Mischer

mixer
The invention relates to mixers with a revolving trough, a main mixing tool revolving therein and a liftable mixing paddle as an auxiliary tool and with separating and deflecting devices in the trough acting on the material. Such mixers are used for mixing concrete and other building or road building materials, but also others, e.g. B. ceramic masses are used, especially when good. defined grain sizes is mixed without the grain sizes themselves should be significantly changed during mixing.
If fine constituents are used, such as cement, which easily form nodules, nodules or the like when added with the mixed water, the auxiliary tool is used to first crush these nodules before the constituents of the coarser grain are added. When using the auxiliary tool, the main tool is allowed to run, which conveys the mixed liquid with the material to be treated and brings it again and again into the area of the auxiliary tool, i.e. initially less as a mixing device than a conveying device.
After completing the pretreatment with the auxiliary tool, this is expedient. g is excavated, and the premix is then mixed with the coarse-grained substances added afterwards using the main tool (multi-component mixture).
The invention is based on the object of improving the detection of the premixing by the auxiliary tool and also of adapting the separating and turning blades, which are known per se for the main mixing process, to this purpose. The invention accordingly consists in the fact that baffles are attached on both sides of the mixer, namely an outer one on the side adjacent to the trough wall, which extends from the inflow area to the outflow area, and an inner one on the other side, which is only in the outflow area and together with the first results in a narrowing of the outflow path, and that in the trough circumferential direction there is a scraper in front of the mixing whisk and behind the mixing whisk a separating blade which can be raised and lowered and which extends approximately over half the carrying height.
and at a distance behind it, a stationary, plowshare-shaped turning blade that extends essentially over the entire trough surface is provided.
The guide plates, in conjunction with the dividing and turning shovel, ensure that the goods are worked through without gaps during pretreatment, while the dividing and turning shovels ensure that the mixing paddle is lifted to ensure that everything is ready. In its lowered position on the ground, the separating shovel ensures the swirling up of the flow of material arriving on the ground, which the turning shovel then feeds to the hamper mixing tool, which in this operating state acts as a conveying element; In the bottom position, the separating shovel guides the material into a bottom opening when emptying.
Further details emerge from the following description of an exemplary embodiment in conjunction with the claims and the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a schematic. Atically simplified top view of the mixing trough and the mixing tools of a mixer designed according to the invention.
Fig. 2 is a partial section through the trough and d. he emptying device below the trough.
FIG. 3 is a partial representation of the section along line ILI-III in FIG. 1.
FIG. 4 is a partial plan view corresponding to FIG. 3.
FIG. 5 is a partial illustration, similar to FIG. 3, of a modified embodiment detail.
FIG. 6 is a partial plan view corresponding to FIG. 4.
The mixing trough l is by means of a. bearing ring 3 attached to its bottom 2. in a stationary frame ring 4, in another embodiment with the interposition of a roller bearing, easily rotatable and easily removable from the frame. In the bottom of the trough there is a central, circular opening closed by a cover 5 for emptying the half of the trough.
D. he cover 5 also carries the bearing pin 6 for the. Mixing trough. The bearing 7 for the pin 6 is held in an arm 8, which can be pivoted about an axis 9 fixed to the frame and arranged under the trough bottom 2, so that the cover 5 with the bearing and with the arm 8 from the position shown in FIG 2 can be swiveled into the position shown in dashed lines in FIG. 2 when the mixing trough is to be emptied. The pivoting movement is carried out by means of one hydraulic, with another. Execution achieved by means of a pneumatic drive to which the cylinder 10 and the piston rod 11 belong. The cylinder 10 can be pivoted on an arm 12 about the journal 13 fixed to the frame.
The bearing arm 8 is connected to the piston rod 11 by a tie rod 16 articulated at its ends to both parts at 14 and 15.
The articulation point 15 on the piston rod 11 is also guided by a link 18 pivotably mounted about the axis 17 fixed to the frame.
Flat mixing paddles 19, which are fixedly arranged on arms 20 perpendicular to the trough bottom, serve as the main mixing tool. The vertical arms 20 merge into horizontal arms 21; in another embodiment, they consist of one piece with these. In the example shown, four blades 19 are provided so that the arms 21 form a cross.
At the intersection. is, that cross. on one above the trough. arranged shaft 22, which is perpendicular to the trough bottom during operation and which can be driven by an electric motor (not shown) via intermediate gear members; In one embodiment, the scoops 19 can be folded upwards out of the trough on their spider so that the trough is exposed for the purpose of filling and can be removed or placed on a chassis and driven out.
The shaft 22 is at a distance e from the center point M of the trough, the mixing cross is thus arranged eccentrically in the trough, but, as FIG. 1 shows, so large that the mixing paddles extend beyond the center point of the trough the bottom of the trough is coated; the blades 19 are radially to the shaft 22, offset essentially only by their thickness parallel to them.
In addition to the main mixing tool, the mixer is also equipped with a second tool (auxiliary tool) in the manner of a mixer, which is designated as a whole by 23. This auxiliary tool 23 has its working shaft 24, which can be driven by its own electric motor 25. The working shaft 24 carries a larger number of essentially horizontal, radially directed blades 26, which are also slightly curved like a propeller. could be. The motor 25 is arranged with the output shaft 24 on a housing 27 which, in the example according to FIGS. 3 and 4, has holding arms 28, 29.
Forks 58, 59 and attacked these arms! these handlebars 30, 31, which are mounted on a bearing block 32 and form a parallel guide. An arm 34 is also connected to the pivot axis 33 and forms an angle lever with the rod 31. On the arm 34 engages, the piston rod 35 of a hydraulic, in a ande Ren execution of a pneumatic drive 35, 36, the. The cylinder 36 is mounted pivotably about i the axis 37. The elements described, which are used to lift the auxiliary tool 23 out of the trough 1, are arranged on a holding plate 38 which is fixedly attached to the frame above the trough 1.
In another embodiment, the holding plate 38 can be pivoted away from the trough 1 upwards; it can be swiveled upwards together with the main mixer tooth.
Fixedly connected to the housing part 27 of the auxiliary tool are two expediently adjustable guide plates 39 and 40, see FIGS. 1, 2 and 4. The outer plate 39 comprises. the shovels 26 on the side of the wall of the trough 1 from the area in which the material flows in the direction of the parts 41 in Fig. 1 at the bottom right to the area in the flow direction behind the auxiliary tool in Fig. 1 at the bottom left where the material continues to flow in the direction of arrows 42. The working shaft 24 with the blades 26 rotates clockwise in FIG. 1, as does the cross of the blades 19 and the trough 1 itself, see arrow 43.
The inner baffle 40 is shorter than the baffle 39; seen in the direction of flow of the goods, it only extends behind the mixer.
5 and 6 show, among other details, a modified embodiment of the device for heating and lowering the auxiliary tool. While according to FIGS. 3 and 4 a parallel guide was provided for raising and lowering the auxiliary tool from a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder, hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders 60, 61 are arranged on the housing 27 according to FIGS. 5 and 6, by means of which the auxiliary tool is directly can be raised or lowered vertically.
In the inflow direction in front of the mixer (arrows 41 in Fig. 1), a wall scraper 44 is attached to the plate 38, the effective part of which is a flat, essentially flat blade which rests with one edge on the circumference of the trough 1 (Fig. 1, 5 and 6). The scraper blade is held on an arm 45, which in turn can be adjusted in terms of its height on a transverse arm 46 by means of a clamping screw 47. The transverse arm 46 is pivotable about a pin 48 and is under the action of a helical spring 49 wound around this pin, which endeavors to keep the effective edge of the scraper blade 44 in contact with the trough wall. The scrapers are at an acute angle against the direction of rotation, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 6.
In addition to being adjustable in height and pivoting, the scraper can also be adjustable in the radial direction, see FIG. 6.
In the crescent-shaped area that the eccentric area of rotation of the blade 19 opposite the wall of the trough. s 1 leaves free, a separating vane 50 and a turning vane 51 are also arranged. The separating vane 50 can be pivoted into an upper and a lower position (FIG. 2). In its upper position it extends from the upper edge of the trough 1 to about half its depth. In its lower position, it touches the bottom of the trough or is in its immediate vicinity.
The cutting blade 50 is attached to an angle lever 52, 53, which is pivotable about an axis 54 fixed to the frame, specifically by means of a piston rod 56 of a hydraulic drive, which is otherwise not shown, engaging on the arm 53 to 55.
The turning shovel 51 is expediently designed in the shape of a ploughshare, compare the direction of deflection of the flow of the material indicated by the arrows 57 in FIG.
In contrast to the shovel 50 separating the flow of the material into an upper and a lower half, the turning shovel 51 extends from the upper trough wheel to close to the trough bottom. However, in contrast to a scraper, it does not touch the trough wall, but it is at a distance from the trough wall, so that goods that run onto it cannot be passed over the trough and upwards.
The turning shop. el 51 is either fixed or adjustable. The separating shovel 50 with its drive and the turning shovel 51 are arranged on the holding plate 38, which is usefully pivotable such that the shovel can be folded out of the trough together with the main mixing tool.
