Frame The invention relates to a frame with front and rear posts in which there are cutouts which are interrupted by webs and are inclined at least in the front posts, into which support frames can be inserted.
A large number of frame constructions are already known. When storing heavy objects, which are usually transported by forklifts or the like, problems arise in that the frame not only has to withstand the usually significant load, but the moving in and out of the stored goods should be carried out with as little difficulty as possible.
The object to be solved by the invention is to create a strong frame züi, .das particularly suitable for loading and unloading by lifting vehicles, with a high degree of security against unintentional pulling out or falling out of the support frame or the like. Should exist and nevertheless an easy adjustment of the shelf height should be possible.
The invention is characterized in that the front posts have a cross-sectional shape tapering towards the front like a wedge, the wedge surfaces directly abutting one another at the front and the cutouts from one wedge surface to the other wedge surface being continuous at the front, and the wider, rear posts also being one tapering towards the front, have more blunt wedge shape and the cutouts in the rear post - seen in cross section - each extend over a post corner located at the base of the wedge and a continuous vertical web is present at the front.
This results in a particularly extensive centering effect of the support frame and loading pallets, namely on the one hand from the outside towards the center, on the other hand from front to back and also from top to bottom. This facilitates the manipulation of, in particular, heavy goods to be transported by forklift trucks, and protruding, accident-prone hooks can also be avoided.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the Ge stelle with a front and a rear post and a support frame, Fig.2 is a side view of the front post most, Fig. 3 is a horizontal section through the post with the support frame inserted, Fig. 4 shows a View of the end of the supporting frame. The frame has front posts 1 and rear posts 2 which are stiffened with one another by struts 18.
The cross section of the front post is designed as an irregular pentagon with a forward-facing corner. The side surfaces 21, 22 of the post abutting this corner or in front of derkante 5 form a wedge which tapers towards the front. The formation of the post behind the wedge could also be designed differently. The post 1 has a longitudinal slot 20 on its rear side and is provided with a plurality of superposed, in the wedge surfaces 21; 22 attached and provided over the front edge 5 reaching cutouts 3. These are spaced from one another in the vertical direction, so that webs 4 are formed between them.
The angle ss between the two wedge surfaces 21, 22 is between 70 and 110, preferably around 90.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the cutouts 3 are attached in this front post 1 in such a way that the support surfaces 6 of the webs 4 are inclined, namely, starting from the front edge 5, obliquely downwards and backwards. The angle of inclination a is between 20 and 50, preferably about 30, based on a horizontal gene. The ratio of the height a of the cutout to the height b of the web is approximately 1: 0.5, i.e. H. the cutouts 3 are approximately twice as high as the remaining webs 4.
The rear post 2 is wider than the front post. The same applies to him as to the front post, i.e. H. the design of the post parts behind the wedge surfaces 10, 11 could vary. The side surfaces 10, 11, 23, 24 are important for the function.
It also has a wedge shape tapering towards the front, but more blunt and blunted at the front; however, it could also run into a point. This rear post has an irregular hexagonal shape in cross section and contains two incisions 8 each at the same height, which extend over two surfaces, namely over surface 10, 23 on the one hand and surfaces 11, 24 on the other. In contrast to the front post, these incisions do not protrude beyond the frontmost wedge part. The angle y between the two wedge surfaces 10, 11 is between 100 and 140 and is preferably about 120.
The angle adjoining this wedge on both sides is approximately 90. On the lower part of each cutout facing the web 9, a bevel 12 is present, which is inclined by about 30 to 75, preferably about 60, relative to the horizontal. At the opposite corner, a bevel is preferably also provided, with approximately the same or a slightly flatter angle.
The cutouts 3 and 8 are used to receive a support frame 14 on which the goods to be stacked are preferably provided with pallets who the. This support frame 14 is square and protrudes with its two rear corners each into one of the cutouts 8 of the rear post. The wedge surfaces and bevels when a lead and lowering of the support frame 14 have a zen trating effect. On the front of the support frame is provided with an angle iron 15, which protrudes in the horizontal direction on both sides over the two par allel, rearward-running frame legs.
The arrangement of this angle iron 15 is made such that its vertical leg is at the rear and is directed downwards starting from the upper edge of the support frame, so that the Horizon talschenkel runs approximately flush with the upper frame surface.
The outermost part on both sides of the vertical leg of the angle iron is cut out and the outermost flap is slightly bent backwards so that a hook 16 is formed which engages behind the cutout 3. As a result of the inclined position of the wing 6, this hook 16 has the desires ben to push the support frame 14 backwards - that is, into the frame -, thereby preventing this support frame 14 from falling out unintentionally.
To hang the support frame 14 in other cutouts this is initially raised a little until the hook 16 comes out of engagement with the web 4, whereupon the support frame pulled forward and then moved to the desired new height.
The posts are preferably manufactured in such a way that they are deformed from sheet metal strips by folding them. However, it would also be possible to use full-walled box sections. Furthermore, instead of or in addition to the inclined position of the front wings, it would also be possible to provide a similar inclination for the rear cutouts.
