Fig. 2 isteine Ansicht nachderLinieII-II derFig. 1.
Device for filling the grain of a combine harvester into sacks
Up to now, the grain of a combine harvester has usually been filled directly into sacks in the field at certain time intervals, which were then loaded onto transport vehicles. The filling of the bags requires a certain time during which the combine harvester cannot be operated.
By means of the device according to the invention for filling the grain of a combine harvester into sacks, the aforementioned operational interruptions are to be avoided or reduced to a minimum. The device according to the invention is characterized by a mobile storage container in which the grain is filled by the combine and which has sack filling nozzles so that the combine can continue to operate while the sacks are being filled.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows part of a combine harvester with the bag filling device and a transport vehicle and
Fig. 2 is a view taken along line II-II of Figs. 1.
It denotes 1 a combine harvester of conventional design with an outlet pipe 2 for the harvested and threshed grain. A storage container 6, which is open at the top, is arranged on the loading bridge 3 of a chassis 4 by means of supports 5, so that it can be filled with grain by means of the outlet pipe 2 of the combine harvester 1. The storage container 6 has at the bottom on two opposite sides each a discharge funnel 7, each of which has three bag filling openings to which bags 8 can be connected. After the sacks 8 have been filled, they can be loaded directly onto a transport vehicle 9 standing next to them.
The mobile storage container 6 described can be in a relatively short time, for. B. 3 to 4 minutes are filled with grain from the combine 1 through the outlet pipe. While the bags 8 are being filled, the combine harvester can continue to work in the field, so that it can be in operation without interruption. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the bags can be filled by people standing on the loading bridge 3 and loaded directly onto the transport vehicle standing next to them (FIG. 1).
Accordingly, by means of the device described, a simpler, easier filling of the bags and better utilization of the combine harvester can be achieved.
The storage container 6 described could also be designed in other ways. It could also have only one discharge funnel or a different number of filling openings.
