running through their center. The bearings 9 and 10 in a frame 11 are provided for receiving corresponding shaft pieces on the switch pole block 5 + 6 + 7. The frame 11 serves at the same time to slide in and pull out the switch.
An additional mechanical lock ensures that this is only possible in the rotary end position 20.
The switch poles can be rotated between two rotary end positions 20 and 21. At their ends, they have connection contacts 22a / 22b-23a / 23b-24a / 24b. These are in a rotary position 21 with corresponding fixed contacts 32a / 32b, etc. of the switch panel in contact. Space-saving blade contacts or tulip contacts and the like are suitable for this. In the other end of rotation position 20, the contact connection is interrupted and an isolating distance is created.
For the execution of the rotary movement between the two rotary end positions, the shaft 25 is connected to a rotary drive of known design.
In many cases it is desirable that the current-carrying parts of the switch poles are grounded when the isolating distance is established. This can be done in a particularly simple manner by means of contacts 27 at one end of the switch poles, which come into engagement with mating contacts 28. A continuous rail is provided for this, which runs parallel to the axis of rotation and is grounded.
The arrangement described above allows a simple, almost straight current path from the busbars to the outgoing circuits. The pivoting movement of the circuit breaker saves the separate disconnectors that are customary in such an arrangement.
