Description
hohe Permeabilität be sitzt.
Line circuit with a layer of insulating material located between the two parallel conductors. The invention relates to the development of a known line circuit with one located between the two parallel conductors,
'Insulating layer made of a ferromagnetic material lying against the conductors (British patent specification 649 398). Due to the ferromagnetic insulating material layer lying between the conductors, the inductance and capacitance coverage is greatly increased, and thus the electrical length of the line, even with a given geometric dimension.
The electrical length of the line can be further shortened if, according to the invention, the magnetic circuit around each of the two conductors is closed by additionally arranging layers of insulating material made of a ferromagnetic material on the outside of the two conductors so that they touch the layer of insulation between the two conductors.
Based on the Ausfüh approximately examples shown in Fig. 1 and 2, the invention will be explained in more detail.
About the conductors 2 and 3, which are applied to a magnetic cal insulating layer 1, there are more insulating layers a and b, which completely close the magnetic circuit around the conductors 2 and 3.
As a result, the inductance coating of the line circuit increases significantly and the electrical length increases accordingly for a given geometric dimension. To coordinate such a line circuit a transverse to the conductor 2 extending slot c is provided in the Isodienstoffschicht a, in which a strip d is more or less inserted into the vote, which also has a,
high permeability be seated.
In FIG. 2, the conductors 7 and 8 applied to a flexible insulating material layer 6 are additionally covered with layers e and f which protrude laterally beyond the conductors 7 and 8 and onto the insulating material layer 6, which is also made of ferromagnetic material , so that the magnetic circuit around the conductors 7 and 8 is completely closed.
As a result, the electrical length is significantly increased for a given geometrical dimension.
