Kasten Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kasten, welcher einen aus Profilstücken hergestellten Rahmen und in diesen eingesetzte Füllungen umfasst. Solcherart aufgebaute Kasten sind an sich bekannt und werden in der Industrie für Einzelanfertigung und für kleinere Serien verwendet. In die Kasten wird oft eine kleinere Apparatur untergebracht, bei spielsweise ein Lufterhitzer mit einem Gebläse und einem Filter.
Man verwendet sie gerne für kleinere Serien, weil die Einzelteile für die Rahmen, unabhän gig von der Kastengrösse immer gleich sind, nämlich profilierte Stangen, die auf Lager gehalten werden können. Die in den Rahmen einzusetzenden Füllun gen müssen jeweils der Kastengrösse entsprechend angefertigt werden. Wichtig ist auch, dass die Füllun gen auf der Innenseite mit einer Isolierschicht verse hen werden können, entweder eine Wärmeisolation oder eine Schallisolation oder beide.
Der erfindungsgemässe Kasten zeichnet sich aus durch ein Rahmenprofil, welches im Querschnitt mindestens eine Kröpfung aufweist, in welche ein doppelt umgebogener Rand einer die Füllung bilden den Blechplatte eingelegt ist, wobei eine Federklam mer den doppelt umgebogenen Rand und das ge kröpfte Rahmenprofilstück zusammenpresst. In der Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungs- gemässen Kastens dargestellt.
Es zeigt: Fig.1 eine perspektivische Darstellung einer Ecke eines Kastenrahmens mit davor einer Ecke einer Füllung sowie eine Federklammer; Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch eine Ecke und Fig. 3 ein anderes Profil im Schnitt.
In Fig. 1 sind 1, 2 und 3 Profilstücke einer Kasten ecke und 4 ist ein Eckverbinder. Die Stücke 1, 2 und 3 weisen alle drei dasselbe Profil auf, das beim Stück 1 besonders deutlich erkennbar ist. Die Teile 1, 2 und 3 sind in drei senkrecht zueinander verlaufen den Richtungen angeordnet und der Eckverbinder 4 weist drei Schenkel auf; welche in die .Profile einge steckt sind. Diese Schenkel sind mit 4', 4" und 4"' angedeutet. Die Profilstücke 1, 2, 3 weisen ein Quer schnittsprofil mit zwei Kröpfungen auf, in welche ein doppelt umgebogener Rand 5 einer Füllung 6 einge legt werden kann.
Um ein gefälliges Aussehen zu er reichen, wird, man die Dicke d des doppelt umgebo genen Randes gleich der Tiefe er Kröpfung des Pro fils machen. Man kann aber auch d kleiner oder grösser wählen. Mit 7 schliesslich ist eine Federklam mer angedeutet.
In der Schnittzeichnung Fig. 2 sind diese Teile in zusammengesetzter Lage dargestellt. Es sind diesel ben Bezugszahlen verwendet. Die horizontal ange ordnete Füllung 6 ist mittels einer Federklammer 7 am Profilstück 1 befestigt. Man sieht, dass ein ge kröpfter Schenkel 7a der Federklammer über einen Profilvorsprung 1a greift und sich daher federnd in dieser Lage hält. Bei der vertikal verlaufenden Fül lung ist das Einschieben der Federklammer darge stellt.
Die Profilvorsprünge 1a haben zudem noch den Zweck, dass in das Profil eine Vierkantmutter 8 einer Schraube 9 eingebracht werden kann (Fig. 3), mittels welcher verschiedene Teile im Kastenrahmen befestigt werden können.
Fig.3 zeigt ein anderes Profil mit gerundeter Aussenkante. Bei Verwendung eines solchen Profils müssen natürlich auch die Eckverbinder entspre chend anders geformt sein.
Schliesslich ist in Fig. 2, in der horizontal verlau fenden Füllung 6 noch eine Isolierplatte 10 eingelegt, die wie ersichtlich vom doppelt umgebogenen Rand .der Füllung gehalten ist. Meist sind solche Platten aus weichem bis leicht deformierbarem Material her- gestellt, so dass das Einschieben der Federklammern keine Schwierigkeiten bereitet. Ist das Material hart, so müssen dort, wo Klammern eingesteckt werden sollen, Aussparungen gemacht werden.

In Fig. 1 1, 2 and 3 profile pieces of a box corner and 4 is a corner connector. Pieces 1, 2 and 3 all three have the same profile, which can be seen particularly clearly in piece 1.
