Ferner sind zur Verbindung eines Stosses von folienartigen Teilen doppelte Laschen aus Kunststoff bekannt, welche Löcher nahe den beiden Stossrän- dern durchdringen;
Brush belt, in particular for rotating brush devices The invention relates to a particular brush belt intended for rotating brush devices on which transverse strips or warts made of plastic are arranged to hold the bundle of cutlery.
The aim of the invention is to design such a brush belt in such a way that it can be produced in a simple manner, namely that the Lei costs or warts should be reliably attached to the belt without its running around the pulleys of a rotating device being impaired, while, on the other hand, the mechanical attachment of the cutlery in the strips or warts should be possible.
In a known hair care brush, each warts receive a bundle of warts, which individually reach through openings in a cutlery carrier made of a rubber sheet or the like in the manner of a button and protrude from the underside of the sheet with locking heads. Furthermore, a certain device for cleaning the footwear is known, in which on several parallel circumferential endless belts transverse wooden brushes are individually arranged at intervals and attached to the straps by transverse pieces of wood.
Furthermore, double tabs made of plastic are known for connecting a joint of film-like parts, which penetrate holes near the two joint edges;
however, this proposal is unrelated to brush manufacturing. In contrast, the invention proposes to solve the problem outlined above to design a brush belt of the type mentioned so that the strips or warts penetrate the brush belt with projections that form closing heads on the underside of the belt at the bars and rows through the warts Cross webs are interconnected.
This fastening of the bundle carrier enables the manufacturing or shaping process with plastic by injection molding in a correspondingly designed shape in a single operation.
The strips already form that part as such - because they advantageously span the entire width of the strip. the plastic workpieces, from which all the projections penetrating the tape and their closing heads proceed, so that the plastic injected into the mold is deformed both to the most Lei and to means for their attachment to the tape.
In the case of the individual bodies of the warts, the same type of shaping is made possible by the fact that the closing heads of the warts designate the way in which the plastic forms the individual warts in a row in that they are connected to one another in rows by transverse webs according to the invention .
The material for the tape is primarily woven or braided webs made of threads of any origin or foils made of plastic or rubber; Thermoplastic or curable plastics are selected for the warts and strips, in which the bundle anchors find adequate adhesion, preferably suitability for machine bundling and deformability in the above-described shaping of the strips or warts and their attachment to the Tape is to be considered.
Furthermore, the transverse webs, which bind the wearer of the cutlery to their ver the tape by penetrating projections on its underside, an execution at such a low height that they run smoothly over the pulleys of a rotating brush belt and also the slip-free entrainment of the tape secure with the drive roller of the device. In addition, the connecting webs prevent the bundle mountings from becoming detached from the band and thus making the brushes unusable.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to two exemplary embodiments which are illustrated in the drawing.
1 and 2 show the first example in a section of the brush belt in top view and in longitudinal section. Illustrate in the same way of representation: Fig. 3 and 4 the second example.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 shows a band 1 made of flexible material, which is fitted with strips 2, which are at right angles to its longitudinal direction, as lining carriers. The strips 2 consist of a plastic of such a degree of hardness that it holds the holding means, preferably wire anchors 3, for the bundle of cutlery 4 with sufficient adhesion.
Each strip 2 engages with a number of projections 5, which are comparable to a rivet shank, through one hole in the band 1; Each projection forms a locking head 6 on the other side of the band, which holds the bar 2 on the band without affecting the flexibility required for operation.
From this embodiment, the one according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs in that here for each bundle of cutlery 4 a separate carrier in the form of a frustoconical lug 8 is provided, which penetrates the band 11 with a projection 9. The warts 8 are hen according to FIG. 3 in Querrei and arranged in rows offset from one another. On the underside of the belt 11, the jumps 9 of each row are attached to the belt 11 by a common web 10.
In the manufacture of the band according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the plastic forming the strips 2 penetrates the holes of the band 1 and forms the locking heads 6 in a correspondingly shaped form on its underside. In the embodiment according to FIGS Flowable plastic is fed to the underside of the belt 11 and here forms the webs 10 and, after penetrating the holes of the belt on its upper side, the individual warts B.
