Device for holding bobbin tubes in the bobbin carrier of winding and twisting machines
The invention relates to a device for receiving the bobbin tubes in the bobbin carrier of bobbin and twisting machines. When recording Spu lenhälsen it is known to be important that on the one hand the bobbin sleeves and thus the coils can be easily removed and new sleeves can be easily reinserted. The bobbin tubes are not always exactly the same length and have no well-defined edges because they are damaged during operation. As a result, the plates in which the necks are received must be movable and still hold the necks and thus the spool in a well-defined position.
A wide variety of proposals are known for solving this problem, but they are not entirely satisfactory. According to the invention, a device is to be created that allows easy replacement of the bobbin tubes and also ensures safe and flexible storage. In addition, it should be possible to adapt the device to different tube formats.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that ball bolts are provided which are inserted into the support arms of the coil carrier. The centering plates, which are used to hold the reel sleeves, are provided with ball sockets made of elastic plastic, which are to be attached to the ball of the bolts.
In order to reduce the bearing friction in this push-button connection and to enable lubrication that can withstand the period of use of the storage, it is advantageous to build the boundary surfaces of the receptacle formed in the centering divider for the ball of the ball pin from two materials of different elasticity and different sliding properties. This gives the possibility, on the one hand, of ensuring through the elasticity of one material that the plate can be pushed onto the ball of the bolt like a push button and, on the other hand, that the ball is held in its position by means of a material that has low bearing friction.
In a further refinement of this idea, the boundary surfaces are designed in such a way that they practically represent a cylindrical chamber with a right-angled perpendicular section. The space formed between the Ku gel surface and the flat boundary surfaces of this chamber is used to absorb the lubricant.
In a preferred embodiment of the idea, rectangular, optionally divided capsules made of non-elastic, wear-resistant material are used in the elastic centering plate material. It is also possible, using an elastic material for the centering plate, to insert a ring made of non-elastic, wear-resistant material. Conversely, a non-elastic material can be used for the centering plate and a ring made of elastic material can be used.
In view of the fact that the balls of Ku geibolzen recently have a flattened pole for manufacturing reasons, it is advisable to make the surface of the receptacle adjacent to this pole of the ball of the bolt spherical or to use a spherical, optionally adjustable insert at this point.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows the coil carrier with inserted coil sleeve and
Fig. 2 shows the arms of the bobbin with removed ball pins and centering plates. The
Fig. 3-10 show special embodiments through the receiving point for the ball.
The bobbin 1 has a shape such as is used, for example, on two-for-one twisted machines. A fixed arm 2 is provided, on which there is an eye 3 which carries the means for receiving the bobbin case. The other arm 4 of the bobbin can be pivoted in a known and customary manner and has an eye 3 on the front part which corresponds to the eye 3 of the arm 2. By pivoting the arm 4, the space between the two arms 2 and 4 can be enlarged in order to insert the bobbin case between the eyes 3 in this way.
According to the invention, each eye 3 is now provided with a ball pin 5 which is screwed, riveted or cast into the center of the eye. The centering plate 6 is to be attached to this ball stud. For this purpose, the plates with Ku gelpfannen 7 are provided. By means of this ball socket 7, the centering plate is pushed onto the ball of the ball bolt like a push button. The ball socket 7 is intended to enclose the ball of the ball pin beyond the equator. This attachment ensures that the centering plate 6 can yield to any irregularity in the length of the sleeve on the one hand and the formation of the sleeve edges on the other.
It is achieved that the sleeve and thus the spool runs completely smoothly and uniformly in the frame. Different sleeve diameters can easily be taken into account by exchanging the centering plates, which is very easy due to the push button arrangement. The Zen trier divider must be provided with a contact surface, which is indicated at 8, to accommodate the sleeve.
This contact surface 8 should practically lie in the plane in which the center point of the ball of the respective ball pin 5 is located even when the centering plate is attached.
It is most expedient to manufacture the centering plates as a whole from an elastic plastic, i. H. So to make the arrangement so that the ball socket 7 is made of this elastic plastic, but it is also possible to make the ball socket from a stronger material, for example steel or metal, the edges of the ball socket then being slotted to make the necessary Generate suspension and push-button effect.
Special embodiments are shown in FIGS. 3-10, namely in each case vertical sections through the receiving point for the ball. In all FIGS. 3-10, the bolt is denoted by 11, the ball by 12 and the centering plate, of which only a section is shown, by 13. In the centering plate, the receptacle for the ball of the ball pin is formed, the boundary surfaces of which are made up of two materials of different elasticity and different Gleiteiygonschaften. According to Fig. 3, the centering plate 13 and thus the surface section 14 is made of an elastic material, while the capsule 15 is made of a non-elastic and more resistant material with good sliding properties.
This material 15 is brought into the shape of a rectangular cylindrical capsule in vertical section, and a space 16 is formed between the ball 12 and the capsule 15. This space is used to receive lubricant, and it is easy to understand that in this way a Lubricant supply can be given that will last for the life of the bearing. The lugs 17 of the capsule 15 are support studs that facilitate the manufacture of this bearing by injection molding.
In order to insert the ball into the receptacle according to the embodiment of FIG. 3, the centering part 13 is pushed onto the ball 12 like a pushbutton, the edge 14 yielding, and when the ball has reached the position shown in FIG Ball encloses again.
FIG. 4 shows practically the same arrangement as FIG. 3 using similar materials; however, the ball 12 has a flattened poil at 18 for manufacturing reasons. In order to ensure punctiform contact in this area, the capsule 15 has a spherical configuration as indicated at 19.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 also have balls which have a flattened pole 18. In these embodiments, the arrangement is such that a ring 110 is inserted into the receiving space for the balls, which ring 110 essentially serves to absorb the radial forces. Spherical inserts act on the flattened pole to absorb the axial forces. In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, it is a ball 111 and, in the embodiment according to FIG. 6, it is a ball pin 112 with a spherical end face 113. The last-mentioned embodiment has the advantage that the threaded pin can be adjusted to compensate for any wear .
While in the embodiments according to FIGS. 3 to 6 some of the boundary surfaces are made of elastic material, the arrangement according to FIGS. 7 and 8 is such that the capsule 15 delimits the entire receiving space. So that the ball can be inserted into the receptacle like a push button, the capsule 15 is designed in two parts so that it can bend apart at 114. In the embodiment according to FIG. 8, the capsule 15 consists of a practically cylindrical part 115 and a cover part 116, which are loosely fitted into one another, so that the parts 115 can be spread apart from the cover 116.
The capsule 15 can also be formed in several parts.
If the centering plate is made of non-elastic, highly wear-resistant material, as assumed in FIGS. 9 and 10 and indicated at 13 ', the seat for the ball 12 is limited at the rear by a ring made of elastic material. In the embodiment according to FIG. 9, a ring 117 with conical contact surfaces is provided, while in the embodiment according to FIG. 10 a ring 118 with a circular cross-section is provided.
Plastics with low elasticity and high wear resistance are just as well known as the elastic plastics that are to be used in the context of the invention.
